Fully Leveled Bigshot Becomes A Farmgirl

Chapter 1360: Chapter 1360: Lu Sixing Sets Up a Stall

Lu Sixing said, “The sunflower field and the peach orchard are different, being far from the county town. If people want to eat something warm, they either have to bring their own pots and pans to cook, or buy from nearby farms.”

But neither option is a good choice for them.

Cooking by themselves is troublesome, and buying from farms doesn’t suit their taste. If there was a stall selling wontons, dumplings, or noodles, it would definitely be a good place for them.

Shu Yu pondered, nodding while stroking his chin, “That’s a good idea, but can you handle it all by yourself?”

“Not by myself, I’m planning to call Sister-in-law, Third Sister-in-law, and Cuihua.”

Last time, I didn’t call Madam Li when selling melon seeds, which made her complain for quite a while. This time, we’re setting up a stall outside the sunflower field, and since Madam Li is helping take care of Zaozao and stays at the manor half the month, we must call her.

Anyway, it’s just a temporary little stall. It’s not bad for everyone to cooperate and make some money in the short term.

Shu Yu had no objections to whoever she cooperated with. Although Madam Li’s temperament wasn’t great, she was diligent, at least more efficient in work than Madam Liang.

“Alright, then set up a stall nearby. The stall is close to the manor, so once you close up in the evening, you can store the stuff in the manor. There are plenty of rooms, so if it’s inconvenient to travel back and forth, you can rest there too.”

Lu Sixing had this trouble, which is why she came to Shu Yu to discuss it in advance.

She thought it was feasible, making Lu Sixing even more confident.

“By the way, for noodles, can I sell instant noodles?”

Shu Yu’s eyes lit up, “Of course, I was just thinking about that.”

Lu Sixing moved quickly, immediately finding Madam Liang and Cuihua, and after they agreed, she borrowed two carts from Shu Yu the next day, and they grandly took their luggage, pots, and pans to the manor.

Madam Li was already at the manor and agreed once she heard about making money from the stall.

In just half a day, the stall was up, selling wontons, dumplings, instant noodles, melon seeds, dried fruits, and even several kinds of tea.

After a few days, more and more people came to see the flowers. Not only scholars but also many young gentlemen and ladies, as if visiting the sunflower field had become a trend. It seemed that whoever hadn’t been there hadn’t seen the world.

Thus, besides Lu Sixing and her group, several other stalls also popped up.

However, compared to Lu Sixing’s stall, they were quite small, selling only some trinkets or a little tea and snacks.

In just a few days, Lu Sixing’s stall became very popular.

Firstly, because of the instant noodles, which cooked quickly and were novel. Additionally, the original staff patrolling the sunflower field introduced it, making it the most bought item.

Some even finished eating at the stall and bought some to take home.

Therefore, instant noodles ran out quickly.

Secondly, because their stall was the largest, offering the most variety, and inspired by Shu Yu, Lu Sixing paid utmost attention to hygiene when preparing food. They wore matching aprons, sleeves, and hats, and their mouths were covered too.

These scholars, gentlemen, and ladies saw this and felt very assured.

As for the third reason, it was due to Shu Yu.

Everyone knew they were the aunts and relatives of Monarch Lu Xiang, and upon learning that the instant noodles were Shu Yu’s creation, the fame attracted even more customers.

In just a few days, the stall made a considerable profit.

If not for the limited size of the stall, they wouldn’t have been able to keep up with the demand.
