Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 3105: Chapter 3114: Making Money Is So She Can Spend It

Olivia Lewis still looked listless, her head didn’t even lift up, and she said weakly, ”You said those things are triggers and can’t be eaten, right? Forget it, I’ll just not eat them. The Director has been waiting for me for a long time, I need to hurry up and finish the remaining scenes.”

”It’s okay to take your time filming.” Adam Sinclair didn’t mind at all; he was more concerned about her health. For him, filming was just a pastime for her.

”Lydia Bell and Jeremy Payne’s schedules are approaching; if I don’t hurry, the movie won’t be finished.” Olivia Lewis rolled her eyes at him, ”Your money isn’t money, huh.”

This time Lydia Bell and the others signed a three-month contract to shoot the film; within these three months, their main job is to film. They generally won’t take on other activities.

But it must be finished within three months, because after three months, the Manager has already packed their schedule with other things; there’s no time to make up for what hasn’t been filmed. If they have to reshoot, it will be troublesome and require rescheduling.

Moreover, Stars’ time is very valuable; like Lydia Bell and the others, they require at least tens of thousands a day. A few days of delay is 300 to 400 thousand.

Olivia Lewis doesn’t want him to waste that money.

After all, how to put it, this movie doesn’t belong to the popular commercial film type; it’s uncertain whether it can make money or not.

Adam Sinclair bent down and tapped her nose sweetly, saying, ”It is money. I earn money to spend on you; if you don’t spend it, why am I working hard? You agree, right?”

Olivia Lewis was utterly charmed by his indulgent tone, her Heartbeat involuntarily sped up by two beats. She quickly turned her head away, trying to suppress the wild beating of her Heartbeat, ”If I don’t spend, you can spend; Aunt can also spend.”

”I’m too busy with work, no time to spend. My Mom has her own money to spend, and she has Dad, she can spend his money.” Adam Sinclair said softly with a smile, ”So in our family, I have to trouble you to help spend money, you should put in some effort, buy more clothes, shoes, and bags.”

He paused for a moment, his gaze suddenly landing on Olivia Lewis’s earlobe, ”I’ll buy you a new pair of earrings someday. Don’t wear those anymore.”

”Why, they’re not broken.” She quite liked those earrings, spent a lot of money on them at the time, and had been reluctant to wear them before.

Adam Sinclair’s eyes flickered, ”Because they’re not very pretty; you’re suited to tassel-shaped earrings.”

Actually, it was because he feared those diamond earrings would remind her of bad memories. He hadn’t asked her how she escaped from that room, because he didn’t want her to recall unpleasant memories. ℴℴ𝘮

After saying this, Adam Sinclair pressed his lips together and stood up straight, saying, ”The doctor only said not to eat Seafood, didn’t say you can’t eat river food. I can make you stir-fried shrimp with scallion and poached beef. Crayfish and scallops should be avoided for now; I’ll make them for you when you’re better. As for porridge, you shouldn’t eat fish for now. Fish is one of the foods that can cause wound inflammation. After eating spicy food, it’s best to have some mild, nourishing porridge to balance it out. I’ll make you a bowl of black rice porridge, will you eat it?”

Olivia Lewis’s stomach growled at his words, thinking about her dad-pit day today; she suddenly lost her resolve to diet, raised her head spinelessly, and gritted her teeth, cradling her stomach, and said, ”Eat!”

Oh grandma, even if I want to lose weight, I need to eat enough to have the energy to lose it!

She decided to strictly implement her diet plan starting tomorrow, but tonight she would indulge one last time, first enjoying a good meal!
