------------------

At this moment, Gyuki took control of Bee and spoke with a different voice.

”That brat is not wrong about those power levels. Although there is a small problem with Madara Uchiha and Kurama being in the same rank, it’s just Madara’s Genjutsu superiority.”

”In an actual battle, both have similar levels of destructive capabilities. Of course, Madara would still win, but Kurama won’t lose that easily.”

”So, putting them in the same rank is the right move. Because Hashirama clears both of them. The definition they used to describe Peak Super Kage Level is not wrong.”

”A Peak Super Kage Level Shinobi can defeat two Super Kage Level Shinobi, and Hashirama has proven this.”

”More importantly, the combination of Kurama and Madara is not as simple as one plus one. So, putting Madara at the same level as Hashirama would just be wrong.”

Hearing that, the Raikage folded his hands and said.

”But they have always been considered rivals and similar in strength.”

Bee moved his hand and pointed at the words ’Sage Art’, continuing.

”I don’t know when Hashirama mastered Sage Art, but those with and without Sage Art are on completely different levels.”

”Simply put, if your father or you learn Sage Art, both of you can easily defeat me. But learning Sage Art isn’t easy.”

Hearing that, Raikage waved his hand.

”I understand that. Only three sacred sites can teach Sage Art. Without any connections to them, we can’t learn Sage Art.”

”But we need to find other methods. If you are right about these power levels, then that brat is already a Super Kage.”

Hearing that, Bee paused. It wasn’t Bee but Gyuki who paused for a moment. He looked at Raikage and said.

”There might be some problem with this.”

”Huh?”

Raikage looked stunned and narrowed his eyes.

”Explain!”

”First of all, both Madara and Kurama are on the same tier, but they are not equal in strength like your father and I.”

”Second, Kurama is the strongest of the tailed beasts. Although the Tailed Beasts don’t represent strength, in this case, we can’t deny Kurama’s strength.”

”If he can share the names of us Tailed Beasts with his Jinchuriki, that means he is a perfect Jinchuriki.”

Bee folded his hands and continued in Gyuki’s voice.

”Do you remember the information about Sage Art that we got from Konoha?”

The Raikage’s eyes widened.

”You mean he can combine Sage Art with Kyubi’s Chakra?”

Bee nodded his head.

”It should be possible. So, there are two ways you can look at this. You can either say Sage Art can’t be used with Kyubi’s Chakra, which explains why he is at Super Kage level.”

”Or, you could say he can use Kyubi’s chakra with Sage Art, but then his actual strength is only at Quasi Kage.”

”In this case, it does explain his power level of Super Kage because this means he is as strong as Uchiha Madara, if not a bit stronger.”

”The only reason he might not have considered himself Peak Super Kage is that his base strength is still weaker than an actual Kage.”

Hearing his words, Raikage stood up and said.

”So, that’s why he wrote himself as an example for Quasi Kage. He was being realistic about his strength.”

As he said that, Raikage started moving around the office.

”Itachi Uchiha massacred the Uchiha Clan at the age of thirteen. That brat is only twelve, but there is not much difference.”

”If the explanation for his strength is just as the information states, then he is still digesting the information from his parents, which is increasing his strength.”

Hearing that, Raikage narrowed his eyes and asked.

”If we start a war against Konoha, do you think we can kill him?”

Bee shook his head.

”Unless you can find someone to distract Jiraiya the Toad Sage. Then with two Jinchuriki and a Kage, we should be able to kill him.”

Raikage turned towards Mabui and asked.

”How is the situation with Danzo?”

Mabui shook her head.

”No news about Danzo! Our people are searching everywhere. Even Konoha is not doing anything about our searches.”

”Even they want us to find Danzo’s location, but Danzo is hiding too deeply. No contact with the outside world, no information, nothing.”

Raikage frowned.

”Increase our manpower. That boy must be killed.”

He released a deep breath and said.

”Even if that means I have to work with that old fart.

He looked at Bee and said.

”Hashirama was in his late sixties when he died. But most of his life was spent before the formation of Konoha.”

”This boy is only twelve. His strength is already approaching Hashirama’s level. If we wait any longer, Konoha can’t be surpassed ever again.”

Hearing his words, Bee showed a look of disdain and said.

”You don’t need to explain anything to me. I am Bee’s partner. I will help him because I can trust him, not you.”

”That’s all I needed to know.”

Raikage nodded his head.

He turned towards Mabui and said.

”Send a letter to the Tsuchikage! That old man is even more in a hurry than I am. After all, he hasn’t even chosen a proper successor.”

”Yes, boss!”

Mabui nodded and left.

At the same time, Gyuki returned the control to Bee.

Bee waved his hands and said.

”Bro, are you picking a fight with Konoha for real?”

Raikage nodded.

”Yes! Listen, Bee. My goal, my father’s goal, the Second Raikage’s goal, all have been the same thing.”

”We must become the strongest village. I thought we were approaching that target, especially with you.”

”But now, things are getting worse.”

Raikage took out a piece of paper from his drawer and gave it to his brother.

Bee read the information, and his eyes behind the sunglasses shrank rapidly.

Raikage sighed.

”Konoha is changing, Bee. That brat is far more intelligent and ruthless than I imagined.”

”At the speed at which he is changing Konoha, even if he dies, Konoha might never get weaker again.”
