Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Olivia Summer and Andrea Greenwood waited outside the operating room.

Half an hour later, a nurse opened the door from inside and came out. ”Which one of you is the family member? Come sign the surgical consent form. Why are you only sending it now! The child in her belly can’t be saved anymore! The mother is hemorrhaging badly too! How are you people taking care of a pregnant woman!”

Olivia’s fingers trembled as she took the consent form. She looked at the nurse, her voice a little hoarse. ”You mean... she was pregnant?”

It was actually true. Nicole was really pregnant, just as she had guessed...

”Yes! But now even if you want to save the baby, it can’t be saved. At this point, being able to save the mother is already good enough! The miscarriage was caused because the pregnant woman took a blood‑activating medicinal substance. Don’t you family members pay any attention to what you give a pregnant woman to eat? It’s obvious she’d been taking it for a period of time to cause this!”

Olivia’s hands shook even more violently.

The nurse saw that she still hadn’t signed and urged her, ”Hurry up and sign. Being sad now is useless. The baby’s gone means it’s gone. And what’s your relationship to the patient? Not just anyone can sign this surgical consent form! Are you the patient’s family?”

”No, but we can’t get in touch with her family for the moment either. You go ahead and operate on her first. I’ll take full responsibility for any consequences! Saving the mother’s life is what matters most! I’ll write your hospital a letter of guarantee. If anything happens, your hospital won’t have to bear responsibility.” Olivia’s voice carried panic and fear.

The nurse nodded. ”Sign the patient’s surgical consent form first. The situation is critical now, we can only treat it as a special case.”

”Okay.” Olivia nodded, and with a hand that was trembling all over, she signed her name on the surgical consent form.

The nurse took the consent form Olivia had signed and turned back into the emergency room.

As soon as the nurse went in, Andrea grabbed Olivia’s hand and said in a flustered rush, ”Auntie, Nicole is pregnant... she’s carrying Brother Jose’s child... How can she be so shameless! She came here to take care of you, how could she have a private affair with Brother Jose! She’s so shameless! No sense of propriety at all!”

Olivia’s eyes darkened, she didn’t respond, and her face had taken on an ashen hue.

”Auntie! I’m the one who’s Brother Jose’s fiancée! Nicole slept with my fiancé under the same roof as me. If this gets out, will it be the Seal Family that loses face or our Greenwood Family that loses face! I treated her as a friend, and she was secretly seducing Brother Jose behind my back! Auntie, you have to stand up for me! I came from City T to City C just for this marriage, all because I love Brother Jose. Now with things like this, how am I supposed to face anyone?”

Andrea’s eyes filled with a misty sheen, her expression a little humiliated. She looked weak and helpless, evoking pity.

Olivia lightly patted Andrea’s hand and comforted her. ”What are you worried about! Your engagement to Jose is right here. Who doesn’t have an ex before they get married? As long as you can marry into the Seal Family, even if Nicole and Jose are tangled up with each other, she still won’t set foot through the doors of our Seal Family! The Seal Family’s family rule is that once you’re married, you can’t divorce! So as long as you and Jose are wed, even if Nicole is the white moonlight in Jose’s heart, so what? Can she compare to you, the one lying on the pillow beside him?”

Andrea hesitated, biting her lip, looking deeply wronged. ”But if Brother Jose finds out Nicole lost the baby, will he cherish her even more? Will he refuse to marry me and insist on marrying Nicole instead? If Nicole clings to Brother Jose using the pain of losing the child as an excuse, what am I supposed to do? Auntie, I don’t have the confidence that I can defeat Nicole and win Brother Jose back...”

”Auntie, what should I do? I love Brother Jose so much. I only want to marry Brother Jose and be his wife! I don’t want a third party in my engagement! Auntie, we’re both women, you can understand me, can’t you? Auntie, help me, please help me...”
