Looking at Amirka’s helpless expression, Gu Xi asked again, ”Amirka, when you led these knights and cavalry into battle, which type of cavalry do you think had the best coordination among them?”

Although not knowing why Gu Xi asked this, when it comes to knowledge and abilities regarding knights and cavalry, Amirka was still quite authoritative.

Not to mention that he had already led these cavalry for a full round inside Yalidu City, and he had gained considerable understanding of the three kinds of knights and one kind of cavalry.

”The White Robed Iron Cavalry stands out on its own, not because of their level or number, but because they’ve directly stepped out of the realm of the Death Knight.

This force never planned to follow the route of the Death Knight, and doesn’t consider itself as one.

And precisely for this reason, it can coordinate with all of the three types of Death Knight substitutes in our hands.

Especially with the skills of the White Robed Iron Cavalry, as long as they keep winning, their combat power will become stronger and stronger, benefiting all the knights that follow along.

As for the three substitutes, the coordination of the Cyan Knight with the other two types is relatively high, while the Red Knight at the very beginning had the lowest coordination with other knights.”

Speaking of this, Amirka also felt a bit helpless.

After all, it was he who initially chose the Red Knight.

If only he could have delayed a bit and waited for the Azure Temple to be in hand, he wouldn’t have encountered such a situation.

Now, he had no other choice.

Gu Xi thought for a moment, ”Once we return, you leave the Red Knights behind and go lead the Cyan Knights instead.

From now on, your unit will be called the Nether Blue Knight Order.

However, a change in troop type can only be done once, so even if the Cyan Knights aren’t that good next time, you’ll have to stick with them till the end.”

Amirka’s eyes lit up. Although he hadn’t followed Gu Xi back then, he knew the weak Ghost Soldiers that were transformed into Cyan Knights came from where.

Di Mi is still fighting in that world.

And such Ghost Soldiers, although unlikely to still be 800,000, might still be found tens of thousands with some effort.

Even if not, finding other Ghost Soldiers for transformation is far easier than selecting suitable corpses and essence blood for turning into Red Knights.

”My lord, I understand, just this once.”

”Alright then, handle it yourself.”

Gu Xi checked Amirka’s current situation.

Back then, to lead the Red Knights, Amirka had switched to a full set of Red Knight armor and weapons.

Now that he’s switching to Cyan Knights, more time might be needed.

The most crucial point is that Cyan Knights are primarily transformed from Ghost Souls and Ghosts.

If Amirka can’t handle this, there might be some issues later.

Amirka naturally also understood the reasoning behind this. He thanked Gu Xi, then swiftly left with all the cavalry.

Although Gu Xi agreed to Amirka’s troop switch, the task at hand was not yet completed.

At this period, Yalidu City still had four districts yet to be conquered.

As a main leader, Amirka certainly couldn’t go directly to transform troops.

After Amirka departed, Gu Xi did not idle around either.

While waiting for Amirka and his men to arrive, Kaga and Die Bone attacked the next district.

Looking at the current situation, he should have already pushed the southern route to its end and was turning back.

At this moment, Gu Xi didn’t overthink, focusing on seizing the remaining few districts anew.

Only after revealing the map, did he lead his units from another route into the next district.

As Gu Xi expected, the next district was already the end of Yalidu City, with only a side passage besides a single roadway leading outside of the city.

When Gu Xi arrived, he happened to see that Kaga and Die Bone had cleared the left side, leading their troops from the connected route to kill in.

Seeing Gu Xi already in battle with the last Deceitful Shadows, Kaga and Die Bone didn’t stop; instead, they quickly joined forces with Gu Xi to eliminate these Deceitful Shadows.

The Deceitful Shadows of this last district didn’t actually harbor any formidable presence.

The high-tier Deceitful Shadows who sensed the situation either moved ahead one step to the front areas, where they were slain one by one by Gu Xi’s men.

Or, sensing something was wrong, they had already withdrawn when Gu Xi and his forces arrived.

The Deceitful Shadows here hardly number even five thousand.

Gu Xi alone was sufficient to handle the Deceitful Shadows here, the inclusion of Kaga and Die Bone didn’t leverage their advantages.

They could only act as cannon fodder at the back, not even having the chance to make a move.

Gu Xi did not mind this. After all, he had amassed enough experience and Undead underlings this time, it didn’t matter if he or his men fought, it was much the same.

If it weren’t that Gu Xi was already engaged with the enemy by the time Kaga and Die Bone entered, he might have directly handed over this place for them to handle, letting him check on other regions.

Now, though, Gu Xi eyed Kaga and Die Bone and handed the map to them.

”This is the map I just obtained. When I took action, there were still four districts not yet captured. Check if you have time; if so, seize these few districts.”

The four districts Gu Xi mentioned weren’t actually that many.

Among these four districts, there was this one in front being attacked, and the one Kaga and Die Bone had just passed through.

Considering this, even if Kaga and Die Bone turned to other places, there would actually be just two districts for them to choose from.

Furthermore, they aren’t sure if any battles would still await them upon arrival, after all, Gu Xi still had many heroes awaiting such battles under his command.

Rather than gambling on uncertainty, they might as well fight right here.

At the least, Gu Xi’s battle here had just begun; as long as they made a move, they could at least kill some Deceitful Shadows.

By then, they might gain some experience alongside him.

So, once Kaga and Die Bone saw the map, they immediately responded.

”My lord, if we head there now, the battle might already end, so we’d rather stay here and help you clear out the enemies instead.”

Gu Xi also realized this situation, so he no longer arranged for Kaga and Die Bone to run around.

As Gu Xi eliminated all the Deceitful Shadows here, the other two districts were also seized.

It was at this moment that a soft chime resounded in Gu Xi’s ear.

[You have occupied Yalidov City of the York Dynasty era, the Death City gains 100 experience, the new period passage is officially open!]
