Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Early the next morning, Lu Yu got up quite early. After washing up, he was just about to eat when he heard a knock on the door of his room.

Hearing the sound, Lu Yu was slightly stunned. He knew that someone knocking on the door in the morning was a rare occurrence for him.

Thinking of this, Lu Yu slowly walked to the door and opened it.

When he opened the door, he saw Su Nianxue standing outside in Meng Yue’s casual clothes. She looked quite fresh and charming, with a refreshing appearance.

In Su Nianxue’s hand was a bowl of freshly cooked porridge. It looked visually appealing and its aroma was enticing.

”Mr. Lu, Sister Meng taught this to me. I specifically learned it to make for you. Please try it.”

As she spoke, Su Nianxue handed the porridge to Lu Yu, her words carrying a subtle shyness, exuding a youthful charm along with a hint of gratitude.

”Ah.”

Hearing Su Nianxue’s words, Lu Yu was slightly stunned. He then took the porridge from Su Nianxue and said, ”Don’t just stand at the door, come in and sit.”

Lu Yu spoke in a gentle manner, appearing approachable.

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue nodded, following him inside his room.

After placing the porridge on the table, Lu Yu took a small sip. He found the porridge to be quite sweet and refreshing. Though slightly lacking compared to Meng Yue’s culinary skills, it was still quite good.

”Not bad.”

At this moment, Lu Yu smiled at Su Nianxue and said, ”Thank you.”

”I should be the one thanking you, Mr. Lu.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue immediately stood up, bowed deeply to Lu Yu, and said respectfully.

”Thank me?”

Upon hearing this, Lu Yu smiled and said, ”Are you referring to bringing you back? It’s something I should have done; there’s no need for that.”

As he spoke, Lu Yu’s words carried a sense of calmness, as if it were no big deal.

”Not that...”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue gently shook her head. She then took out her phone, opened a page, placed it in front of Lu Yu, and said, ”I’m referring to this...”

Looking at the phone Su Nianxue placed before him, Lu Yu’s body was suddenly rigid, a deep expression in his eyes.

Displayed on Su Nianxue’s phone was a piece of shocking news: The president of Hengmei Media in Lin’an City, Nangong Shun, suddenly died at home. The cause of death was an overdose of Viagra!

”What does this have to do with me?”

Looking at the news on the phone, Lu Yu asked, with a voice full of indifference, giving an impression of disinterest, yet secretly surprised within.

Even Lu Yu didn’t expect that this seemingly fragile Su Nianxue would so quickly connect him to this matter.

”The news says that Nangong Shun’s time of death coincides with the time you returned from buying BBQ yesterday, and you also said you’d handle this matter.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue softly said, ”So, I subconsciously thought of you.”

The entertainment industry is an exceptionally complex environment. Thriving and reaching the status of an Asian Queen requires more than just looks and talent.

Without a sharp mind, it’s truly difficult to survive in the entertainment industry.

”Miss Su Nianxue, you are very smart.”

Hearing Su Nianxue’s words, Lu Yu slowly put down the porridge in his hand, shook his head, and said, ”But you must understand, a truly smart woman knows when to see but not to speak. Some matters should remain secret.”

Lu Yu looked meaningfully at Su Nianxue as he spoke, his words full of implication.

He helped Su Nianxue out of sympathy, but he didn’t want his identity to be exposed through this matter.

”I understand, Mr. Lu.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue quickly said, ”I will keep this buried in my heart. I just want to express my gratitude. After all, you’ve helped me greatly...”

To help her, Lu Yu directly got rid of Nangong Shun. Such an action greatly moved Su Nianxue.

”I’ve done many similar things.”

As he spoke, Lu Yu picked up the porridge before him and took a sip, displaying a calm demeanor as if discussing something trivial. ”One less scum won’t make a difference!”

When Lu Yu said this, his voice was calm, as if he had only squashed a mere ant, showing no emotional fluctuation.

Upon hearing this, Su Nianxue’s body stiffened slightly. She looked at Lu Yu before her, her eyes full of astonishment.

Killing someone seemed as easy as squashing an ant. Lu Yu really stunned Su Nianxue.

But despite her great surprise, Su Nianxue didn’t delve deeper. After all, Lu Yu had helped her, and she had no reason to investigate him further.

Moreover, her years in the entertainment industry had taught her well about knowing her limits. At this moment, it was best not to note Lu Yu’s identity.

”Thank you once again, Mr. Lu.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Su Nianxue said, ”I really don’t know how I could ever repay you for your help this time.”

If it weren’t for Lu Yu, Su Nianxue would have been taken back by Nangong Shun, and the consequences would be unimaginable!

Thus, under such circumstances, Su Nianxue wants to repay Lu Yu now.

”Haven’t you already repaid me?”

With that, Lu Yu picked up the porridge before him with a slight smile and said, ”This tastes nice and is worth my help.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, a warm surge filled Su Nianxue’s heart, leaving her slightly stunned.

You see, ever since she entered the entertainment industry, people have coveted her beauty, and few have treated her genuinely,

But Lu Yu, a mere acquaintance, helped her significantly. This gesture truly moved her!

At this point, Su Nianxue looked at Lu Yu before her, softly saying, ”Mr. Lu... Thank you so much...”

”Alright.”

Hearing Su Nianxue’s words, Lu Yu finished his porridge cleanly and said, ”No more thank yous. We helped out of our own will, so there’s no need to be so formal.”
