Magus: Rise of the Darkness Empress

The first one to give the gift was not baroness Weiss Souran. That actually made a lot of sense. The Skepa family would be trying to present her gift probably as the last one among the barons.

That was actually a good thing to do. If Baroness Souran lived up to everyone’s expectations of hers and gave a super valuable gift, then anything that came after it would look bland and unimpressive compared to hers.

So in order to give the other barons some breathing room and an opportunity to actually show off their things, it was decided that Weiss was going to be the last of the baron section.

So the nobles patiently started to wait for Weiss’s turn while also keeping a lookout for the things that other baron’s were gifting. And the first baron was actually not a disappointment.

What he had brought was a vase. It was not a product from this nation and was imported from a faraway eastern nation. The technique that was used to make this amazing looking vase, that was something completely new and unknown for the people present here.

That was why, even though the base price of this piece was not very high but as it was something extremely rare, it’s value had skyrocketed in the eyes of the people present here.

...

After the impressive performance of the first baron, the next few were kind of a letdown. What they had given were not bad by any means, but they were definitely not very interesting either.

But the fifth baron was giving something actually good. It was a cub of a beast that looked like a very cute puppy.

But that was actually not the case. This cub belonged to the Dark Obsidian Wolf which was a monster. So this little one had a very powerful bloodline.

So something like this would go for several hundreds if not thousands of gold coins. So this gift, without a doubt was very valuable. And it was also most probably the most expensive gift so far.

This made the nobles extremely excited and the merchants could not help but sigh with disappointment.

No matter how hard they try, these nobles with legacy lasting for many many years had various ancient things, connections were special people and a lot of authority. So they were always winning against the merchants. And that same thing happened just now.

After this very exciting thing, the next few gifts looked more bland than normal for obvious reason. Then suddenly the name of baron Solleqy was declared and everyone got super excited once more.

And the reason for this excitement was the the baron of two generations ago. He was the current baron’s great grandfather.

He was not only a noble of this kingdom but also a traveller who had visited many many places. And from all of this foreign places, he had bought something back. This was his hobby.

All the items that he had brought, they were not very expensive or had some kind of amazing uses. But without any exceptions, all of them looked fun and interesting.

After that travelling baron’s generation, the Solleqy family had been declining continuously. Currently, they only had one single knight and their financial situation was also not looking good.

In this kind of situation, the corrent head of the family had made the decision to bring out the vast collection of his great grandfather and use the items from this collection as his gifts.

So this was actually a very humiliating thing to do but none of the nobles said anything about it. That was mostly because the current family head had good relationship with many people and the gifts that he had brought out were all very interesting.

So for the gift demonstration, many people waited with excitement to see what he had to offer this time. Even though he had not attracted as much audience as Weiss but he was still quite famous.

Weiss was very surprised to see this. That was because the respected baron in question was currently under Weiss’s ass.

With his own heartfelt and very needy request, Weiss was sitting her bare ass down on his face and was pleasuring his cock by stepping on it. He was a masochist through and through.

And now, even though he had clearly heard that his name was called, he did not care at all. He was giving all his focus in licking Weiss’s pussy and nothing else.

In this situation, the gift given by him was brought onto the stage.

And the item in question was a statue. It was a bizzare statue made from a pitch black stone that was definitely not found in the Brightshine kingdom.

Seeing this, Weiss was a bit surprised. That was because she knew about the stone that was used to create lt.

In the mountains near the Souran village, a new mine had been discovered. And this mine produced this special kind of stones too. So Weiss was happy to see that more people were learning about this.

As for the statue itself, it was that of a bizzare beast. This beast had the face of a monkey, body of bull, horns of a deer and tail of lion. None of the nobles present here had seen or even heard of a beast like this.

But there was an exception to this and that was Weiss. She had read in a book about this creature and it was called the Moon Chasing Deer Monkey. It was something that was found in a very very far away place from here.

As Weiss explained this, all the nobles looked at this lady who was sitting on the face of a noble like a regal queen and became even more impressed than before. Her knowledge and wisdom was truly something else.

So the baron was still able to maintain his reputation for always bringing out something interesting. And this small but very well made statue was the same.

...

After this, nothing too spectacular showed up. So just like that, it was time for the last baron to show off. And the baron in question was obviously Weiss Souran.

So as her gift was brought on the stage, people became super curious about what it was.

With all this excitement, they truly can not wait anymore and see what gifts this amazing lady was giving.
