Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3855: A True Festival! III

The Infiniverse Crucible lay suspended in stellar silence, awash with the glow of deep golds, searing whites, and ever-turning spirals of black and crimson.

The lights of True Frequency and everything elss melded together.

Massive Towers of Origin floated like titanic sentinels in the void, their forms held aloft by the Mythic Living True Signatures that murmured hymns older than Time, older than anything that many hear knew!

Their Hymns wove into the weave of the space itself- slow, haunting, and glorious. Yet even those ancient songs could not fill the silence that gripped this domain currently.

For over an hour, nothing moved.

The seas of Living Existential Authority, thick as cosmic oceans, shimmered gently with unfathomable power, dense enough to birth more Living Seeds outright.

The Festival of Existence had grown so potent that existence itself hung soft and malleable, like threads awaiting new stitchings. Yet still, no one dared move.

Not even him.

Noah floated still. So still.

His robes changed colors from white gold to blue, to black and gold, his hair trailing in slow motion around his body.

His hands rested on his knees, fingers curled faintly, but not clenched. His breathing was so slow it seemed stilled entirely. The aura of an Early Creature burned around him. And yet his eyes...

His eyes had not blinked in an hour.

They burned with quiet coldness and a resolve that gleamed with unbearable clarity as they remained locked on the empty space in front of him- the same space Ruination had disappeared from.

There was no ash. No trace. No broken lattice or melted signature.

Just... absence.

The Infiniverse Body floated nearby, her posture mirroring his, her radiance softly pulsing but never rising.

She, too, looked at that same spot as she had only been collecting and suppressing her complexity so far.

None of the other beings in the Crucible had asked questions. Not Adelaide. Not Romulus. Not even the Great Beyonder.

Their respect kept them silent. Their awe, perhaps. Or maybe, just maybe, their own complexity made them understand that what had occurred was sacred and terrifying at the same time.

Then...

After what seemed like an unbearably long period of time...

HUUM!

A hum began like a ripple in the space where Ruination had vanished, soft at first- a low, breathless thrum that grew deeper and fuller until the air itself began to vibrate!

Then, a singularity bloomed.

A glorious, magisterial singularity!

Crimson gold and wrapped in white light.

Noah exhaled for the first time. His shoulders relaxed infinitesimally. Even he hadn’t realized how tightly wound his existence had become, how much of his aura had been pulled taut waiting for this single moment.

The singularity unfolded like a lotus blooming in a still lake.

From within it, she emerged.

Ruination.

Her body was brighter than before, her outline more refined, more cut from the cloth of existence than ever. Crimson gold shimmered in a waterfall down her hair, her skin a pale brilliance etched with lattice patterns glowing softly beneath the surface. The complexity in her form pulsed like a second heartbeat!

And yet right after she returned, her eyes found him.

Not the Towers of Origin.

Not the vast Crucible.

Just him.

...!

In the next instant, her body moved like a flash of purpose, slamming into his chest, arms wrapping around him tightly as she buried her face into his chest!

”Master.”

The word was whispered like a prayer.

Noah didn’t speak at first. He simply held her. One arm slowly wound around her waist, the other rising to cradle the back of her head, fingers weaving through strands of radiant hair. He rested his chin atop her head, closing his eyes.

She had not felt their connection for what seemed like eons.

He had not felt her for what seemed like eons!

For years they had been entangled. And for one long, unbearable hour, she had been gone.

Their link pulsed again now, like something old returning new- a tether that was reforged, deeper, and stronger. The silence within Noah finally spilled out slowly.

”Don’t do that again,” he said softly.

Ruination let out a light hum and nodded into his chest. She didn’t lift her head. Her grip did not loosen. And still the Crucible remained hushed, all watching, none daring to speak.

Around them, the Towers of Origin shimmered. Hymns resumed like choirs awoken.

Dozens more Towers of Origin began to bloom as if Noah was holding them back until Ruination returned!

The already thick Living Existential Authorities began reaching terrifying levels.

The Festival of Existence thrived, but it was only now... truly beginning.

Noah stroked her hair once more before speaking again, low and stern. ”I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have placed that much burden and pressure on you. No matter how complex you become...”

”No, Master.”

She pulled back just enough to look at him, her eyes fierce. They still had thst longing, but they were decisive at this moment!

”Put pressure on me. Shape me. If my entire existence is to serve you, Master, then I want all of it to be for you. All of me. Everything.”

The words were blazing!

Noah said nothing, hiss gaze steady as he wondered just what his expectations of others made them feel all these years.

In these thoughts, Ruination moved.

She stepped back slightly, her hands pressing to her chest. From within her, a storm began.

Crimson gold light erupted in a storm of flame, lattice, and will. Her Living Origin Authority expanded outward like a nova.

HUUM!

Behind her, her crimson gold Tower flared into full view, its patterns becoming visible- lemniscates, intertwining infinity symbols, circling and rising as they encompassed not just her, but Noah and others nearby.

The Infiniverse Body watched softly.

Noah’s eyes narrowed.

And then Existence shifted.

A Unique Living Origin has been reborn through the efforts of Ruination.

The Declaration of Living Existential Proliferation has been made by The Living Origin, Ruination, with its target set as the Festival of Existence.

The effects, duration, and intensity of the Festival of Existence will be elevated and increased by a factor of 3.

A Festival of Existence only possible from the convergence of extremely complex Early Creatures will now bloom.

...!

All around the Crucible, Living Existential Authorities exploded like tidal waves. Existence itself shimmered, blurred, and magnified.

The Festival had just begun!

And she, the returned, had multiplied its bloom in an unfathomable manner!

As if she wanted to say...

Look at me.

What I can now do!

Witness me!
