Transformed Into a Little Green Tea, Ceo Sister, Don't Hit Anymore

55: Carrot Recruitment”I’ve arrived at my stop.” Ye Xi rubbed her eyes.

”What a coincidence, I’m getting off at this stop too.” Su Rong smiled and nodded.

The two walked out of the subway station.

Ye Xi’s sadness turned to joy, and she thanked her again, ”I’m going to Lis Group for an interview, what about you?”

Su Rong was a little surprised and said, ”I’m also going there for an interview. Don’t you think we’re quite fated?”

Ye Xi nodded and said, ”Indeed, want to go together?”

”Sure!”

The two walked and chatted, and soon arrived at a building of Lis Group, taking the elevator to their destination on the 8th floor.

Pushing open the elevator doors, the spacious and bright hall was packed with people.

At a glance, there were many handsomely dressed men and beautiful women.

The men wore suits and ties, and the women wore sharp professional attire with exquisite makeup.

”I’m a little nervous. With so many people, the competition must be fierce.”

Su Rong tightly held Ye Xi’s small hand, her fingertips slightly white.

”It’s okay, it’s okay.”

Ye Xi took a deep breath and squeezed her hand back.

”I’m not here to apply for a secretary position, I’m going over there.”

Su Rong pointed to other positions in the corner.

”Good luck with your interview!”

Seeing Su Rong leave, Ye Xi also walked towards the ladies interviewing for secretary positions in the crowd. She was very curious what these people were talking about.

”You guys say, this secretary position pays several times more than other companies. Will there be any problems?”

”What problems could there be? The boss of this company isn’t some perverted old man who touches girls.”

”That’s true, our previous boss always liked to touch us, it was really disgusting.”

”Xin Xin should be the most beautiful girl here, right? Being pretty definitely gives an advantage in an interview.”

”Exactly, exactly.”

Hearing the other girls praise her, Lin Xin Xin held her head high and puffed out her chest, like a proud white swan.

Ye Xi also looked at this girl, who had a beautiful face, dressed in a dark blue shirt paired with a black skirt.

Black stockings and black high heels complemented each other, exuding sexiness and charm.

Among ordinary people, she was considered outstanding, standing out from the crowd.

At this moment, a girl smelled a faint fragrance. She rubbed her nose and looked towards the source of the scent, her eyes immediately lighting up.

”Wow, so beautiful, even more beautiful than Lin Xin Xin.”

This girl was outspoken, and her voice wasn’t quiet, immediately attracting the attention of many people.

Everyone looked over, their mouths agape, momentarily speechless.

Their eyes held envy and jealousy, longing and delight…

”Hello, everyone.”

Ye Xi walked over with a smile, coming to the middle of a group of girls.

It had to be said, the feeling of being surrounded by flowers was quite nice.

Although these girls’ appearances couldn’t compare to her own, they were still outstanding among ordinary girls. If they looked particularly bad, they wouldn’t dare to apply for a secretary position.

”Sister, you’re so beautiful.”

As she spoke, a girl hugged Ye Xi.

Ye Xi was also a little helpless; being too beautiful made it easy for others to take advantage.

”Everyone’s beautiful, everyone’s beautiful.”

Ye Xi smiled and held the other’s hand.

”Are you here to apply for a secretary?” the girls eagerly asked.

”Yes.”

Ye Xi nodded, feeling a little sorry for them.

One should know that this spot was already reserved for Ye Xi, and the interview was just a formality.

”Then we probably don’t have a chance.” The girls were a little sad.

”Why?” Ye Xi asked, feigning ignorance.

”Based on my many years of interview experience, you’re too beautiful, the interviewer will definitely give you extra points.” The girl chuckled.

”Everyone should still give it a try. Even if you don’t get this position, you might be transferred to another department.” Ye Xi shook her head.

Seeing the topic of discussion shift from herself to Ye Xi, Lin Xin Xin felt very uncomfortable.

Furthermore, Ye Xi’s confident tone made her even more uncomfortable.

She smiled and said, ”Appearance is important, but true talent and knowledge are also necessary. This young lady is so beautiful, I’m sure she won’t fall short.”

”That’s right, appearance isn’t that important, inner beauty is what truly matters.” Ye Xi covered her mouth and agreed.

She rubbed her nose, feeling a strange sourness, and couldn’t help but glance at Lin Xin Xin again. What she said was truly ’tea-like,’ wasn’t she just trying to tell everyone that she was a pretty face with no substance?

”Quiet.”

At this moment, the door of the room was pushed open, and a cold voice came through.

”The interviews can begin now. Please line up and go in.”

Ye Xi looked up and saw a graceful woman in black stockings, with a slender waist that could be spanned by a hand, and long, straight legs.

”Everyone, get ready, we’re starting now.”

Su Jing felt a little annoyed. She was already the boss’s secretary, so why did the boss still need to hire another secretary?

She knew that the workload wasn’t much at all; with two people working together, they would likely be idle all day.

What she feared more was that the boss would directly replace her.

People walked into the conference room one after another.

Li Xuening’s gaze swept over everyone, eagerly awaiting her precious Ye Xi’s arrival.

At this moment, a bright figure caught her eye, she had arrived.

”Everyone who came this time is quite good.” Li Xuening smiled as she spoke to Li Xingyu.

”Just so-so.” Li Xingyu didn’t even look, just focused on playing with his phone.

He really wanted to ask if his sister was sick. Why was she hiring a secretary? The company wasn’t short of that position.

She wasn’t a man, so could she possibly have other intentions?

Ye Xi walked in, found a random seat, and sat down, her long, straight legs pressed tightly together.

Seeing Li Xuening, she smiled. As expected, she was a great beauty, second only to herself.

The other woman wore a custom-made suit, exuding composure and confidence in her demeanor, every movement radiating the unique, cool aura of a beautiful CEO.

”Let’s begin.” Li Xuening cleared her throat twice, her expression serious.

She stole a glance at Ye Xi. As expected of her precious, she looked good in anything with her good figure. This professional secretary outfit was going to drive her crazy.

The interview began with Secretary Su Jing’s classic opening statement.

”Since you’ve chosen to come to our Lis Group, the company is your home, and the company’s development relies on everyone.”

”You are still young, don’t value money too much. Growth opportunities are the most important, and our Lis Group is an excellent platform.”

”Our company values hardworking and selfless employees, and will focus on nurturing them in the future…”

Su Jing sat beside Li Xuening, her voice extremely stern, determined to give this group a stern warning first.

As she spoke, Ye Xi subconsciously lowered her head, marveling at the brilliant ’pie in the sky’ promises and PUA tactics.

If this wasn’t Li Xuening’s company, and if she hadn’t been pre-selected, she would have stood up and walked out immediately after this impressive speech.

”Everyone, please start with a self-introduction.”

Su Jing said, looking at the girls sitting nervously at the long table.

Ye Xi listened to one girl after another speak, thinking they were all so impressive.

They spoke of diligently completing various projects during university, achieving excellent results at their previous companies, and even winning various major awards…

This made Ye Xi, who had done nothing and was extremely lazy during university, feel very awkward.

She knew that her resume, apart from the most basic information, was completely blank.

However, she wasn’t afraid. No matter how impressive these people were, it was useless, after all, this was a fixed recruitment.
