Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

On the next morning, the sky over Lin’an City was low and overcast, dark clouds like ink. There was a gloomy feeling in the air that was indescribable and oppressive. The moisture in the air was growing heavier; a storm was about to arrive!

After waking up, Lu Yu looked at the gloomy sky outside the window and shook his head slightly, revealing a hint of a smile.

As the season gradually entered midsummer, the temperature in Lin’an City had been rising consecutively. In such a situation, this gloomy sky and the impending rain were indeed very timely.

”It’s really a timely rain!”

Looking at the gloomy sky outside the window and sensing the condensed moisture in the air, Lu Yu spoke softly.

At the same time, he slowly walked towards the bathroom, starting to wash up, preparing to head to Victory Group.

According to the information mentioned by Luo Lie yesterday, today Group Leader Qin of Shadow Sword would personally come to Victory Group to look for him. He could take this opportunity to see what kind of person this Group Leader Qin of Shadow Sword was!

Thinking of this, Lu Yu quickly washed up, ate breakfast, and directly drove to Victory Group.

”Boss!”

Just as he arrived at the front of the Victory Group hall, Wu Song came straight up and said upon seeing Lu Yu: ”Someone is looking for you!”

So early?

Upon hearing Wu Song’s words, Lu Yu’s heart slightly jolted. He lifted his gaze towards the clock in the hall of Victory Group and found out it was only about eight thirty in the morning.

At this time, the employees of Victory Group hadn’t officially started work yet. And this so-called Group Leader Qin had already rushed over this early.

”Oh?”

Thinking of this, Lu Yu smiled slightly. He looked at Wu Song in front of him and said: ”Who is looking for me? How many people are there?”

Although he knew that it was Group Leader Qin from Shadow Sword who came to find him, Lu Yu didn’t want others to know about these matters, so he was asking Wu Song in such a feigned naive manner.

”I don’t know who it is, but there are five people in total and they’re all wearing black suits. One of them you know; you even met him yesterday.”

Upon hearing Lu Yu’s inquiry, Wu Song did not conceal anything and directly told Lu Yu the whole thing outright.

Five people? All dressed in black suits?

Thinking of this, Lu Yu smiled slightly, showing a hint of smile on his face.

It seems Luo Lie did indeed convey his message to this Group Leader Qin. This time, they were wearing black suits, obviously to keep a low profile.

It seems that this time the other party’s sincerity is very strong indeed!

Thinking here, Lu Yu patted Wu Song’s shoulder and said: ”Are they in the security department now?”

”No.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Wu Song’s whole body froze slightly, then immediately said: ”They are on the rooftop of the top floor now. Should I go and call them down?”

In his words, Wu Song was extremely respectful, giving a rather humble impression.

The rooftop on the top floor?

Upon hearing that, Lu Yu’s eyes revealed a hint of depth. This Group Leader Qin was indeed unusual, to be so impolite right after arriving, actually waiting for him on the rooftop.

”No need.”

Thinking of this, Lu Yu smiled slightly and said: ”I’ll go up to find them, you stand guard here properly.”

Since this Group Leader Qin set such a tone right upon arrival, he needed to see what this person was all about!

With this in mind, Lu Yu patted Wu Song’s shoulder and entered the elevator of Victory Group, heading straight to the rooftop of the top floor.

...

A few minutes later, Lu Yu arrived at the rooftop of the top floor of Victory Group via elevator.

At this moment, standing on the rooftop of the top floor of Victory Group, looking up at the sky, one could see black clouds rolling incessantly, with a heavy, moist wind occasionally sweeping across, giving a sense of chilling murder.

Not far from the elevator exit on the rooftop edge, a tall man in a black Zhongshan suit was standing at the rooftop edge, gazing at the distant sky as if he was looking out at something.

Seeing this man, Lu Yu frowned, showing a hint of seriousness.

Even though this man was facing away from him, there was an involuntary sense of strength emanating from his upright body.

This feeling was unlike that of a normal soldier; the man before him felt even more serious and more seasoned than typical soldiers!

Beside the man, Luo Lie and a sturdy man in a Zhongshan suit were standing nearby, bodies upright, showing exceptional respect.

Additionally, two burly young men in black suits were guarding in front of Lu Yu, obviously serving a protective purpose.

Seeing the man in front of him, Lu Yu’s eyes narrowed slightly, just about to walk towards the man.

But at this moment, two young men in black suits blocked Lu Yu, their right hands placed behind them, and said to Lu Yu: ”Stop. Please verify your identity, otherwise...”

Right before the two young men could finish speaking, a cold glint shot out from Lu Yu’s eyes, and a burst of chilling murderous aura spread out, pressing firmly towards the two young men.

Bang, bang!

Under the pressure of this murderous aura, the two youths’ eyes widened, their bodies froze, legs softened and dropped to their knees, breathing heavily, with a hint of panic in their eyes.

The chilling, murderous aura they just experienced was felt for the first time!

”Does this sufficiently prove my identity?”

Seeing the two youths kneel on the ground, Lu Yu spoke coldly, his words carrying a strand of coldness.

This was Victory Group. These two youths, being outsiders, dared to check his identity. It was simply a case of thinking themselves important, making Lu Yu very displeased!

”Hahahaha.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the man in the black Zhongshan suit slowly turned around, showing a cheerful smile, and then said: ”These are newcomers to Shadow Sword, unfamiliar with the rules. I hope Mr. Lu won’t take it to heart!”

In his words, the man’s manner was calm. Though he spoke of these two youths not following rules, there was no hint of blame, clearly just a verbal reprimand.

Lu Yu, with his deep and perceptive mind, naturally understood the man’s intention. So, he did not delve into this matter, raising his eyes to look at the man in front of him, saying: ”Meeting on a rooftop kind of place, you truly have an interesting taste!”

”I just enjoy the feeling of dark clouds looming over the city, hoping Mr. Lu won’t mind.”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, the man looked at Lu Yu and smiled slightly, revealing a hint of profoundness.

This man’s countenance was steady and deep, his gaze carrying strands of depth, clearly also a highly formidable character.

With that said, the man slowly took out a black document, displaying it in front of Lu Yu, saying: ”Group Leader Qin Ge of Shadow Sword Special Operations Team, very pleased to meet Mr. Lu!”
