”Magic power examination… you say?”

”Yes. That is the job I would like to entrust to Rigel-sama.”

After school.

In the S-Class classroom, Rigel was being requested by his homeroom teacher Oriana to take on the job of ”magic power examination.”

Incidentally, since she had already been trained by Rigel, she called him ”Rigel-sama” despite being in the position of a teacher.

”How worthless. Why must I do such a worthless job?”

”Please somehow accept it… Originally it is the health teacher’s job, but they are absent due to poor health… We are looking for a substitute health teacher, but…”

”Hmph, then just leave it to some other faculty member.”

Saying that with a snort, Rigel was answered apologetically by Oriana.

”That cannot be done.”

”What?”

To Rigel, who wore a suspicious expression, Oriana explained.

”If it is just roughly measuring the amount of magic power, anyone can do it. But when it comes to measuring it accurately, it is a different story…”

”What do you mean?”

To Rigel, who tilted his head, Oriana continued her explanation.

”To precisely measure the amount of magic power, attributes, control ability, and so on, a certain level of specialized knowledge and technique is required. It cannot be substituted by others. Moreover, the other faculty members are all busy with their respective jobs…”

”Hmph…”

Hearing Oriana’s explanation, Rigel snorted unhappily.

With the health teacher who possessed specialized knowledge and technique currently in poor health, a substitute needed to be found.

With the cheat skill [Rape], Rigel could adapt to most jobs.

Moreover, as a health committee member, he was in a position where he should help with work that he could assist with.

It seemed to make a certain amount of sense.

But there were still remaining points of doubt.

”In the first place, why was the ’magic power examination’ being performed by the health teacher?”

Rigel’s question was only natural.

Magic power was the force necessary for the activation of magic.

Then it seemed natural for a magic-related teacher to handle the examination.

Why had the health teacher been performing the magic power examination?

Receiving Rigel’s question, Oriana opened her mouth.

”…To think that even Rigel-sama does not know something that exists in this world…”

”Haa? Are you looking down on me?”

”No, that is not my intention… It is just, um…”

Glared at by Rigel, Oriana became flustered.

She spoke as if making an excuse.

”To precisely measure the amount of magic power, attributes, control ability, and so on, it is necessary to insert a special instrument into the body.”

”Oh? In other words, as long as that is done, precise magic power measurement can be performed. I recall that no such thing existed in the entrance examination?”

Rigel pointed out.

If such a convenient thing existed, then practical magic examinations and the like would become unnecessary.

But Oriana shook her head from side to side.

”Certainly, if that instrument is used, precise magic power measurement is possible.”

”Hmph… Then…”

”However, there are two problem points.”

”…?”

To Rigel, who tilted his head, Oriana explained.

”First of all… Specialized knowledge and technique are required to handle that instrument. The instrument is also valuable. Since the number of entrance applicants is enormous, it cannot be handled with limited personnel and instruments.”

”A worthless reason. Even though it is the great Royal Academy, some personnel and instruments are insufficient, huh.”

”That is how it is. Therefore, detailed magic power measurement is only performed on necessary students among the second-years.”

”Necessary students?”

”Yes. Mainly students who are still developing. For example, the S-Class students already self-aware of the details of their magic power and have decided the path they should take. This time, it is to grasp in detail the magic power tendencies of the developing students and use it as reference for thinking about career paths and guidance policies.”

”I see…”

Oriana continued her explanation.

But then she hesitated, seeming to find the next words difficult to say.

”…And the second point is…”

”What is it?”

”The place where this instrument is inserted is… um, the buttocks.”

”Hah?”

At Oriana’s words, Rigel’s mouth hung open blankly.

She continued.

”In normal magic power measurement, another person confirms the rising magic power with the naked eye. In the case of detailed measurement using an instrument, it is inserted into the body and measured from the inside.”

”And that means the anus?”

To Rigel’s question, Oriana nodded.

Then she opened her mouth as if embarrassed.

”Yes… That instrument must be inserted from the anus, so…”

”…Haa.”

Rigel sighed.

(What a worthless story, but…)

He let out a small sigh and said as if giving up.

”In other words, this request is ’I don’t want to do the dirty work of sticking an instrument into the assholes of lowly students, so do it in my place,’ is that it?”

”T-that’s not it!! This really requires high specialization…”

”Hmph. I wonder about that.”

Rigel said as if spitting it out.

But his expression was somehow amused.

(Well, as a job, sticking instruments into the asses of second-years is interesting in its own way… If there’s a chance, I’ll rape them.)

Rigel muttered in his heart.

Oriana opened her mouth as if pleading.

”This examination is disliked by many students. Therefore, it is not performed right after enrollment, but after advancing to the second year. At this timing, there are no students who would choose to drop out just because they dislike it.”

”Hmm…”

”Please somehow! There is no one else I can rely on…!”

”Hmph… Depending on the conditions, I might do it.”

At Rigel’s words, Oriana’s eyes sparkled.

”Really!?”

”Yeah…”

”Thank you very much! S-so what are the conditions…?”

”It’s simple. I will only accept female students as the examination targets I handle.”

”Eh!?”

”While we’re at it, let’s also place restrictions on appearance. Well, with this academy I’m not worried, but…”

Rigel declared that.

The appearance level of the Royal Academy was high.

Since the children of royalty, nobles, and wealthy merchants were the main ones, there were few with outrageous appearances.

As far as Rigel had seen, the female students were at least at the level of ”if I feel like embracing them, I can.”

That said, he was a first-year who had not even been enrolled for half a year.

He had almost never met the faces of the senior second-year female students.

Just in case, he decided to put some insurance in place.

”I-I understand… However, originally several male students were also targets…”

”I don’t know about that far. Just implement it when the health teacher returns, right? For the time being, at least the female students can receive the magic power examination. Be grateful.”

”Uuu… I understand…”

At Rigel’s words, Oriana nodded reluctantly.

In this way, Rigel came to accept the work as a health committee member.
