Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

As Lu Yu kept scrolling through the documents in front of him, the truth he was touching on grew clearer and clearer.

It turned out that back then, after Ludwig and Adelaide took over a project like the ”Human Weapon” plan, the originally benign soldier physical-enhancement program was completely pushed over into the direction of biotechnology.

Especially Adelaide. As the president of Yingluo Biotechnology Company at the time, he had a natural advantage and unique techniques in biotech, and with his extreme obsession with theology, it led to him and Ludwig colluding like rats in a sack.

Because of his extreme obsession with theology, Adelaide firmly believed that Divine Spirits truly existed in this world. When he came into contact with Ludwig, who could grant ordinary people Superpower technology, he became even more convinced.

So, after a brief exchange, these two lunatics hit it off immediately. On the surface they continued to maintain the normal execution of the ”Human Weapon” plan, while secretly diverting large amounts of project funds to develop potions that could grant people overwhelming power.

At that time, the number of Enhancing Potions produced every year was countless, but most of their effects were all about granting people tremendous strength in a single use.

These potions did indeed allow the Shadow Luo Organization to create a large number of warriors with powerful bodies, but such results still couldn’t satisfy Ludwig and Adelaide.

Crazy as they were, Adelaide and Ludwig were in remarkable agreement when it came to this matter.

Whether it was Adelaide or Ludwig, they both strongly believed that the most perfect potion should allow the human body to keep evolving and growing, not just gain a burst of brute strength once and be done with it.

And precisely because of this, Adelaide and Ludwig conceived the idea of developing a Divine Blood Potion that could make the human body continuously evolve!

”These two lunatics!”

Staring at the documents before him, Lu Yu drew in a deep breath, then said, ”If you’re talking about genuine talent and real learning, these two are absolutely the most authoritative top figures in the field of biology. If people like them were willing to walk the proper path, they’d have boundless prospects.”

”Yet the two of them are nothing but complete and utter madmen!”

”The way people like that think is really impossible to fathom!”

Right now Lu Yu also felt endlessly confused and lost, because at this moment he had no idea why Ludwig in front of him would do something like this.

Thinking this, Lu Yu’s gaze continued downward…

According to what was recorded in the files, Ludwig and Adelaide’s process of developing the Divine Blood Potion did not go smoothly. The potions they came up with could allow a person to gain great power in a short time, but they still could not turn someone into that kind of steadily evolving powerhouse.

Even though the two of them tried many approaches, they were never able to create a perfect Divine Blood Potion.

However, just when Ludwig and Adelaide were falling into despair over this matter, the figures of two people appeared in their line of sight.

As the document went on, a photograph appeared just beneath the text at a very fitting point.

It was a rather old photo; some parts of the image had already become mottled, but the figures were still clearly visible.

At the top of the document stood a young man and woman in white lab coats. The man’s features were gentle, with a scholarly air about him, and his brows and eyes bore a few faint similarities to Lu Yu.

The woman was also quite beautiful, and both her gaze and her features resembled Lu Yu even more.

”Th–this… how is this possible?”

Seeing this, Lu Yu’s body went rigid. He stared blankly at the document before him, and slowly spoke, with traces of shock leaking through his words.

Right now, on the computer file, two names were clearly displayed: Lu Wentian, Zhang Suyi…

The photo in front of him was none other than a portrait of Lu Yu’s parents taken together many years ago!

”Father, Mother?”

At this, a tremor of shock flashed through Lu Yu’s eyes. He had never imagined that his parents’ names would actually appear in the most classified internal documents of the European Federation.

Yet in this file, there was only information about his parents—no explanation, no detailed elaboration, just a photo of them in their youth, along with an address.

Hoo!

Seeing this, Lu Yu let out a long, heavy breath of turbid air. Lifting his gaze to the youthful portrait of his parents before him, a trace of melancholy surfaced in his eyes. ”Looks like what happened to our Lu Family back then wasn’t some coincidence.”

”Judging by these records, even when Father and Mother were still nobodies, they had already set their sights on them…”

After reading the documents before him, Lu Yu’s heart instantly pieced it together. The destruction of his family was not some random accident, but something that had been doomed from the very beginning.

Once you’re targeted by lunatics like Ludwig and Adelaide, something like that happening is, indeed, only to be expected.

”Shadow Luo Organization…”

At this thought, Lu Yu spoke slowly, his tone very low, a chill seeping into his words. ”Looks like I have to get in touch with the European Federal Authority about this. The mess they stirred up back then isn’t something I’m going to clean up for them all by myself!”

Although this matter was bound up with a blood-deep feud against his own family, even so, things still had to be kept separate. This disaster had, after all, been caused by the European Federal Authority’s actions back then; at least eighty percent of the responsibility lay with them.

After all, this whole rotten mess originated from their negligence in supervising that so-called ’Human Weapon’ plan back then.

So, in this matter, the Federal Authority of Europe had to give him a complete explanation!

Thinking this, Lu Yu directly pulled out his phone. He now wanted Marcus to help schedule a trip for him to Europe up ahead.

However, just as Lu Yu took out his phone, it suddenly started vibrating violently. Following the sound, he glanced down to see a name clearly displayed on the screen: Leng Qingqiu.

”Leng Qingqiu?!”

Seeing this, a look of surprise crossed Lu Yu’s face. He couldn’t figure out why, out of nowhere, Leng Qingqiu would choose this moment to call him.

With that thought, still carrying a trace of doubt in his heart, Lu Yu pressed the answer button, put the phone to his ear, and said, ”Hello? What is it?”
