Rigel had cast the enema magic on the girl next to him during the written exam. Now he was pretending to be kind and offering to take her to the infirmary.

”Come on. I’ll carry you to the infirmary.”

Rigel spoke to the girl. Her face was deathly pale as she desperately fought the urge to defecate.

”Eh? N-no… The exam is still going on…”

”Didn’t you hear? The examiner will accompany us, so you can return to the written exam after you recover.”

This was the result of Rigel subtly showing his Marquis family status and pressuring the examiner. Under normal circumstances, it was questionable whether they would provide such special treatment for a simple case of feeling unwell.

”Ah… But…”

”Anyway, you can’t take the exam in that condition, right? Don’t hold back! Here!!”

Rigel forcefully grabbed the girl’s hand and pulled her up from her chair.

”Ah!? Oof!? Fguu…!!”

At that moment, the girl’s body jerked and her face turned bright red. The feces in her intestines must have shifted, and a little might have come out.

”Come on, get on my back! Don’t be shy!!!”

”I-I’m fine… I can walk by myself…”

The girl tried to brush off Rigel’s hand. However—

”Oop!!”

Rigel grabbed her hand again and swiftly lifted her onto his back in a piggyback carry.

”Aah… Ooo… Hnuu…”

The girl let out a strange moan. She might have reached her limit.

”What’s wrong? Your face is completely pale.”

”N-no… It’s… I-I’m fine…”

The girl replied weakly. Right now, they were drawing the attention of the other examinees. There was no way she could say something like ”Please take me to the toilet quickly because I need to poop.”

”Alright, let’s go!!”

Rigel started walking with the girl on his back. The examiner followed behind them. With every step, vibrations traveled through the girl’s body. Her complexion grew worse and worse, but she said nothing. They walked in a wide loop around the examination hall toward the exit.

”Hm…? Why are those people walking around…?”

”They look like they were taking the test a bit further away.”

”Feeling unwell, maybe…?”

”The examiner is with them, so it doesn’t look like cheating…”

Such voices came from the examinees. This was exactly why Rigel had deliberately taken a long detour toward the exit.

(Kukuku! What a pathetic sight!!)

Rigel was satisfied. On his back, the girl was fighting desperately against the urge to defecate. He could feel her tension, and it excited him. The girl was so focused on holding it in that she hadn’t noticed they were taking a long way around. The examiner seemed a little suspicious, but he didn’t say anything to Rigel.

(Alright, time to leave the exam room… It would be boring if she actually went right now…)

Rigel’s ultimate goal was to rape the girl as a way to kill time during the remaining portion of the written exam. Making her leak inside the exam room might be amusing, but then the opportunity to rape her afterward would be lost. It was about time to move on. Thinking this, Rigel finished looping around the hall and headed toward the exit.

”Hii… Hii…”

The girl’s breathing was ragged. Her breath brushed against Rigel’s ear. Before long, they successfully exited the examination hall.

”So, which way is the infirmary?”

Rigel asked. The examiner, who had remained silent until now, answered.

”The infirmary is up the stairs from here…”

”Hou? Then please lead the way.”

”However, looking at her… It might be better to take her to the toi—”

”No, the infirmary comes first. Now, hurry up and guide us, won’t you?”

Rigel glared at the examiner. He didn’t want the examiner to interfere any further. Perhaps sensing his intent, the examiner said nothing more.

(Kukuku! It would be boring to take her straight to the toilet. Now that the other examinees can’t see us, you can feel free to let it all out.)

Rigel smirked inwardly. If the girl on his back leaked, he would naturally get soiled with feces. But that was a trivial matter.

(I don’t have a fetish for enjoying filth or anything.)

Thanks to the cheat skill [Rape], Rigel could use water and wind magic. He could easily clean himself or remove odors with magic. Moreover, his resistance to foul smells had also increased.

Fundamentally, the reason people dislike filth is because bacteria from it can cause illness. Thanks to [Rape], Rigel’s resistance was greatly enhanced, so he wouldn’t get sick even if he got a bit dirty. While the instinctive disgust couldn’t be completely eliminated, it was naturally much weaker than that of an ordinary person.

”…The infirmary is this way. Go up the stairs and continue down the corridor. Follow me.”

The examiner began leading the way. Rigel grinned as he felt the girl squirming on his back.

—-

The girl was writhing in agony from Rigel’s enema magic. She was currently being carried piggyback by him. She probably wanted to go to the toilet, but due to Rigel’s teasing, she was being taken to the infirmary instead.

”U-um…”

”Stay quiet. You’re not feeling well, so just rest at the infirmary.”

”N-no… That’s not…”

”Just so you know… Don’t say something ridiculous like you don’t want the academy’s infirmary, alright? We don’t have time to go to some fancy treatment center for upper nobles.”

”Uuu…”

The girl couldn’t say anything in response to Rigel’s words. She understood there was a slight misunderstanding. It was true that she didn’t want to go to the infirmary. However, it wasn’t because she was being arrogant and didn’t like the academy’s infirmary or wanted a high-class one instead.

She simply wanted to go to the toilet. Not the infirmary — the toilet. That was all she needed to say. However—

(Uuu… But it’s so embarrassing… And… it’s kind of scary…)

There was no way she could say that out loud. The examiner had a very businesslike attitude, but Rigel was a boy around her age. Saying she needed to go to the toilet in front of such a boy was incredibly embarrassing… Moreover, he had a somewhat intimidating presence. She felt like she shouldn’t defy him. The girl had become unable to speak her true feelings.

”Oh, is this it?”

Rigel muttered. They had apparently arrived in front of the infirmary.

(Aaah! W-what should I do…?)

The girl panicked. Since they had reached the infirmary, she would probably have to receive some kind of examination or treatment. If she had even a little time, going to the infirmary would be fine. She could just tell the doctor after Rigel left and go to the toilet then. But she didn’t have even that small window of time right now.

”Fufu. You look really anxious.”

”Uuu… Y-yes…”

The girl agreed with Rigel’s words. Maybe he had noticed she was holding in the urge to defecate.

(So embarrassing…)

The girl felt intense shame. At the same time, she also felt a bit relieved. If he had noticed without her saying anything, that was still better. However—

”Don’t worry. The examiner came with us too. Once you get some first aid, you can go back to the written exam!”

”…Eh?”

”There’s still time left in the written exam. I already submitted my answers, so I’ll wait here for you the whole time!! I’ll even carry you on my back!!!”

Rigel spoke with great enthusiasm. The girl’s despair only deepened.

(A-ah… No way…!)

The girl felt like crying. This boy seemed determined not to let her go to the toilet. He probably didn’t have any ill intentions. If she were simply feeling unwell and not desperately holding in the urge to poop, his behavior would have been very kind — like a prince from a story. However, for the current girl, it was an incredibly cruel act.

(Kukuku. This is hilarious!)

Rigel smirked. Needless to say, he fully understood the situation. After all, the girl was suffering because of the enema magic he had cast on her…

(Now then, what will you do?)

He wondered how the girl on his back would react… Would she go along with the flow and enter the infirmary? But there was no future in that. She would end up making a huge mess inside the infirmary. And since Rigel had declared he would wait outside, her accident would definitely be noticed by him. In that case, there was effectively only one choice she could make.

(Uuu… I-I have no choice, right…?)

The girl steeled herself. She had to tell him honestly.

”U-um…”

”Hm? What is it?”

”That’s… Instead of the infirmary… I-I need to go to the restroom…”

The girl said fearfully. Her face felt like it was on fire. It was so embarrassing she couldn’t lift her head. However— Rigel’s reply was completely unexpected.

”Restroom? Oh, you want to wash your hands? Can’t be helped…”

”Eh?”

The girl was confused by the unexpected answer.

(Wait… ”Restroom” means toilet, right…? Eh? Eh…?)

The girl was thrown into confusion. Had her words not gotten through to Rigel? ”Restroom” should normally mean toilet. At least, that was how she understood it.

(Kukuku. She’s panicking… It might have been a bit forceful, but since we’re here, I’ll push her to the absolute limit!)

Rigel laughed inwardly. Of course he knew that ”restroom” meant toilet. He was deliberately pretending to misunderstand. It was a bit of a stretch, but it was still within the realm of something a foreigner might misunderstand. This would corner the girl even further.

”Examiner, she says she wants to wash her hands for some reason. Could you guide us to the washroom?”

”Ah, yes… However, what she means is—”

”Could you guide us?”

”U-understood…”

The examiner was overwhelmed by Rigel’s domineering attitude. It looked like they were heading to the washroom instead of the infirmary right in front of them. Would the poor girl be able to hold it in until then—?
