What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

”This… I can’t believe something like this exists…”

”What have I been eating so far?”

”This is a miracle…”

”A Goddess…”

Right… Ok… Yeah…

In case you were wondering, I did indeed ended up making more food than I originally intended, not only for the staff that barged in but also for the customers that came in wondering what the hell was going on and where all the bartenders went.

So right now I was standing in front of a group of people that have been reduced to crying over some sandwich I made while kneeling on the ground. Your next chapter is on freewebnovel

The problem was that one group of people would come in, I make one batch, they cry, the noise attracts more, then I have to make a new one and it keeps on repeating itself until we got to where we are now.

Mmhmm… That’s what I kind of expected to happen…

Thankfully, Amber roped in Lea and the others to control the tide afterwards so I only needed to make two more batches and call it a day.

At least the bar owner agreed to pay me for my time and it was quite a big amount of twenty thousand Credits. That was also in addition for every drink we ordered tonight to be completely on the house.

That’s quite a bit of money for what I would say was an hour’s worth of work. His bar business must be doing pretty good if he was willing to fork out that amount of money for something like this.

Also… Amber did say that she would go down on me when we got back to the ship but I’m pretty sure that was more of a reward for her than it was for me. Not that I would say no to an offer like that anyway…

Once I was done making one more batch of sandwiches for myself to enjoy with the beer, we returned back to the bar to get our drinks again.

This time, I wasn’t going to stop Amber from getting drunk since I felt we earned it this time.

And hey, I wasn’t that against myself getting smashed too, especially when the drinks were free.

”I don’t think I’ve actually introduced myself, have I? I’m Tyle, owner of this bar and also the guild staff of this branch,” The bar owner introduced.

I nodded at him, ”You already know from our profile but I’m Tera, this is Amber and she is Lea.”

”So Tera… Where did you learn how to cook like that?” Tyle asked with a glint in his eyes.

I can already guess what he wanted from the question but I answered it anyway.

”Honestly… I learned it myself. I kind of just experimented with the synthfood until I got the taste that I wanted and then made them into that. I was not formally trained if that was what you wanted to find out.”

His face immediately fell, ”Wait… You learned how to do that… On your own? But that would mean--”

”Hey! Lesshhh talkingggg!! More beeeeerr!” Amber interrupted, slamming her mug on the counter top to emphasise her point.

That seemed to remind Tyle where he was as he moved to refill Amber’s mug of beer.

While he was doing that, Amber turned to me and I could see that she was clearly drunk with how she swayed from that movement alone.

She giggled, ”Ehehehehe~ Lookie~ Aye found myself a pretty guuurl~ Heya cutie~ You here alone?”

”Amber, you are drunk.”

”Aye’m not druuunk. Aye’m puuuurfectly fiiiine~ Wanna… Hic… Wanna go back to… To… To my place? Ehehehe~”

I groaned, ”So she’ll just hit on anyone when she’s drunk huh?”

I jumped a little when I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder until I realised it was Amber coming up to lean on me.

”Thashhh not trueeee. I wuv you Teraaaa~ No one in thishh univershhh can compare to youuuu~”

She then grabbed me by my cheeks and pulled me in to give me a deep, wet kiss that tasted of beer.

I didn’t resist and kissed her back, ignoring the cheers coming from the side of the bar and some catcalls mixed amongst them.

Amber didn’t seem to care either as she leaned into our kiss even more and completely ignored the call outs coming from the people around us.

I felt her tongue push past my lips and wrap around mine, pulling it into her own mouth where she proceeded to flick, lick and suck on like it was a sweet she was enjoying.

We only separated when we needed to breathe and I found Amber staring at me with an intense gaze that was filled with what I assumed to be a mix of lust and adoration.

I felt a shiver go down my spine and I had a feeling that if I didn’t say anything, she would happily drag me to some private room and start having her way with me at this very moment.

”Amber? I--”

”Hey, must suck having to watch that huh? Why don’t you have a drink with us instead?”

Both Amber and I were brought out of our stupor and we looked to the side to see three men surrounding Lea who was busy trying to ignore them instead.

Ah fuck… Is this going to be something that would happen all the time when we go out to drink? Because I remember the last time it was Amber who was being hit on and that turned into a rather big fight.

Amber sobered up rather quickly and stood back up to growl at them, ”Hey! Who let you fuckers into our space huh? Go find someone else to bother!”

The one whom I presumed to be the leader of the trio smirked at her, ”Oh? But we’re doing this girlie here a favour by giving her some attention that you two aren’t giving, you know?”

”I’m perfectly fine with this, actually,” Lea spoke up before taking a sip from her beer. ”And I certainly don’t need you to speak for me.”

One of them reached out their hand towards her shoulder, ”Oh don’t be shy--”

Lea moved faster than I saw her move before and grabbed the guy’s wrist and pulled him down to the side before kicking out her foot to swipe his leg and trip him over.

I winced when the guy hit the ground on his face with a thud loud enough to be heard from across the room, causing his two companions to look at the guy in stunned silence.

Lea then went back to drinking her beer like nothing happened while turning her back intentionally on the person she just kicked.

The leader recovered first and raised his fist, ”You fucking bitch!!”

”Hold it right there.”

The guy froze when he saw Tyle point a pistol at him, pulled from god knows where.

”What’s the first rule in this place?” The bar owner asked.

He pointed at her, ”She started it!”

”I asked… What’s the first rule in this place?”

”... No fights.”

”Very good. The second rule?”

”... Only Mercs at the Merc bar…”

”Mmhmm… And the third?”

”... The boss first, the staff second, VIPs third…”

”Very good. So you already broke rule two by coming here. Do I need to show you the way out or can you find it yourself?”

”She started the fight, dude!”

The shotgun guy and another one of the staff appeared behind them, both of them sporting unfriendly faces.

”They’re our VIPs. You are not. Do you want to know what we do to people who disturb our VIPs?” Shotgun guy asked while cracking his knuckles.

The troublemaker spun around, ”Th… The fuck? They’re VIPs?! Since when?!”

”Since just now. So do you want to know?”

”Fuck, fuck! I got it! I got it! I’m leaving! Come on!”

The leader and the second guy bent down to pick up the man that Lea had kicked and carried him out of the bar.

Some of the patrons cheered them as they while others simply let out a laugh at their expense.

Well, that’s nice… I didn’t need to dirty my knife.

I discreetly slipped my vibration blade back into my sheathe before settling back down onto the bar stool.

Tyle also pulled back his pistol and placed it somewhere behind the counter, nodding at his two staff members who returned his nod and went back to their side of the bar.

Amber raised an eyebrow at the bar owner, ”You have actual rules for this place that they follow?”

Tyle shrugged, ”If they don’t like it, they can drink elsewhere. The good thing about this job is that I can fortify this place with as many defences as I need and report them as guild expenses. How else do you think I can keep the peace in here with people that would shoot you for looking at them wrong?”

Amber nodded, ”Not bad.”

My blonde lover then turned back to me and her eyes seemed to unfocus, ”Ehehehe~ Now where were we?”

Oh god… I’m definitely not sleeping tonight.
