She seemed to be feeling intense pain from the bleeding in her arm.

However, at the same time, there was something like a sense of achievement on her expression.

”Y-you…! Don’t tell me you bit off your own arm flesh to endure the pleasure…!?”

”O-of course…! For the sake of Rigel-san’s honor, I cannot lose…!!”

Char said with a desperate expression.

Her appearance was so painful that it was hard to look at.

At the girl’s state, Rave involuntarily stepped back.

”I-impossible…! For the sake of a mere boyfriend’s honor, y-you would go that far!?”

”Y-yes! Because I love Rigel-san…!!”

Char declared firmly.

(T-this is bad…! I never thought she was this devoted…!!)

Rave involuntarily shuddered.

As a rape maniac, he enjoyed raping women in various situations.

Of course, patterns such as ”forcibly raping a girl who has feelings for someone else” or ”betraying and freely raping a girl who has feelings for him” were within his strike zone.

He had also enjoyed ”endurance games against climax” more than once or twice.

But this was the first time a woman had bitten off her own arm flesh to endure the pleasure.

(Tch…! What do I do…? At this rate it’s bad…!!)

Rave broke out in a cold sweat.

His fun and pleasant rape plan was starting to face obstacles.

”Uguuu…!”

Char let out a pained voice while a large amount of blood flowed from her arm.

If left alone, it was enough blood loss to cause death from bleeding out.

”Tch! What the hell are you doing… For now, stick out your arm and stay quiet!!”

”No! You’re saying that so you can torment me again, aren’t you!?”

”Don’t be stupid! At this rate you’ll die, you know!? I don’t have a hobby of raping corpses! If you don’t want to die, stick out your arm quietly!!”

Rave shouted.

Even so, Char did not obey, but in the end Rave forcibly held her down.

And then—

”[Heal]!”

Rave cast healing magic.

Then Char’s bleeding immediately stopped.

”That should be fine. Good grief… What a woman.”

Rave muttered in exasperation.

Meanwhile, Char was confused by the sensation of the recovery magic she had received.

(That just now… Gentle magic…? But that can’t be… This person is an arrogant and evil noble… He’s different from Rigel-san…)

Char was puzzled in her heart.

But without noticing her feelings, Rave moved on to the next action.

”Now then, shall we begin Round 2? I won’t hold back next time.”

Rave grinned.

It had been interrupted in an unexpected way, but the outcome of the game still had not been decided.

The entertainment of the noble boy Rave continued…

—-

Rave was humiliating Char.

Although there had been a mishap in the ”climax endurance game” where Char bit off her own arm flesh, Rave’s recovery magic had resolved the situation without further incident.

”Now then, shall we begin Round 2? I won’t hold back this time.”

Rave said with a grin.

”Kh…!”

(I-I’m scared…!)

Char felt fear from Rave’s atmosphere.

Being blindfolded only heightened the terror.

But she desperately encouraged herself and said,

”I-I won’t lose…!”

”Kuku. Coming from the same mouth that was about to cum so disgracefully earlier?”

”T-that was…!”

Char stammered.

But she quickly reconsidered and said,

”B-but! Next time I absolutely won’t cum! Even if I die, I’ll protect Rigel-san’s honor to the end!!”

”Anyone can say whatever they want… is what I’d like to say, but you’re the type who’d really protect it even at the cost of your life, so it’s terrifying.”

Earlier, Char had bitten off her own arm flesh right before climax.

With that pain, she had endured the orgasm.

”That’s right! Therefore, you cannot make me cum!!”

Char declared full of confidence.

Looking at the girl’s state, Rave let out an exasperated sigh.

”I won’t allow something like that a second time. Self-harm is now a foul.”

”Wha…! That’s unfair!!”

”It’s not unfair. This is a fun and pleasant ’climax endurance game.’ Enduring pleasure to the point of becoming covered in blood goes against the spirit of the game.”

Rave stated firmly.

There might be some truth in what he said.

But there was a part that Char simply could not accept.

”Don’t joke around! There was no such restriction in the original rules! Are you planning to break the promise!!”

Char pressed him as if accusing him.

Looking at the girl’s appearance, Rave scratched his head in a troubled manner.

(She’s surprisingly stubborn and strong-willed. Forcing a rape would be easy, but…)

Rave deliberately chose not to.

If it was just forcing a rape, kidnapping some random passerby would be more than enough.

He felt it would be a waste to consume the carefully prepared prey named Char with a mere rape.

”Can’t be helped… In exchange for adding the ’no self-harm’ rule, I’ll also add one more reward for if you win.”

”Eh…?”

Char was puzzled by the unexpected answer.

In this situation, the one with the advantage was Rave.

She had thought that any protest from a commoner like her would just be brushed aside.

At Rave’s unexpectedly sincere attitude, Char revised her evaluation of him a little.

”Actually, I also brought Rigel von Maikenu to this mansion… My escort soldiers seem to have gone too far, and he’s in a half-dead state.”

”…!? R-Rigel-san!?”

Char was astonished at Rave’s words.

While enjoying Char’s reaction, he continued further.

”If you don’t cum, I’ll treat him. To me he’s an insignificant existence, but that should motivate you more, right?”

Saying that with a laugh, Rave left Char confused.

(W-what should I do…!?)

If she won, Rigel would apparently receive treatment.

However, the ”no self-harm” rule was also being added at the same time, making the match disadvantageous.

”If you don’t like it, that’s fine too? In that case, regardless of victory or defeat, I won’t treat Rigel. In the thoroughly beaten state he’s in, I wonder if he’ll even survive…”

Saying that, Rave laughed with a kerakera.

At his attitude, Char felt anger.

(T-this person…!!)

It was an attitude that said he didn’t care what happened to Rigel.

”I-I understand… Those conditions are fine.”

”Kukuku. A wise decision.”

Rave said with a laugh.

(I absolutely mustn’t cum…!)

With that resolve in her heart, Char resumed the match.

”Well then, let’s start Round 2 right away. I have no intention of going easy this time.”

”That’s what I want…!”

The rematch between the two began—

(Rigel-san… Please wait for me…!)

Char whispered in her heart.

In order to restore her beloved’s honor and have his wounds treated.

She would win the ”climax endurance game” of enduring the caresses from the arrogant noble boy no matter what.

Char’s resolve was firm.

(This time I won’t feel anything…! I absolutely won’t lose to a despicable person like this…!!)

While swearing that in her heart, Char concentrated.

But that concentration had the opposite effect.

”Nn…! Kuuu…!!”

”Kuku. What’s wrong? I only lightly traced along your slit, you know?”

Rave said while grinning.

Indeed, his finger had only traced along her slit.

However, the current Char felt even that level of stimulation.

(N-no…! I mustn’t feel it…!!)

Gritting her teeth, Char desperately endured.

Looking at her state, Rave said,

”Kuku. Why not just give up already? Feeling good would be more beneficial for you too, right?”

”I refuse…! I’d rather die than lose to a lowlife like you…!!”

”Kuku. You sure say some interesting things.”

Rave said with a laugh, but Char’s resolve did not change.

At her stubborn appearance, he let out an exasperated sigh and began moving his fingers again.
