Supreme Warrior in the City

After leaving the elixir pills behind, Su Yang departed from the Heavenly Court and did not stay any longer.

Of course, when he left, Su Yang also took the stone coffin from the Heavenly Road with him.

If the stone coffin stayed in the Heavenly Court, no one could predict whether the Heavenly Realm would send people over again. Although the power of the Qilin was guarding it, better safe than sorry.

Keeping it in the Human World under the watch of its members was somewhat safer.

Su Yang actually considered placing the stone coffin into the World Melting Furnace or simply putting it in the valley of the World Melting Furnace, which would be an absolutely secure place.

However, when Su Yang attempted to take the stone coffin into the World Melting Furnace, he was thwarted by an invisible force, rendering it impossible to put the stone coffin inside.

Later, Su Yang learned from the dean and others that the stone coffin was a Boundary Point between two realms, while the World Melting Furnace occupied another space. Placing the stone coffin into the World Melting Furnace would mean placing the Boundary Point of two realms into a new space; this would amount to overlapping spaces, an extremely challenging feat.

Such a spatial overlap is beyond even the Nine Realms Saints, let alone Su Yang. Thus, placing the stone coffin into the World Melting Furnace was simply impossible.

Through this matter, Su Yang finally understood that Storm Valley was not an independent space. Storm Valley formed in the Human World’s valley from the power emanating from the World Melting Furnace, meaning Storm Valley still belonged to the Human World’s space.

It was precisely due to this reason that the Divine Master and his followers were able to throw the stone coffin into Storm Valley before.

Bringing the stone coffin back to Qinghe Academy, the dean assigned people to guard it in shifts. The Capital City was also a major point of protection in the Human World.

Moreover, the Martial Champion was stationed in the Capital City.

Though the Martial Champion wasn’t involved in worldly affairs, now that Second Young Master Zhang was with Su Yang, it was as if he was a member of the Human World. Under these circumstances, the Martial Champion was essentially inclined towards the Human World.

Even if someone truly intended to make a move on the stone coffin, even if the Martial Champion did not intervene, he would give a warning in advance. Su Yang and his group would have time to prepare for defense. Thus, keeping it in the Capital City was indeed quite safe.

Su Yang knew that after he left, how the elixir pills were distributed would become a significant issue.

How those from the Seven Realms would seize these elixirs was something Su Yang did not need to worry about. What he had to do was to make them adhere to the Human World’s rules and also ignite their internal strife.

Previously showcasing the strength of the Human World was to make these people realize that although many of them came, they were still no match for the Human World. If a real fight broke out, they would certainly suffer losses.

As for using Spirit Liquid Essence in alchemy to give these people elixirs, it was to incite internal chaos among them.

The Eight Realms had planned to deal with the Human World, and though Su Yang had firmly suppressed them with the Human World’s power, this was merely suppression. The Eight Realms united would still pose a significant problem for the Human World.

The best scenario was to sow discord among the people of the Eight Realms. Only by internal strife among them could the Human World gain enough time for enhancing its strengths.

Su Yang calculated that given the current situation in the Human World, it would take at least a hundred years to catch up to the weakest of the Eight Realms, the Land of Extreme Cold and the Land of Red Flame.

A hundred years, with the World Melting Furnace, means only ten years. Meaning, Su Yang needed to secure at least ten years.

Moreover, catching up here refers to overall strength, but if the Human World does not produce a Saint, it will always be at a disadvantage compared to the other Eight Realms.

The issue of Saints is beyond Su Yang’s control. To become a Saint, luck is the most critical factor. According to what Mahakaya and Monk Wunian mentioned, Saints have wholly transcended the Nine Realms and aren’t something that can be cultivated within the Nine Realms. Every Saint has extraordinary fortunes, so achieving sainthood is not just about effort.

Thus, Su Yang cannot even think of cultivating Saints for the Human World right now. First, they must elevate the Human World’s power enough to earn the other Eight Realms’ fear and prevent an all-out war against the Human World, ensuring its safety.

If the people of the Eight Realms were to unite, it wouldn’t bode well for the Human World, making it extremely challenging to secure ten years of time.

However, if they were to incite internal strife, securing ten years is very hopeful.

These elixirs are to catalyze their internal conflicts.

Su Yang did include Spirit Liquid Essence but added very little, maybe just two drops of Spirit Liquid Essence among all the pills.

Nevertheless, that would be enough to make those people go crazy.

Having witnessed the Human World’s power enhancement and personally experiencing the elixir’s effects, they were naturally insane about it. At this moment, they were preoccupied with the thought of seizing elixirs, leaving no time or focus to contend against the Human World.

And this is the best opportunity for the Human World to develop.

Returning to Qinghe Academy, Su Yang once again began gathering personnel, sending them into the World Melting Furnace for special training to cultivate experts for the Human World.

The special training inside the World Melting Furnace is now fully delegated to the dean’s charge. The Ten Great Sects have also entered the World Melting Furnace, both to cultivate themselves and to assist Qinghe Academy in training the newcomers.

Even so, there are still not enough people. After all, in the other Eight Realms, the number of cultivators is vast, while in the Human World, they amount to just one in every hundred thousand. The combined total cultivators in the entire Human World do not even reach a hundred thousand, and the majority of them are at the basic level.

To elevate the Human World’s power, more people need to commence cultivation.

Previously, the Human World had scarce Spiritual Energy, unsuitable for cultivation. But now, with the World Melting Furnace as the training ground, Spiritual Energy is abundant, allowing for extensive cultivation.

For this purpose, Su Yang expanded Qinghe Academy’s enrollment, recruiting globally. All potential members with a clean background were admitted to Qinghe Academy to commence training.

Qinghe Academy also expanded its size, acquiring all surrounding areas, leading it to become as vast as a city. The number of students residing at Qinghe Academy has reached three hundred thousand, a truly grand scale.

These three hundred thousand were students recruited by Su Yang and his team from all over, considered to be of potential.

Of course, it’s uncertain how many of these students will ultimately step across the threshold into cultivation.

Cultivation is not just about potential; innate factors exert a large influence, such as one’s diligence and endurance, which are also critical elements.
