Supreme Warrior in the City

All expenses for these students at Qinghe Academy are covered by Qinghe Academy.

Moreover, Qinghe Academy has set up generous scholarships.

These scholarships are not only for progress in ability but also for theoretical knowledge. Theoretical knowledge scholarships can be obtained even if you lack talent, as long as you master the theoretical knowledge well enough.

It can be said that once you enter Qinghe Academy, as long as you cultivate diligently, you can definitely obtain substantial scholarships, even with average talent. The amount of these scholarships is even higher than a typical salary outside.

For this reason, many people enter Qinghe Academy without hesitation.

Once you join Qinghe Academy, as long as you work hard, even without cultivation talent, it’s considered a job that can support a family.

If you have cultivation talent and can become a cultivator, it’s like reaching the top in one step.

In the eyes of these people, a cultivator is like an immortal!

Qinghe Academy uses such reward measures to recruit children from impoverished areas. The fact has proven that these reward measures are very effective.

These children are very diligent. Even if they lack cultivation talent, they earnestly study various theoretical knowledge of cultivation. After receiving the scholarships, they can send money home without worrying about having no job or income, fully resolving their worries. This attracts more and more people to enter Qinghe Academy.

Every year, the enrollment of Qinghe Academy is much more enthusiastic than that of the world’s top universities. Firstly, they recruit many people; secondly, the benefits are truly excellent here.

The veterans of Qinghe Academy are deeply moved to see Qinghe Academy thriving.

When Qinghe Academy was in their hands, they could only recruit three thousand people annually, and it was for training seedlings for the Ten Great Sects. The purpose was to have the Ten Great Sects help them oppose the Heavenly Court.

These veterans have been teaching here for many years and have deep affection for Qinghe Academy. Each year, they painstakingly taught students, none of whom stayed by their side, which made them feel aggrieved.

Over the years, they have seen many good seedlings, but they all ended up being sent to the Ten Great Sects, with none staying at Qinghe Academy. Who could accept such a feeling?

Now, Su Yang has changed this situation. Qinghe Academy enrolls many students, and all of them stay at Qinghe Academy. The place they have persevered with for so many years has finally become a sanctuary for the world, and their happiness is unimaginable!

Of course, some are a bit puzzled by Su Yang’s approach.

In their view, there’s nothing wrong with Su Yang setting up scholarships. Setting up scholarships for progress in ability is normal. But what does it mean to set up a scholarship for theoretical knowledge exams? This is a cultivation academy!

Su Yang didn’t explain anything to these people, but at the end of the first year, he reshuffled all the students in Qinghe Academy.

Three thousand students selected by Su Yang were directly sent to the World Melting Furnace to start cultivating there.

These were people with high talent, rapid progress, and labeled as seed players by Su Yang, so they were to start special training.

Another thirteen thousand belonged to those with slightly inferior aptitude, remaining at Qinghe Academy for observation. Among these, some would later be selected for the World Melting Furnace, depending mainly on their own opportunities.

Of course, among these thirteen thousand, those not ultimately selected will still be retained. Because they have already crossed the threshold of cultivation, they are considered cultivators. Despite slow progress due to talent constraints or other reasons, they would remain as part of the Human World’s defense against the Eight Realms.

Additionally, there are fourteen thousand more, with seven thousand staying. These people have shown some progress but haven’t crossed the cultivation threshold. If they can enter the cultivation threshold with one more year, they will remain and be treated as cultivators.

Another year later, those who haven’t crossed the cultivation threshold will have to leave the academy. Those with some talent who couldn’t enter the threshold within two years are truly unrelated to cultivation.

As for the remaining seven thousand, six thousand of them had neither talent nor good grasp of theoretical knowledge; they were just wasting time and were asked to leave the academy directly. Qinghe Academy doesn’t lack money, but it won’t support idlers.

One thousand were left, who had no talent but mastered theoretical knowledge well.

This thousand was retained by Su Yang, with the most elite one hundred being kept at Qinghe Academy. Su Yang established a Tactical Research Center at Qinghe Academy, which in essence, was meant to hand over some powerful arrays from the Heavenly Destiny Treasure Book to these people for exploration.

These people, although talentless and unable to cultivate, have theoretical knowledge and are good thinkers. Having them research arrays would yield great results when they eventually set up formations.

At the same time, Su Yang asked the dean to find some experts to join the Tactical Research Center and teach these people the characteristics of battles among cultivators. Then, these individuals are to study tactics based on real situations. If a real battle erupts, they would be well-suited for tactical command.

The remaining nine hundred would again see the top one hundred retained at Qinghe Academy as theoretical knowledge instructors. The other eight hundred were arranged by Su Yang to be placed in companies, some enterprises, or even power institutions. The treatment for these individuals won’t be poor.

With Su Yang’s personal arrangements, who dares not give respect!

So, for this group of one thousand who mastered theoretical knowledge best, their final destination is also excellent.

After this arrangement concluded, it directly stimulated everyone. The new year’s enrollment of Qinghe Academy set a new record.

The enrollment lasted a month, during which Qinghe Academy was overcrowded. The reception teams gathered from various places comprised about twenty thousand people, who hosted for a month, yet many couldn’t finally enter Qinghe Academy, which shows the bustling nature of this enrollment.

Qinghe Academy has completely become a sanctuary of the Human World and the best opportunity for children from poor families to leap into success like a carp jumping over the dragon gate.

Qinghe Academy’s enrollment is very strict, not considering family background, only aptitude and diligence. Even children from prominent families in various places find it challenging to enter Qinghe Academy.

And this is the fairest aspect of all!
