”What? He is using Grandpa’s cells?”

Tsunade jumped from her chair and shouted.

Jiraiya’s lips twitched.

”I didn’t say that. He is not using the First Hokage’s cells, but something that has already been made from the First Hokage’s cells.”

”Well! That means he is still using the First Hokage’s cells.”

Shizune chimed in and continued.

”But is it really possible to give stable regeneration and a massive chakra reserve to everyone with his method?”

Tsunade’s brows furrowed. Shizune’s words hit her mark.

If everyone could truly get regeneration and large Chakra Reserves, it would indeed be a better use of her Grandfather’s cells.

She understood the importance of her grandfather’s regeneration. Her own regeneration should be comparable to his, but there was a limitation.

Her grandfather’s regeneration was no hand seal jutsu.

Although hers would be similar, essentially, she was using the Chakra Pool stored in her seal to achieve that kind of regeneration.

”More importantly, that training idea feels strangely possible. If it is just regeneration, the body will age faster, and ninja will die too soon after doing this kind of training.”

”But if it provides the user with an immense chakra reserve and a higher chakra limit, then even if the body ages faster, they can still live for at least eighty years without any problem.”

”More importantly, this kind of training forms an important cycle. The more they train, the more their Chakra grows. It continues like that until their upper limits are hit.”

”But generally, this upper limit will not come because of a lack of training but simply a lack of time.”

Shizune continued speaking when she found that Tsunade wasn’t interrupting her. She was quite amazed by this idea.

Although it would only work if that kind of potion could be made, if it was possible, then the structure of the Ninja World would change drastically.

Thinking about it, Jiraiya looked at Tsunade and said.

”I know this kind of training can change the world and achieve a higher level of strength, but how many people will be sacrificed to achieve this?”

”We know about the consequences of human experimentation. Hundreds have already been sacrificed.”

”More importantly, he plans to reincarnate the Second Hokage using Impure Reincarnation Jutsu. Tsunade, only you can put a stop to this.”

”Human Experimentation has never ended well, and it will be the same again.”

Tsunade didn’t answer him.

It wasn’t that she couldn’t understand where Jiraiya was coming from. She knew this more than anyone else.

Most of the Senju Clan elites were the ones who participated in the first human experimentation for Wood Release.

None of them survived. This had been a painful experience for her.

Then, her close friend got involved in human experiments, killing sixty children. That was just the number they found.

How many people had been sacrificed would only be known to him.

But at the same time, Tsunade wasn’t as pedantic as he was. She understood some experiments would kill people.

The only problem was who they killed.

If they kill the people of other villages, she didn’t reject this kind of experiment. After all, how many lives had she taken despite being a doctor?

She couldn’t even count.

When Jiraiya didn’t get a reply from her, he immediately understood that Tsunade wasn’t rejecting this idea.

Shizune, being familiar with her teacher, spoke.

”Lord Jiraiya, you might not understand the feelings of a medical ninja when they can’t save a patient.”

”Every medical ninja trains their heart to ignore the failure, but it remains buried. Most of the time, this happens because we were a few minutes late.”

”Can you imagine how it felt when we realized that if we were a few minutes faster, we could have saved that person’s life?”

Shizune looked at Jiraiya and asked.

”Lord Jiraiya, do you know why this potion is necessary to make if we could just insert the cells of this White Zetsu into people without any rejection?”

Jiraiya suddenly fell silent.

How could he not understand the truth?

”Heh! He has his own problems, Shizune. He just can’t accept the truth.”

Tsunade snorted and picked up Shizune’s words.

”The genius idea about this project is not to increase a person’s Chakra Pool or even give them regeneration.”

”It is to modify their DNA, giving it a new set of instructions and ingredients that allow a person to achieve those things.”

”That means a person who could only be a Chunin for the rest of his life now has a chance to become a Jonin.”

”Once he becomes a Jonin, his Chakra Reserves would increase even more, and his children would inherit that part of him.”

”Now, his children would aim for Kage level. This is how it has always been for ninjas, but this project can help everyone.”

”Not those who have just talent, not those who just have bloodline, but everyone. Those with talent and hard work can reach even higher.”

”Those without talent and hard work can still achieve a level higher than before.”

Tsunade looked at Jiraiya and sneered.

”Compared to Wood Release Experiments or Orochimaru’s experiments, this is a thousand times more important for everyone.”

”And you want to shut it down just because you can’t handle the sacrifice of some people? Is that your excuse, Jiraiya?”

Jiraiya didn’t speak. Tsunade continued.

”It seems like this new Hokage has both plans and guts. Looks like you haven’t come here for nothing.”

”I will return to the village.”

She also wanted to meet her Second Grandfather. If possible, she also wanted to meet Nawaki and Dan.

Compared to helping Orochimaru, this was much better.

Hearing that, Shizune’s eyes lit up.

’Finally, we don’t have to run anymore.’

Just when Jiraiya was getting excited, they heard a voice from the window. They were sitting in a room with a soundproof array.

”Yare~yare! I was hoping to meet Orochimaru through you, but now you are planning to return to the village.”

”This is quite problematic for me.”
