Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Back at his own residence, Lu Yu placed the laptop he found in the Green Water Spring City youth’s room on the table and directly walked towards the computer in the room.

At present, Lu Yu wasn’t in a hurry to search for everything about the Dust Team, nor was he worried that Mike and others would escape without a trace.

Because their target was clearly himself.

Since they were targeting him, there was no need for him to find them, because Lu Yu knew that they would definitely find him again!

And now, there were more important matters for Lu Yu to attend to.

Arriving before the computer in the room, Lu Yu turned it on, and his fingers flew over the keyboard. After a series of operations, he slammed the Enter key.

Pa!

With a crisp sound, an entirely black interface instantly appeared on the computer screen.

This interface was extremely simple, with only a solitary login screen against a black background, giving off an exceedingly eerie feeling at first glance.

This interface was the personal email of the Assassin Alliance, and the information Heaton sent to Lu Yu had already been uploaded there by Marcus.

Lu Yu now needed to browse the contents of that information.

Seeing this scene on the screen, a trace of gravity appeared in Lu Yu’s eyes. After a few operations, he logged into his email.

Inside his email, there was a file of ten gigabytes, and the name of the document was ”Humanoid Weapon Plan!”

As per Lu Yu’s request, Heaton had not made any modifications or embellishments to the document. It was the original Humanoid Weapon Plan devised by the European Federal Authority!

”Humanoid Weapon...”

Seeing the form of the document, Lu Yu’s gaze deepened. After a brief thought, he directly opened the file approximately ten gigabytes in size.

Upon opening the ten-gigabyte file, the initial intent of the plan came into view.

The plan’s original intent was to significantly enhance the combat ability and physical fitness of European soldiers—an excellent plan, passed unanimously by the European Federation at the time. Strictly speaking, it was an extremely meaningful initiative.

In the first year, the execution of the plan was extremely smooth, with various indicators showing very successful progress, making it a very healthy plan initially.

However, dramatic changes occurred in the second year.

Specifically, after the appointment of a new project leader, the nature of the plan underwent a complete transformation.

”Ludwig?”

Upon seeing this information, Lu Yu involuntarily spoke out, reciting the name of the person in charge: ”A young scientist who has lived for over a hundred years?”

Reading the description on the document, Lu Yu’s expression froze, showing a peculiar expression on his face.

It is said that seventy is the age of rarity; living to seventy or eighty is already considered a good lifespan, and even someone in their sixties is considered old.

Yet, this Ludwig had lived for a hundred years and was still called a young scientist. If not for the European Federal Authority’s official stamp on the document, Lu Yu would have thought it was content from some horror story.

Living for over a hundred years and still being referred to as a young scientist is a mistake even elementary students wouldn’t make under normal circumstances. Finding such a term in a highly classified European Federal Authority document is truly bizarre.

Reflecting upon this, Lu Yu suppressed his weird feeling and continued reading, and when he read further, he immediately understood the relationship.

According to the document, Ludwig was born over a hundred years ago, during one of the darkest times of global conflict.

As one of the brightest individuals of his time, Ludwig became a brilliant biochemistry Ph.D. at a young age, possessing exquisite medical skills and extensive academic knowledge.

Originally, Ludwig was a star of that dark era—an authoritative figure in the field of biochemistry across European countries—yet he became a notorious murderer within a few short years!

The reason was that Ludwig illegally used the bodies of volunteers for brutal human experimentation!

”Human experimentation?”

Reading this, Lu Yu frowned slightly, his heart skipping a beat as he seemed to think of something, but this feeling was extremely hazy and he couldn’t be sure, so he continued to read patiently.

Yet, what he read rendered him utterly shocked!

Ludwig, a century ago, was able to grant people certain crude superpowers through human experimentation and had developed the prototype of biological battle armor!

Seeing this, Lu Yu was completely astounded. He never expected Ludwig to be this formidable, capable of giving people superpowers and creating biological battle armor prototypes a century ago—this scientist was truly an extraordinary anomaly!

However, beneath Ludwig’s brilliant research achievements lay countless human experimental victims, so after the darkest periods of a century ago, Ludwig was labeled a homicidal maniac and imprisoned by the European Federal Authority.

Nevertheless, this same individual became the head of the European Federal Authority’s Humanoid Weapon Plan a few years ago. Under Ludwig’s direction, the humanoid weapon transitioned to being controlled by the then-largest biotechnology company, Shadow Luo, forming the current Shadow Luo Organization.

”At that time, the leader of the Shadow Luo Organization was named Adelaide Albert.”

Reading this, Lu Yu calmly remarked, ”A biotechnology entrepreneur fervently pursuing theology, spending a lifetime seeking the existence of God...”

”Put these two together, and you have nothing short of two bona fide madmen!”

”One obsessed with research conducting human experimentation, and the other blindly pursuing theology—no wonder the European Federation’s once entirely healthy Humanoid Weapon Plan back then turned into what it is today!”

Seeing this, Lu Yu quickly browsed through the ten gigabytes of data, his eyes filled with astonishment.

Even Lu Yu didn’t expect that this matter had such a complex history!

With this thought, Lu Yu, without any hesitation, continued operating the computer to keep browsing through the information in front of him.
