Chapter 6083, Travelling Coach Service!

Author: Silavin

“Eh? What is that?”

“Travelling Coach?”

“Oh, its those two. They are really early today!”

There was clamour from the people around them.

“I wonder when did they have enough time to create this.” However, as though unbothered by them, Yang Ji merely stared in wonder at the scene before him.

There was a group of students directly in front of him, all lined up in an orderly fashion. They were all his classmates, on the platform in the middle of the dorm. Naturally, to his side was Yang Xu, his Sister who looked at the huge sign above their heads.

This huge sign was a manifestation of Qi. It was created when they injected their Qi into a pair of Tokens that Li Wu Yi had given them, which had the characters ‘纪堂’ written on them, signifying their position as part of the Disciplinary Board. Still, they believe only their Tokens had the ability to manifest this sign high up in the sky, ‘Travelling Coach’.

Sad to say, the Twins had no ability to modify the words being manifested. So, from then on, it was certain that they would be known as the travelling coachmen.

“Dad created this.” Yang Xu noted how these Tokens were obviously freshly made, as there was the lingering aura of their Father on it. Obviously, the decision to have them fulfil this role had been a hasty one, with their Father needing to create this Artifact overnight.

Thankfully, they were just simple Tokens. They did not have any other functions. Still, they were  bonded to them, and could not be used by anyone else. In a way, it was a perfect disguise for them. With these Tokens, they could act as though they were given close to the same authority as the Teachers. They could use Qi freely without facing as much scrutiny. Their status as part of the Disciplinary Board further highlighted this.

Though Shi had made a fuss over how they had broken the rules, in reality, they did not get caught by any other student. Furthermore, the site of destruction had already been fixed. So, the question of whether this could be counted as punishment might as well be forfeited.

Besides, the only other student who knew the truth was Wu Lun. Would he make a move to denounce them? Would he act out?

Any reaction from him was welcomed.

Still, it could be said that one of their punishments was needing to gather before all other classmates. Ironically, teachers too, since Li Wu Yi would need to ensure they were at the platform on time.

“Alright. Everyone is gathered.” Li Wu Yi looked around and gave a nod. “For a whole month, Yang Ji and Yang Xu will be shuttling everyone here to and from class. All of you need to be here before sunrise or you will need to travel on your own.”

Li Wu Yi did not explain why the Twins were forced to do this. He just left it up to the Twins to clarify. Furthermore, with the Disciplinary Board Token shining brightly, certainly the few students should have guessed a few things.

Li Wu Yi just gave the Twins a nod, and with a *snap* from Yang Ji, everyone was transported into the classroom. In fact, each student was standing behind their table.

Though it looked like Yang Ji had transported everyone at once, he actually did it one by one. He tore space and threw them into their respective locations. It just happened so fast that to most students, they thought it was a mass teleportation.

Furthermore, it highlighted how skilled Yang Ji was with no one experiencing any ill-effects from the sudden transportation through the Void.

Li Wu Yi, checking once more that all students were present, gave a nod. He had already expected this much from the Twins. This further highlighted how they should not be wasting time in his class, where he could only teach the basics for the other new fledglings. Thankfully, Shi had truly given him the perfect excuse.

“You two sure are skilled. I do not think the basic class would be of much benefit to you two. I recall that you two are tasked to take care of Lei Ao. Please hand this over to him. In the meantime, try to teach him if he asks any questions.” Li Wu Yi stated and directly threw a scroll to Yang Xu.

When Yang Xu caught it, Li Wu Yi directly sent a message through his Divine Sense. “You’ve shown off your strength and mastery over the Dao of Space. I doubt any of your classmates would feel despondent about you two skipping class. I believe Shi has anticipated this and had arranged it so your two could move freely. Just… just try to reign in your Brother, okay?”

Yang Xu looked at Yang Ji, who was already wearing a disgruntled face.

“Reign me in? What is he trying to say?” Yang Ji immediately commented, which could only be heard by Yang Xu.

Yang Xu quickly just cupped her fist and bowed before disappearing from the scene, taking Yang Ji with her.

Naturally, Li Wu Yi had noticed Yang Ji’s facial expression. He could not help but wonder, [Must you really tell your Brother I said that?]

Little did he know, Yang Ji and Yang Xu could basically listen in to any Divine Sense messages sent to either party. If Yang Xu wanted to keep her privacy, she could naturally do it. It was just that for most cases, she saw no need to. This was just one of the examples.

…

“Uncle Li Wu Yi! That is slander! Sister, why did you take me away? I have to correct him on this!” Yang Ji said using his Divine Sense.

However, the one responding to him was not Yang Xu but the Heavenly Demon Queen instead.

“Hahaha. His message was confined to your sister’s ears alone, not shouted across the assembly. He has already shown you more consideration than perhaps you deserve. Now, setting your pride aside, is his evaluation wrong?” The Heavenly Demon Queen snorts and directs her attention to Yang Xu. “It may well be that her tendency to defer to your judgment, following willingly where you guide, has made it abundantly clear to all present whose will truly governs your actions.”

“Moreover, do not mistake those utterances for insults. Consider them instead as counsel offered in good faith. You would be wise to embrace them as such.” The Heavenly Demon Queen advised before returning to silence once more, not wanting to hear any rebuttal from Yang Ji or Yang Xu.

“Seriously. You come and go as you like.” Yang Ji quipped. However, seeing how Yang Xu did not even try to refute her, he believes there must be some truth to those words.

“Okay, okay. Let’s not talk about this anymore. We still have to find out where this Lei Ao person is. Since he is injured, he should be in the Recovery Hall.” Yang Ji took a step and the scene around the Twins changed, from the original open sky, back to the ground below. The Dao of Space was truly convenient.

Now, behind them were fields and fields of medicine plants. Furthermore, in front of them stood a huge building multiple floors tall. However, this building was only the entrance. It was just the reception building, but with multiple Space Arrays inside.

In fact, this was quite distant from the school and the Recovery Hall was just one part of this compound. In this compound, there was the Alchemy Hall and Plantation Hall as well.

In this front building, there were multiple Space Arrays connected to different parts of the school. This was to reduce the time it took for students, regardless if they were cultivators or Mortals, and staff to travel. Naturally, due to how large this place was, a reception area was necessary.

Yang Ji and Yang Xu walked through and arrived at a large reception desk. It was circular, and had multiple people inside. However, there was one energetic beautiful woman who greeted them, seemingly stealing the show from her colleagues.

“Oh, what can I do for you two cuties today?”

“We are here to look for Lei Ao.” Yang Ji was annoyed at being called ‘cutie’ and quickly stated his business. He even took out his Disciplinary Board Token and Identity Plate.

The receptionist took the Identity Plate and injected her Divine Sense into it. “Ah. The first student to get hospitalised. You are from the same class. Guess your teacher must have given you some kind of instruction. Okay. No problem. Let your Big Sis here show you the way.”

She soon passed back the items and led the Twins through the door at the back, leading them to the Recovery Hall.

Along the way, Yang Ji and Yang Xu could not help but marvel at how the plants and buildings here seem to merge. It was as though they entered another world, where nature had taken root into all things.

Yang Ji wanted to think this was something his Father had designed. However, he had an inkling that his Father was not this talented. As for Yang Xu, she was certain this was not designed by Yang Kai.

The receptionist continued to move in a way that showed off her bountiful assets. Though Yang Ji hardly noticed, how could this escape Yang Xu’s eyes? Still, it was questionable if this was just how she normally walked or if she was trying to show something. Nevertheless, since her Brother had not noticed, Yang Xu might as well not mention it.

Eventually, the scenery merged and all focus came onto a single door.

The receptionist made quite an overt gesture and said, “Here we are. Patient Lei Ao is inside. Currently, he is awake and is scheduled to be discharged in a few days.”

She then moved her hand to rub over Yang Xu’s hair before walking back, “If you need anything, your beautiful Big Sis will be at the reception desk.”

Even when walking back, her hips continued to sway, making Yang Xu conclude that it must be how she moved.

As for Yang Ji, he could not care less about her and directly opened the door, entering without hesitation. He did not even greet. He just entered as though it was the most natural thing in the world.

Of course, at this point, he caught sight of the student that got injured because he had pushed himself too hard. However, what he caught sight of was more than that…

“Lei Ao…?” Yang Ji greeted but his words were trapped in the back of his throat.

Why?

Because he saw this young man, who was so steadfast and proud, around the same age as them, lying down and drinking from a milk bottle!

“Wow~”
