Supreme Warrior in the City

Su Yang and the others left this star planet and did not return directly. Instead, they stayed nearby.

They didn’t know how long it would take for these people to lose consciousness after falling into this planet. So, every day, they would go down to observe once, to see how these people were doing.

For the first three days, these people did not change.

Although their injuries were serious and their power was almost depleted, they could still survive simply.

Obviously, these people were unwilling to just die on this planet. Therefore, they started walking around, exploring the planet, hoping to find some opportunities to restore their power.

However, after encountering several Fierce Beasts fighting each other, they immediately became honest and did not dare to explore further. Instead, they found a hidden place and closely hid themselves.

By the fourth day, these people’s conditions began to change. The most obvious point was that they became sluggish. Their faces, previously filled with anxiety, now showed none, and they even looked as if they weren’t contemplating anything.

Following this, their sluggishness became more evident every other day. By the sixth day, their eyes had completely lost their sparkle, as if they had no ability to think anymore.

And by the seventh day, when Su Yang went down to check, he found that of the five people, three were already dead. The remaining two were desperately fighting each other.

Their eyes turned crimson, and they had lost their minds, resembling mindless beasts that only knew how to kill.

The three people on the ground clearly died under such circumstances. Their bodies were covered with wounds, indicating how intense the battle was before they died.

Su Yang and the others watched all this, their brows furrowing tightly.

Previously, he only suspected that after Fierce Beasts fell on this planet, they would gradually lose their minds. However, he couldn’t confirm whether this was indeed the case.

And now, seeing the condition of these five people, Su Yang completely understood the situation. This planet does indeed make people lose consciousness.

But why is this?

Su Yang looked at this star planet, pondering in his heart.

This star planet is relatively far from the Nine Realms’ location. Also, it happens not to be on the training route for Nine Realms people entering the Endless Starry Sky, so people from the Nine Realms would hardly discover it.

And a star planet like this can draw passing Fierce Beasts onto it and make them lose their minds. Connecting the attack on the Nine Realms by these mindless Fierce Beasts, Su Yang could not help but suspect there might be some connection between these two matters.

Suddenly, there was a loud noise from the sky, and everyone looked up quickly.

In the sky, it seemed as if a hole suddenly appeared, from which countless Fierce Beasts lined up, rushing out neatly and falling onto this planet.

And beside the team, several people stood, each holding a long whip that glowed with electric light. If any Fierce Beast stood slightly unevenly, a whip would lash out, making the Fierce Beast scream miserably and immediately stand straight again.

Seeing this situation, Su Yang and the others changed their expressions, hiding at once.

”What is this situation?” transmitted the Second City Lord.

No one could answer, and everyone was shocked by the scene.

Su Yang looked over. These Fierce Beasts numbered in the thousands, densely packed, simply terrifying.

And these Fierce Beasts obviously still had their minds. Otherwise, even with those people holding long whips to lash, it would be useless.

After landing on the planet, the Fierce Beasts stood quietly in formation.

From the gap, five people dressed in strange clothes walked out. Each of the five had their face covered with black cloth, so their appearance was completely unseen.

They stood in front of the Fierce Beasts, glanced at them, and the Fierce Beasts stood obediently like trained animals.

The leading person nodded with satisfaction, glanced at the four behind him, waved his hand, and directly led three of them, turning back into the gap.

Only one person was left, holding a long whip, looking coldly at the Fierce Beasts below, seemingly guarding them.

Su Yang and the others watched from hiding, their minds deeply shocked.

To manage so many Fierce Beasts, what kind of power does it take to achieve this? Who exactly are these five people? How can they have such strong power?

With thousands of Fierce Beasts, when they go berserk, even with the Divine Artifact in their possession, Su Yang and the others can only consider self-preservation, not managing these Fierce Beasts.

Moreover, the most critical issue is that they left the Fierce Beasts on this planet. What does this mean?

This planet can make people lose consciousness. Leaving these Fierce Beasts here would gradually lead them to lose their minds. What is the intention behind inducing so many Fierce Beasts to lose their minds?

Thinking of this, Su Yang’s heart suddenly moved.

Could it be that these Fierce Beasts are the ones that are sent to attack the Nine Realms?

These people brought the Fierce Beasts from the depths of the Endless Starry Sky, first letting them come to this planet to lose their minds, and then sending them to attack the Nine Realms; this is all entirely possible.

If this is true, these people are the main culprits behind the Nine Realms’ invasion.

The crisis facing the Nine Realms comes from these people?

Su Yang looked at the others beside him, who didn’t consider so much, though everyone’s brows were furrowed tightly.

Su Yang quietly transmitted his insight to them.

After hearing Su Yang’s words, everyone was stunned and then nodded. Su Yang’s speculation seemed very possible to them as well.

”If they really are behind this, solving these people’s issues might resolve the Nine Realms crisis!” transmitted Second Young Master Zhang.

Everyone glanced at him, and Su Yang transmitted, ”These five people can manage these thousands of Fierce Beasts; their power is likely beyond our imagination!”

”What if the Nine Realms Saints intervene?” Second Young Master Zhang asked again.

This time, Su Yang fell into silence. This question, he could not answer, or perhaps they could try. But the problem is, would the Nine Realms Saints be willing to intervene?

The Nine Realms Saints are crucial figures for their respective realms. Saints do not even guard Moon Town, highlighting their importance.

In such circumstances, getting Saints to tackle the culprits behind these Fierce Beasts, which Saint would indeed step forward? No Saint could be selfless to this extent, right?
