”Alright! Sorry for being late!!”

The moment that voice echoed, a boy entered the classroom. There may have been a reason for his tardiness, but tardiness is tardiness.

”Late on the very first day of enrollment… What nerve— Ugh!? Y-you are…!!”

The homeroom teacher Oriana wore a look of disbelief. But it was only for an instant. Oriana’s expression gradually changed into one of shock and terror.

”Nice to meet you, teacher. Sorry for being late for various reasons. May I enter?”

”Y-yes… Please do…”

Oriana nodded while looking shaken. She had been closest to the entrance, so she recognized the latecomer’s face first. The others didn’t have that advantage. The surrounding students looked puzzled by Oriana’s nonchalant acceptance of the latecomer. Especially Rebecca and Ero-Ra, who hadn’t calmed down yet.

”Hey! What’s with this attitude after being late— Hii!?”

”Even if the teacher forgives me, this me— Aah!?”

”U… Ah…”

Rebecca and Ero-Ra tried to say something, but their voices were cut off. Nino was also wide-eyed and froze in place.

”What’s wrong? Nice to meet all of you, classmates. Sorry for being late due to various reasons. Please treat me well from now on.”

The latecomer — Rigel — spoke confidently. After the homeroom teacher Oriana, ’Awakening’ Rebecca, ’Illusion Eye’ Ero-Ra, and ’Illustrious Alchemist’ Nino all fell silent. For a moment, the classroom fell into dead silence. But that silence was soon shattered.

”You! If you’re late, you should look more apologetic! You’re in front of Rebecca-sama!!”

”That’s right! What’s with that attitude?! It’s rude to Ero-Ra-sama!!”

Two lower-rank S-Class students shouted unhappily. Both of them were Rebecca’s or Ero-Ra’s lapdogs or sycophants. They had jumped on the boy to curry favor with them. In response, the other students turned critical gazes on the boy.

”Oop… Sorry. I just had my usual habit.”

The latecomer — Rigel — scratched his cheek while saying it. But his attitude didn’t look apologetic at all.

”You’re acting way too cocky— ”Shut up! Don’t say another word!!”

Rebecca’s lapdog tried to go at the boy, but before she could, Rebecca shouted.

”Rebecca-sama? I was just warning him a little—”

”Don’t say anything to him! Can’t you hear what I say!?”

”E-excuse me… Sorry…”

The Rebecca lapdog shrank back under Rebecca’s sharp gaze. Cold sweat dripped from her forehead. Then, in turn, a girl who was Ero-Ra’s lapdog opened her mouth toward the boy.

”You’re not showing any remorse… Ero-Ra-sama, even so, this person’s attitude—”

”Silence.”

Ero-Ra said. It wasn’t a loud voice. But the moment those words reached the ears of the people in the room, the atmosphere in the classroom suddenly froze.

”Hii!? U-understood…”

Ero-Ra’s lapdog obediently shut up. She couldn’t understand the attitude of the person she admired and obeyed.

”By the way? Even though it’s the entrance ceremony, the atmosphere is pretty grim, isn’t it?”

The boy spoke in a bright voice that didn’t match the atmosphere. The classroom was filled with an eerie atmosphere. Nino was clutching her stomach, probably feeling stomach pain from stress. The homeroom teacher Oriana was gripping her shaking legs tightly. In the midst of that—

”Ah, it’s Rigel-kun!”

”He was late, huh? But it’s good that you made it in time for the entrance ceremony.”

Two girls called out to the latecomer in perfectly calm tones. The boy and the two girls seemed to know each other.

”Oh! It’s Testarossa and Nessis! You two look like the same people from earlier!!”

The latecomer — Rigel — greeted them happily. Then the two girls smiled lightly in response. The atmosphere in the room relaxed. Most of the students, following the trend, loosened up their tension. But there were four exceptions.

(Hauuu… M-my stomach hurts… How could I end up in the same class as that person…)

(Kuh! I thought he said he would pass by holding back his power a bit… Why is he in S-Class too!!)

(Bastard! He said he would get an A in the swordsmanship exam following my instructions…! Why is he in S-Class!? T-this can’t be…)

(This is a nightmare… Wake me up from this dream…)

Nino, Rebecca, Oriana, and Ero-Ra. All four of them had been raped and creampied by Rigel during the entrance exam. They had experienced his true power firsthand. And they also knew what would happen if they had any connection with him.

All four of them had pale faces. Especially the homeroom teacher Oriana, who looked like she might collapse any moment.

”Hey, Rigel-kun. Since we have a spare seat here, why don’t you sit with us?”

”The seat next to us is empty. Though the entrance ceremony starts right after homeroom ends.”

Without noticing their anxious expressions, Testarossa and Nessis called out to Rigel. Rigel nodded with a smile at their words.

”Yeah! Then I’ll intrude without hesitation!!”

With those words, Rigel walked toward the seat next to Testarossa and Nessis. Thus, the first homeroom of S-Class was about to begin, and the time for the entrance ceremony drew near.

—-

Several days had passed since Rigel enrolled in the Royal Academy. These days had passed peacefully without any major incidents. Even Rigel, who had been so bold, didn’t rape innocent girls grandly while everyone was watching. He was choosing his timing, and so far he had been acting quietly.

”Good morning! Rigel-kun!!”

”Good morning, Rigel-san.”

”Alright, good morning.”

The classroom door opened, and Testarossa and Nessis greeted Rigel as they entered. The three of them sat down with friendly conversation.

”But I’m not used to these luxurious chairs and desks…”

Rigel muttered. The chairs and desks weren’t the ordinary kind found in normal schools. They looked more like furniture from a noble mansion.

”Isn’t it? It’s a bit high-quality, but not something that’s particularly unusual.”

”I think so too. It feels higher quality than the other first-year classes, but not something that would make me say it’s unfamiliar…”

Testarossa and Nessis answered. For the two girls born into a lower noble family, this was normal.

”Hmm…”

Rigel was also from a noble family. In fact, he was the heir to a Marquis house. He was accustomed to luxurious furniture and interior decorations. But in his previous life he had been Japanese and commoner. The feelings from that time still lingered a bit, and he felt unsettled.
