Three Towers Game

Chapter 1179: Chapter 367: Li Weiwei’s High-Value Tactics

In the office, Wen Xishu clearly sensed that Li Weiwei’s gaze was a bit strange.

It was the kind of gaze that wanted to devour him, the proactive gaze that rookies most hoped the princesses would have at the KTV.

Only such a gaze was worthy of eating the watermelon on the fruit platter on the table.

Li Weiwei was indeed very proactive, because she understood too well that the Red House represented the dominator of an entire area.

In some smaller cities, a single Red House was like a king.

In the apocalypse, being able to attach oneself to a powerful existence like Wen Xishu meant that any dignity could be discarded, especially since, these days, Wen Xishu was behaving very much like a ”Benevolent.”

Wen Xishu said:

”Yes, that’s how it should be, but it’s too provocative. I still hope you can maintain that aloof, untouched image you had initially.”

Li Weiwei was stunned.

Wen Xishu said:

”This war is actually a war of talent; hp is a hidden score, but talent has hp.”

”In reality, those companies that encourage competition have incredible strength before internal conflicts break out.”

”It will be like a besieged fortress, with outsiders wanting to come in and insiders unable to leave.”

”Ms. Li Weiwei, we cannot let our people leave, do you understand?”

Li Weiwei seemed to somewhat understand what Wen Xishu meant.

”Boss, what do you want me to do?” Her gaze turned cooler.

Not because of diminished enthusiasm, but rather to play to her strengths.

Wen Xishu nodded:

”Yes, just like that.”

”The boss of Zone A is characterized by balance, the boss of Zone B by endurance, and the boss of Zone D by charm.”

”You see, Zone D is the only area so far without any personnel changes.”

”In Zone D, each person must surely be captivated by their boss’s charisma.”

”Do you know that in reality, there’s a company culture scarier than wolf culture?”

Li Weiwei immediately understood:

”If you’re referring to employee loyalty, in reality, it might be pyramid schemes?”

Wen Xishu said:

”Yes, unfortunately, we don’t have that ability, but we have you. You can also enhance our employees’ loyalty.”

Li Weiwei said:

”You want me to seduce them with charm?”

Wen Xishu shook his head:

”I’m not asking you to sell your looks; your appearance isn’t suitable for charming seduction; that would be too low-level.”

”Li Weiwei, do you know what your characteristic would be if you were the boss?”

Li Weiwei shook her head; she truly didn’t know.

Wen Xishu said:

”It would be sacredness.”

”You naturally give those struggling to survive in the apocalypse a...sacred feeling.”

”Your initial image was pristine, and you also have healing abilities. Your meticulously exquisite look gives off an aloof impression.”

”This image actually adds points because many people buy into it, and many people have a servile nature at their core.”

”Some people are naturally self-deprecating, thinking, ’She looks so elegant, I surely can’t reach her level.’

”But if at this moment, you’re willing to heal them, to comfort them, maintaining an elevated posture, yet subtly imply that they’re special to you, different from others...”

”Then these people will be devoted to you without reservation.”

”I need you to do this.”

Li Weiwei was a bit surprised; she really had been seen through because in her own community, she was just like that.

Maintaining a noble appearance, fulfilling many people’s inner fantasies of a goddess image, then only needing occasional amiability to leave them excited for a long time.

This was even more powerful than direct seductive charm.

”Do I...do I need to do it now?”

”Yes, our time is tight, go ahead. Weiwei, you’re very important to me, I believe you can do this well.”

Wen Xishu’s eyes carried sincerity, but he soon waved his hand, cleanly and crisply signaling for Li Weiwei to leave.

As Li Weiwei left, her face was still a bit red, her mind filled with the words, ”Weiwei, you’re very important to me.”

Those words made Li Weiwei feel that everything was worth it.

After Li Weiwei left, Wen Xishu began to contemplate the strategy ahead.

The reason he said these things to Li Weiwei today was actually because he thought of a hidden trait employees have in reality.

This hidden trait is called loyalty.

Internal affairs, diplomacy, and military strategy. If diplomacy is about poaching talent, then internal affairs can also involve consolidating loyalty.

Just like in the game ”Romance of the Three Kingdoms,” when you play a lord, if your subordinates’ loyalty is above 90, it’s very difficult for enemies to poach them through diplomacy.

Li Weiwei’s image could give people a sense of an upper echelon. Once that upper echelon becomes approachable, this contrast offers a huge motivation to those below.

Utilizing the characteristics of employees is also a part of team management.

...

...

The third day of work began.

While Li Weiwei calculated, she would occasionally glance at Wen Xishu, and how keen were Wen Xishu’s senses? Not to mention, this time he had the support of the Three-phase Power.

Of course, he knew Li Weiwei was watching him.

But he didn’t respond, as what Li Weiwei did to the employees, Wen Xishu did to Li Weiwei.

Wen Xishu just occasionally made eye contact with Li Weiwei, then gave her an encouraging look.

Needless to say, on the third day, Wen Xishu noticed that the overall DR values increased from 105 points to 130 points. Of course, this was the average value.

It could only be said that people’s capacity to handle Li Weiwei’s encouragement and hints varied.

And Gao Lele, who originally had a DR of 150 points, didn’t change much, only increasing to 155 points.
