What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

We were practically forced through the doors and we found ourselves in what appeared to be a storage room of sorts.

The doors closed behind us and two of the men stood at the doors while the other two moved to flank our sides.

Two other men were also waiting inside the room and they stood by the salesman’s sides, looking like some kind of bodyguard.

All of them were looking at us with quite an unfriendly gaze and if I didn’t know that it was a trap earlier, I certainly knew that it was now.

But well… I decided to just play dumb for now to see how things went, ”So, where’s the slaves?”

The salesman gave me a pointed look, ”Wait… Are you being serious right now?”

I gave him a confused look, ”Wasn’t this why you brought us here? Why else would you bring us here then?”

He shared a look with the guards before all of them started to laugh.

”Ahahaha! Oh wow! We got ourselves a really bright one, lads!”

One of the guards smirked at the merchant, ”Hey boss. She isn’t that bad looking either. You think we could just take her along as well?”

The salesman looked at me up and down before smirking, ”While that may be true, we still have some standards, boy. We’re only here for the Alv.”

I pretended to be clueless and tilted my head at him, ”What are you talking about? Do you have Alv slaves for sale?”

”Hahaha! We will soon enough actually!” He laughed before gesturing to Lea. ”I will not waste time here. We’re willing to buy your Alv slave from you. Since it looks like she’s quite well behaved, she must have been trained properly, right? I’m willing to offer two million Credits for her.”

I acted surprised, ”Huh? Sorry, but she’s not for sale though?”

”Oh, but I think it would be in your best interest to sell her to us right now.”

The guards around us cracked their knuckles.

I turned towards my companions to see their reactions.

Amber had a head lowered slightly which I recognised as her combat stance so she was ready to fight at any moment.

Lea did not seem that concerned and was even looking quite relaxed as though the topic of the conversation was not about her.

I’m guessing she was acting that way to play the part of being a ’well trained slave.’

Ries kept swivelling her head around and looked understandably nervous since she felt that she was dragged into someone else’s problem unnecessarily with no way out.

Right now, my aim was to have the merchant lower his guard enough so that I could grab him to reverse our position. But he’s currently hiding between two of his guards so I could not approach him easily which was why I was acting clueless to try and bait him towards us instead.

Confirming the status of my companions, I turned back to shake my head at him, ”I’m flattered that you think so highly of her but maybe we can talk about selling her after you show me the slaves you have? I’m more interested in buying at the moment.”

He frowned at me before taking a few steps forward, ”Are you being serious right now? Do you really have no idea what is going on here?”

”Err… Are you not showing us your slaves that you are planning to sell to us?”

The salesman facepalmed and a few of the guards also let out groans. I also heard a soft groan coming from behind me which I was sure came from Ries.

”There’s a limit to how stupid someone can be, you know? I think we should just--”

While everyone else was still distracted, I moved forward and grabbed the merchant’s arm before pulling him towards me and spinning him around to wrap my arm around his neck.

I tightened my grip and a choked gasp came from the merchant, prompting all his guards to take a step forward.

”Not another step or I’m snapping his neck,” I warned.

The guards paused before one of them scoffed and took another step forward.

They don’t think I’m capable of doing that huh…

I tightened my grip on his neck and the merchant gasped, ”Sto… Stop! Stop!!”

All the guards froze and I relaxed slightly, still putting pressure on his neck but allowing him to talk at least.

”All of you, stand in the corner over there,” I ordered, gesturing to the corner in question by jerking my chin.

None of them moved so I pulled my arm back again.

”Gack!! Do… Do what she says!!” The salesman cried out through the chokehold.

They grudgingly obeyed, all of them slowly moving towards the corner that I indicated.

One of them tried to be slick and attempted to walk close to us to get to the location but Amber stood in his way, blocking his attempt at moving close to me.

He saw that as a chance to get a hostage of their own and made a grab for Amber.

I almost snapped the merchant’s neck while I moved towards her to stop him but my worries were unfounded as Amber easily grabbed both of his wrists and stopped him in his tracks.

The guard only had a moment to realise what had happened before Amber pulled downwards, bringing him to the perfect height for her to smash her knee into his chin.

There was a loud crack before the guard that was two heads taller than her stumbled two steps back before falling backwards to crash onto the ground.

She turned back and grinned at the others, ”Anyone else? Come on, I’ll take anyone on!”

Amber? Why are you taunting them?

Two of the guards actually responded to her taunt and charged towards her, completely ignoring the fact that I still had their boss as a hostage.

Err… Hello? Do you guys want me to break his neck over here or something?

The two guards rushed towards Amber and she did the unexpected thing of leaping towards them as well.

The first one tried to grab her in a bear hug but she kicked off the floor and used him as a springboard to catapult herself towards the second guard behind him.

The second guy was caught completely off guard and received a flying kick across his face that forced him to take a few steps back, dazed from the blow but still in the fight.

Amber had used the impact to launch herself back towards the first guard who was in the midst of turning around, only for the blonde haired Merc to slam the heel of her boot on his face as she landed on top of him.

He was once again used as a springboard as Amber kicked herself off of him and flipped in the air to land on her feet behind him.

As the guard was still reeling from being kicked in the face, Amber swung her leg up in a roundhouse kick to smash her heel into the back of the guard’s head.

The man then crumpled onto the ground like a puppet that had its strings cut, his limbs giving way and leaving him in an unconscious heap.

The second guy had recovered by now and was a bit more wary of approaching Amber after seeing her dispatch two of his comrades so easily.

Instead of charging at her, he stood his ground while maintaining a wrestling pose where his arms were spread out to the sides.

The good thing was that the other guards seemed to be content with just watching instead of helping him gang up on Amber, though I would say the fact that I was watching them while holding their boss had something to do with it.

Amber ended up being the one to charge towards him, my lover rushing up without an ounce of fear on her face.

The guard pulled his arms back before lunging forward in an attempt to grab her, only for Amber to slip through his hands as she slid between his legs.

As she slid past, her fist punched upwards right in between the guy’s legs, causing everyone that had a dick in the room including myself to wince in pain.

The poor guard fell to his knees while clutching his crotch, his voice coming out in a high pitched groan before Amber put him out of his misery with an axe kick to the top of his head. Find more chapters on freewebnovel

The guard’s eyes rolled to the back of his head before his body fell forward, smashing into the ground with a loud crash.

Amber placed one of her feet on the unconscious guard and turned to smirk at the rest of the guards, ”Anyone else? I’m ok with all of you coming at me together you know?”

Amber… Don’t push your luck…

Fortunately, no one else took up her offer and obediently stayed where they were in the corner.

Right… So what am I supposed to do with this guy now?
