Possessed By The God: God's Choice Series I (omegaverse bl)

Noah’s POV

Being the control monster that he is. The moment twenty minutes is up, a knock on my door startles me out of my temporary daze.

”Hello” the man at my door greet and I blink twice.

He’s clearly an alpha. He has broad shoulders, a scar along his face, and a gun on his hips.

Instinctively, I clench my fists by my side, squaring my shoulder to look less small. What new monster is this now?

”My name’s Lucas...I was asked to help you get ready for the day and I’m assigned to be your bodyguard” he says and I keep looking at him with absolute horror.

Is this a joke? Why would Elias send an alpha with a gun to ’help’ me.

”Get out” I growl. I protectively wrap my arms around myself, and Lucas holds his hands up immediately in a surrender pose.

”Woah! Easy there, Mr Deus. I won’t hurt you, I swear” he says with laughter and I take a step back.

Mr Deus? I’m not Mr Deus. I’m Goldsmith.

”Noah Goldsmith. I’m Goldsmith, not Deus” I say and the man gives me a warm smile. ”The ring on your finger says otherwise” he nods in my direction.

Right..the wedding ring.

I’m married to the man who raided my city, kidnapped me, imprisoned by best friend and lied about my dad.

”I’m Goldsmith” I insist and Lucas shrug.

”Whatever you say. But really, I wouldn’t hurt you” he says.

”How would I know that?” I ask defensively. I’m Winslow and I know no one in this goddess forsaken place has any morals.

They’d all be like their leaders. Ruthless, unforgiven and just...evil.

”First of all, Elias would kill me if anything happens to you, and secondly, I’m...castrated” he says and my eyes drop to his groin.

Castrated?

”W-what?” I ask.

”I would pull off my pants to show you, but you’d most likely kick me, and I really don’t want to be kicked” Lucas says.

His soft laugh and easy conversation eases me, but I can’t stop looking at his groin. He’s castrated?

Who in this time and age ever castrates anyone?

No one but the villains of the whole world. The Deus family.

”I’ll stand here and wait for you to get ready. Elias said you should put on his clothes since you don’t have any right now” Lucas says and I nod.

I don’t trust him. I don’t trust Elias. I don’t trust anyone.

But I take a quick shower, wash off the coconut smell, and change into a white oversized shirt from Elias’s wardrobe.

The shirt is paired with an equally oversized pair of boxers.

Once I’m ready, I leave the bathroom and find Lucas waiting for me.

”Let’s go?” he asks and instead of giving him a verbal response, I nod again. Following him quietly out of Elias’s room.

As we get closer to the dinning, the noise of silver utensils grows louder. There’s also the noise of video game, and the noise of soft conversations.

”This way” Lucas says, opening the door for me, and the moment I stop in, everything goes quiet. Everything but the video game noise.

Elias, my...husband’s, eyes are already on me like he has been watching that pocket watch of his for me.

Damien looks amused, there’s a lopsided grin on his face.

And Kai, Kai doesn’t care. His attention is fixed on his phone.

”Five minutes late, Noah” Elias says.

”Shut the fuck up and the let the boy live. Come sit next to me, beautiful” Damien says to me and I drop my gaze to the floor.

”Leave him alone, Damien. He’s married” Kai say without breaking eye contact with his phone and Damien chuckles.

”Please, marriage is the least in the lines I’ve crossed”

”Keep that detail to yourself, freak” Kai mutters and stab a fork into his plate.

Elias’s eyes hasn’t moved from me. The alpha’s attention keeps me pinned at the door. And the he’s looking at me with so much intensity makes my mind automatically play his promise.

’When I fuck you, you will remember’.

”Come sit” the alpha says quietly, and almost reject his command, but I know I shouldn’t.

I’m married to him, he has Winslow hostage, and Zane...my Zane is somewhere in his prison.

I sit next to him with my back straight and my hands on my lap. I’m doing this for my city...for my family.

”Breakfast” Elias pushes a place of eggs and bacons to me, and I am tempted to pick it up and throw it into his face.

I don’t.

”So...Mr and Mr Deus, how was your wedding night?” Damien asks and Elias stiffens by my side as if his brother pushed a button.

”For fuck’s sake, Damien” Kai finally puts his phone down.

”I’m curious. Was his tight virgin ass so good that you’re scent marking him with your clothes?” Damien asks and suddenly, Elias moves.

His movements are fast, precise, and well calculated.

He picks up the butter knife and throw it right at his older brother’s face. Damien catches the knife before it would touch him, wrapping his fist around it and holding it away from the spot between his brows.

My mouth is open as I look from brother to brother.

The room is silent but the sound of blood dropping is loud. Damien’s red blood dripping slowly on the green apple in front of him. Painting the green apple red.

Oh my goddess...Elias would have murdered his brother at the breakfast table and nobody cares?

Elias’s face is filled with quiet rage, his eyes are dead and dark, almost black. And Damien’s face is...happy?

The older alpha’s lips are turned up in a mocking smirk.

”Rusty?” Damien asks and Elias turns his head to Kai.

”Kai, take my property and get him out of here”

”I am not a property”

”Now” Elias growls and Kai sighs before getting up.

”Come on” the youngest brother grabs me and I watch with terror as Damien picks his own knife.

”He’s going to- HE’S GOING TO KILL HIM!” I scream but Kai only pulls me out, and the last thing I see before the door shuts are two alpha’s who are ready to kill each other.
