Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

After coming out of Victory Group, Wu Chengyi and the young man beside him didn’t hesitate at all and directly headed towards the parking lot of Victory Group.

”Mr. Wu, that Lu Yu didn’t answer your questions directly when he spoke.”

As they walked, the young man beside Wu Chengyi spoke, his words full of somber undertones: ”Moreover, according to Third Young Master’s two bodyguards, this Lu Yu had a clear conflict with Third Young Master before and has some skills. I feel there’s something majorly wrong with him!”

In his words, the young man beside Wu Chengyi was full of somberness, clearly reminding Wu Chengyi.

This time, after Wu Chengyi arrived at Lin’an City, he first went to Jiang Angge’s residence. After learning some information from Jiang Angge’s bodyguards, they directly went to the Victory Group to find Lu Yu.

”It’s more than just something majorly wrong!”

Upon hearing the young man’s words, Wu Chengyi sneered, then said: ”That Lu Yu is certainly no ordinary person. This time, Third Young Master’s disappearance should have a lot to do with him!”

In his words, Wu Chengyi’s voice carried a hint of chill, giving a person a somber and cold feeling.

Just now, from the way Lu Yu canceled out the force of his handshake, Wu Chengyi could confirm that Lu Yu definitely had formidable skills.

”Mr. Wu, since this Lu Yu is greatly related to Third Young Master’s disappearance, why are you still so polite to him?”

Upon hearing Wu Chengyi’s words, the young man asked, full of curiosity.

”We’re not in a rush to act against him now.”

Upon the young man’s words, Wu Chengyi chuckled and said: ”Because I find that Lu Yu has even more interesting things about him.”

Before arriving at Lin’an City, Wu Chengyi had heard from Jiang Tianyi that someone must be avenging Lu Family from back then.

Earlier, when Wu Chengyi shook hands with Lu Yu, he discovered that Lu Yu had impressive skills.

In addition, Lu Yu’s connection to Jiang Angge’s disappearance and Jiang Tianyi’s previous guess prompted Wu Chengyi to have a bold hypothesis.

That this Lu Yu is the last surviving member of the Lu Family from back then, and his goal is to avenge the Lu Family!

”Something even more interesting...”

Upon hearing Wu Chengyi’s words, the young man beside him spoke up: ”In that case, Mr. Wu, what should we do next?”

Since Wu Chengyi is the butler of the Jiang Family, the young man has to follow Wu Chengyi’s arrangements.

”It’s simple. Next, we’ll both hold back and secretly observe Lu Yu. I have a feeling that Lu Yu has a big secret, and following him will surely lead us to the whereabouts of Third Young Master!”

In his speech, Wu Chengyi’s voice was extremely deep, with a hint of sly cunning.

”Yes, Mr. Wu.”

Upon hearing Wu Chengyi’s words, the young man spoke, with a tone of utmost reverence.

For soldiers, following orders is paramount. This young man comes from the military, so he is especially obedient to Wu Chengyi’s words!

”Let’s go,”

Upon hearing the young man’s words, Wu Chengyi looked up at the immensely overcast sky, a hint of a smile in his eyes.

…

Time passed unconsciously until evening.

Since summer has passed and the weather was incredibly overcast, even though it was just half past six, the sky had dimmed considerably.

The street lamps glowed a dim yellow through the continuous fine rain, in harmony with the dim red sky, creating a particularly oppressive atmosphere.

Lu Yu drove out from Victory Group, heading towards his residence. As he drove, his eyes were on the road ahead, appearing somewhat absent-minded.

The seemingly friendly yet hidden malice in Wu Chengyi’s demeanor this morning made Lu Yu feel a wave of irritation as he recalled it now.

Especially when Wu Chengyi asked him whether he was a local, it gave Lu Yu an inexplicable feeling of stuffiness in his heart.

Even though it was their first meeting, Lu Yu knew Wu Chengyi was the kind to smile with ill intentions. That question about being a local was certainly not asked on a whim!

This Wu Chengyi must have discovered something, hence probing him.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t have said that!

Sigh!

Thinking about this, Lu Yu let out a long breath, then said: ”Never mind, we’ll deal with it when it comes; if Wu Chengyi really discovers something, we are bound to meet again!”

”For now, I’ll just wait and see!”

After saying this, Lu Yu didn’t hesitate. He turned the car around, stepped on the gas, and headed straight for Wen Ya’s bar.

The ancients say that autumn winds and rains bring sorrow. On such days of continuous autumn rain, nothing is more freeing than having a drink.

Driving up to Wen Ya’s bar, Lu Yu decently parked the car and stepped into it.

Wen Ya’s bar was still booming with business. Upon entering, Lu Yu didn’t look for a booth. He went directly to the front of the bar and, signaling with a raised finger, said: ”One Godfather, neat.”

”Alright, please wait a moment,”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, the bartender spoke, with a tone full of respect.

”Oh, a rare guest,”

Just after Lu Yu ordered his drink, Wen Ya’s charming voice suddenly came from his side: ”Why does my little brother have time to visit his elder sister’s bar today?”

Upon hearing this, Lu Yu slightly turned his head, only to see Wen Ya standing next to him in a black qipao, her curvy figure complemented by the dress, appearing very alluring.

Seeing Wen Ya in front of him, Lu Yu smiled slightly, shook his head, and said: ”The autumn rain outside is drizzling heavily, making me quite bothered, so I came to have a drink at elder sister’s place to unwind. Is the elder sister welcoming?”

In his words, Lu Yu teased Wen Ya, his words full of mirth.

”Of course, you are welcome!”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Wen Ya smiled slightly, then said: ”The lively atmosphere in elder sister’s bar is all thanks to little brother’s help last time. So today, no matter how many drinks you have, they are all on the house.”

Wen Ya is a very shrewd woman. She knows that men drink to release their inner self through alcohol.

So, Wen Ya didn’t bring this up directly but chose to offer Lu Yu a drink.

”You do understand me, elder sister,”

Upon hearing Wen Ya’s words, Lu Yu smiled slightly, then picked up the Godfather the bartender just placed in front of him, sipped the almond-flavored liquor, his words full of cheer.
