Resources are Monopolized, What Can I Do About My Unlimited Access Card?

Chapter 23 [Hurricane Tunado], the power to pierce through the raging hurricane.Blank cards and illusion cards merged into one. Gu Ye, sitting cross-legged in the void, held the spirit drawing pen. Spiritual energy flowed into the pen. It felt like a sudden flash of inspiration, his thoughts gushing forth, and he began to write the world background for the card.

[The universe is clearly divided into two origin factions: the Bright World and the Dark World. The Bright World nurtures light energy, deriving branches of the Five Elements, Three Talents, and Four Elements; it is the source of armor power.]

[The Dark World, with the Shadow Emperor as its master, relies on Demon Spirit Stones and dark energy to erode planets, attempting to subvert the cosmic order.]

[In ancient times, the Emperor Armor of the Bright World descended to Earth, leaving behind Light and Shadow Stones and the Five Elements bloodline.]

[On the distant Yan Star, the martial fanatic Emperor Yan forged the Shura Armor, along with the three auxiliary armors: Xingtian, Feiying, and Jingang.]

[Later, they were seized by the army led by Lu Fa from the Ares Star, the command center of the Galaxy. After being modified by Ares technology, these armors became the core combat power for maintaining order in the Galaxy.]

[A meteorite called the Death Black Star descended to Earth, carrying the Sangbao virus, which mutated carnivorous dinosaurs into Sangbao dinosaurs. Earth relied on the power of the four natural elements—volcanoes, tsunamis, etc.—to wipe out the Sangbao dinosaurs.]

[Thousands of years later, researcher Li Xiaochou discovered the Sangbao virus and used it to create ”Auxers”.]

[Scientist Ke Guolong used the fire, water, wind, and earth energies corresponding to ”Molten Flame”, ”Tsunami”, ”Hurricane”, and ”Crag” to develop four sets of basic armors to fight against the ”Auxers”...]

Three hours passed in the outside world before the world background of [tuanado of gale] was finally constructed.

Gu Ye also incorporated the worldviews of the first and second armor generations into the world background, merging the three worldviews into one.

Gu Ye took a deep breath and performed the final ritual, solemnly spitting out a few words:

”The Heavenly Dao is above; this card is complete. I hope the Heavenly Dao will witness it.”

Spiritual energy surged in the spiritual space. Gu Ye was no longer as nervous as he had been the first time.

Immediately after, the eye of the heavenly dao also appeared. When the huge pupil looked at Gu Ye, a flash of surprise crossed it, as if the eye of the heavenly dao had intelligence.

With the appearance of the eye of the heavenly dao, the outside world also became overcast with dark clouds, thunder rolled, and the sound of thunder shook the heavens and earth.

In the pitch-black clouds, a trace of purple-red glow could be vaguely seen—black with a hint of red, sacred and eerie.

”It’s raining, time to go home and collect the laundry!” Unaware people thought it was just a change in the weather.

However, those whose cultivation reached the Platinum Tier or above immediately perceived the situation.

Inside the old Yan Family residence, an old woman with a youthful face was drinking broth, a sharp glint flashing in her eyes:

”Old Third.”

”Mother, is it not to your liking?” A middle-aged man in a suit wearing glasses walked up to her and asked with concern.

The woman put down the bowl in her hand and ordered: ”Go to the civilian district in the south of the city and investigate if any geniuses have appeared recently.”

The man nodded and went out to immediately order people to investigate.

The Jiang family also stirred because of this phenomenon: ”A new world background has appeared. Arrange for people to investigate. If the item does not belong to the other three major Noble Families, once found, regardless of whether the person is dead or alive, the world background must belong to our Jiang family.”

Because of Gu Ye, the four major Noble Families all deployed personnel to the south of the city to investigate the source of the phenomenon, and perhaps it was not just the four major Noble Families...

Gu Ye did not know about these influences. In the spiritual space, he was watching the formation of the card.

Only when he heard a crisp sound did Gu Ye leave the spiritual space.

Seeing Gu Ye open his eyes, Mu Xuefei immediately surrounded him and frantically searched his body, muttering:

”Are you okay? How could you be so fast?”

”That doesn’t make sense!”

Mu Xuefei was full of confusion, seeing that he was completely fine.

”Sister Fei, is something wrong?”

”Something is very wrong!” Mu Xuefei stood up instantly and talked about his situation just now.

After hearing her words, Gu Ye understood that the [Furnace] had intervened to suppress the [divinity card], which caused her worry, but he could not tell her the truth.

”Sister Fei, I’m fine. Look, I’m perfectly healthy, and the card has been made.”

Seeing that he didn’t want to talk about it, Mu Xuefei didn’t pursue it further; after all, everyone had secrets.

Gu Ye summoned his bloodline card. That’s right, he was no longer taking cards out of his pocket.

After a Card Master advances to the Bronze Fifth Tier and creates their first bloodline card, their spiritual space will give birth to a small space area due to the Card Master’s own bloodline, which the Card Master can use to store cards.

The two looked at the card in Gu Ye’s hand at the same time. On the card face was a blue-green box with a diamond-shaped key slot in the middle, and the edges were inlaid with blue-green metal. There was a silver wheel on both the left and right sides of the slot.

Mu Xuefei looked at the card face with a puzzled expression. Wasn’t it supposed to be armor! Why is it a box?

Gu Ye looked at this familiar summoner, feeling very excited.

When he was a child watching Armor Hero, he fantasized about having a summoner and being able to summon a handsome set of armor.

Who hasn’t burned their inner ’chuunibyou’ soul when alone and shouted that phrase, ’Armor Combine!’?

Gu Ye got out of bed excitedly and immediately used the bloodline card, spiritual energy pouring into the card.

A belt suddenly appeared around his waist. Then, under Mu Xuefei’s surprised gaze, he shouted the phrase he had been looking forward to:

”tuanado of gale, the power that tears through the wild gale.”

”Combine!”

Energy particles sprayed out from the summoner, gathering towards Gu Ye, forming a green hurricane. After the hurricane dissipated, a suit of cyan and silver armor appeared in Mu Xuefei’s field of vision.

The technological light from outside the window fell on the armor, adding a touch of mystery to it.

The armor helmet was overall cyan-green, with yellow eyes, styled like the eyes of a kite. There was a tuft of red feathers on the upper right of the helmet, like a bird spreading its wings.

The chest armor had a silver base, with a green hurricane logo on the left chest, and a silver cape on the back, moving without wind.

The waist was the belt Mu Xuefei had seen on the card face, integrated with the armor as a whole.

The eye area was made of bright yellow lenses, flickering with a faint light.

His perspective was that of a high-tech smart combat visor.

At the edge of his vision, there was something like an energy bar that would rotate with his perspective, and [Spiritual Energy] was marked above the energy bar.

Gu Ye understood; this should be the remaining spiritual energy he currently had.

A Card Maker’s spiritual energy reserve could be said to be the foundation of everything. Only with sufficient spiritual energy could one ensure that the card’s combat performance was lasting and powerful.

This [tuonaduo armor] naturally also consumed his own spiritual energy, but the consumption was much lower than cards of the same level.

Gu Ye walked to the half-length mirror in the room, and the image in the mirror made Gu Ye unable to help but exclaim:

”This is just too damn handsome!”

Looking at the armor on his body in the mirror, Gu Ye couldn’t help but think of that man.

”I don’t bother reasoning with you; you’re not worthy of hearing it.”

”Once an Auxer, always an Auxer.”

His thoughts returned, and he kept posing in front of the mirror, making tutting sounds, which left Mu Xuefei on the side speechless.

”Alright, stop looking. You’ll have plenty of time to look later.”

”Show me the armor first.”

”Okay!”

Gu Ye showed her a small part of the weapons and skills of [tuanado of gale].

”I didn’t expect this, kid, your card-making technology is so strong.”

”The strength of this bloodline card of yours is basically top-tier in all of Yunlin City.” Mu Xuefei circled him, looking him up and down.

Gu Ye said with some disappointment: ”Only Yunlin City...”

Mu Xuefei rolled her eyes helplessly: ”What are you thinking? Being ranked in Yunlin City is already amazing enough. Do you want to be ranked in the entire Southwest Region?”

Gu Ye was actually thinking about the entire Yanxia Federation; he didn’t expect the reality gap to be so large.

Mu Xuefei seemed to see through his thoughts: ”You are a commoner Card Master, with no background and no resources.”

”It’s hard to compete with the thousands of years of accumulation of the Noble Families!”

Hearing her words, Gu Ye silently protested in his heart:

”The cultural treasures of my Huaxia are not something that Noble Families with thousands of years can compare to.”

He didn’t say it out loud, his face just full of unwillingness to accept it.

Mu Xuefei ignored his expression. Seeing that he had completed the bloodline card and didn’t need her anymore, she reminded him:

”Alright, since you’ve completed the bloodline card, I’ll go first. You should familiarize yourself with the card today!”

”Remember to go to class on time tomorrow!”

After speaking, Mu Xuefei walked out of the room.

Seeing that she had left, Gu Ye deactivated his transformation, sat on the chair, summoned the bloodline card, and checked the information of [tuanado of gale].

Although the armor was very handsome, whether it was practical or not was another matter.
