Endless Winter: My Camp Upgrades Infinitely

Chapter 1724: Chapter 546: Qinghua City Headquarters (Part 3)

Thinking of these things, Su He suddenly felt a surge of warmth in his heart, and in response to Su Xing’er’s instructions, he naturally became enthusiastic.

What Su Xing’er wanted him to do was not complicated—just to disguise the thirty or so people she brought with her as young and strong villagers, so they could blend into the civilian labor

team.

This little task, Su He could naturally handle well.

After Su Xing’er finished instructing, Su He nodded and planned to go out to make arrangements. Then suddenly remembered something, turned his head to look at Su Xing’er and asked in a low voice, “Xing’er, in the Frost Ash Association, what is your status?”

To be able to arrange for all the branch units in Evergreen Valley to revolt together, Su Xing’er’s status was obviously not simple. Su He was overly curious inside, which prompted this question.

Su Xing’er was silent for a moment, then replied, “General Leader of the Frost Ash Association in Qinghua City.”

Su He was shocked, nodded, and quickly walked out.

“Is specifically arranging for us to integrate into Qingtan Village’s civilian labor team useful?”

After Su He left, Su Jing asked curiously.

Su Xing’er nodded and said, “Of course it’s useful. Although Qingtan Village is insignificant, it’s very close to the Bone-Eroding Path and right next to the Temporary Subordinate Office of Caiqiu managing the labor force. As long as we ensure the labor team here revolts successfully, we can quickly dismantle the Temporary Subordinate Office of Caiqiu, preventing them from issuing orders to all labor teams, thereby reducing control in other places and making the uprising smoother.”

Hearing this, Su Jing pondered for a moment and quickly understood.

The first batch of 100,000 laborers Caiqiu conscripted in Evergreen Valley specialized in clearing the snow path for the army, stretching seven or eighty kilometers from north to south, dispersed and individual. Orders from the Subordinate Bureau were delivered by specific personnel team by team.

If they could uproot the Subordinate Office near Qingtan Village, the labor teams would be completely unmonitored, allowing the uprising to proceed more smoothly.

Of course, this was just the first batch.

The second batch of labor conscription had already begun, and considering Caiqiu’s method of reverse conduct, conscripting another two to three hundred thousand might be normal.

The more people there are, the harder it becomes to manage them!

Poor management means it’s easier for them to fish in troubled waters.

After clearing his thoughts, Su Jing turned to look at a group of core members of the Frost Ash Association, and with slightly excited tones said:

“For this period of small skirmishes, Cai Yunzhou and the commanders of Qinghua City didn’t take us seriously. But if we can collaborate with the Master to severely damage Caiqiu, the Main Headquarters of Qinghua City will gain fame once and for all!”

Hearing this, everyone’s expressions slightly brightened, including Su Xing’er.

Last year’s end, upon returning from Chen Cang, Su Xing’er immediately touched base with Caiqiu’s Main Headquarters in Qinghua City using the methods suggested by Ji Hong.

The entire Main Headquarters of Qinghua City only had eighteen Cold Resistance levels, with strength less than 10 mane. The remaining three to four thousand members were all in the Earth-digging Realm.

Compared to Chen Cang’s Frost Ash Association, Caiqiu’s branch was significantly weaker.

Even though there was a Frost Ash Association, it was extended from its origin, Chen Cang, with differences in organization structure and personnel strength.

Despite all this, Su Xing’er was not discouraged. With the financial backing from Chen Cang, she and her three elder brothers managed to bring Qinghua City’s Main Headquarters to vibrancy in just a few months, even organizing several assassination attempts around Qinghua City targeting Caiqiu’s corrupt officials and traitors.

But even so, limited by strength, Qinghua City’s Main Headquarters couldn’t achieve major deeds, and the Frost Ash Association’s reputation couldn’t spread. The City Lord of Qinghua City, Cai Yunzhou, and several Xianyang level commanders did not regard them seriously, even not spending significant effort in pursuit.

For a rebellion organization like the Frost Ash Association, one would think it should hide in the dark and not be too public.

However, it depends on the situation.

For a nascent and weak Frost Ash Association like Caiqiu’s, without reputation backing, expanding membership would be difficult.

This collaboration with the Master, aimed at Caiqiu’s army advancing south, would undoubtedly be the best opportunity for Qinghua City’s Main Headquarters to gain fame.

“Lord Xiang has already blended with those people into the labor team. Once dawn breaks and Caiqiu’s army enters the Bone-Eroding Path, the uprising can begin. Consume the Blood Concealing Pill and set out!”

Seeing Su He return, indicating that he had made arrangements, Su Xing’er immediately stood up, gesturing for everyone to take the Dan Medicine, disguised themselves, and then led the group outside.

The ones Caiqiu sent to manage the labor teams were actually ordinary County Guard Army soldiers. Though their strength wasn’t strong, they still needed to disguise themselves to avoid being recognized, which would affect the timing of the uprising.
