The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 884: Chapter 884: Lei Fang’s Memories

Chen Zi watched those livestream recordings online and saw Little Taotie decide to play a small-time fraudster, combined with the fans’ comments, he could almost understand the little girl’s thoughts.

Anti-fraud short films have indeed been heavily produced by the state over the years, but the results have been mediocre.

The main reason is the lack of popular celebrities’ participation, and neither top directors nor gold medal scriptwriters are involved, so the content and dissemination effects are less than satisfactory.

If Little Taotie wants to shoot, Chairman Cheng will surely invest money, by then, there will be top directors and gold medal writers, and the produced short film should be quite good.

This is indeed a good choice, it can hone acting skills and increase her popularity.

Although she plays a villain, this kind of antagonist role is indeed very meaningful.

Chen Zi asked, ”Is Little Taotie wanting to play a meaningful villain because she listened to Teacher Lei’s advice?”

Little Taotie secretly glanced at Lei Fang, blushed slightly, and nodded.

Lei Fang reached out to take the phone Chen Zi handed over and looked at the recording content.

He saw the little girl’s initial confusion and concern, asking her fans if they would unfollow her for playing a villain.

He saw the gradually brightening light in the little girl’s eyes.

In the end, the girl’s decision, that kind of determination, was so much like himself in his younger days.

Not many people know that Lei Fang’s father was a criminal.

Lei Fang always repelled villain roles, and once even got too involved while playing a virtuous policeman’s role and seriously injured an actor who was playing the fugitive villain.

Later, his father was released from prison.

He didn’t go to see him.

Actually, the father-son bond was weak.

When he was four or five, his father went to prison; by the time he was almost twenty, no longer needing his father’s protection, his father was released.

He never anticipated that the one to change his mindset would be his father.

Because he had injured the villain actor to the point of being unable to continue filming, a replacement actor was sought.

And the new actor turned out to be his father.

He couldn’t understand why his father took the role, and his father laughed and said, ”I wanted to be beaten up by my son. Being beaten up is more invigorating than being ignored. Maybe if you vent your grievances towards me, we father and son can sit down peacefully and talk.”

Lei Fang continued acting as usual, still deeply immersed, venting all his emotions, punching and shouting, ”Why did you commit the crime...”

The director called for a cut.

He came out of character, staring in a daze at his father, his father spit out a bloodied tooth, ”I didn’t even know it was a crime, I only graduated from elementary school, I’m uneducated, a legal illiterate.”

Lei Fang was stunned for a long, long time.

He just heard his father sigh lightly, ”If I had understood a bit more law back then, read more newspapers, maybe I wouldn’t have been so ignorant, sorry.”

After that day, Lei Fang’s perception changed.

He was no longer so vehemently righteous, no longer the intensely impulsive, tough-tempered young man who wore everything on his face.

The director talked to him, telling him that he was only suitable for playing the righteous roles, like a policeman, limiting his range, but this change seemed to widen his possibilities, maybe he could try taking on more diverse roles.

The director recommended a villain role to him.

And this performance, he became popular.

Subsequently, more and more villain role scripts were sent to him for selection.

Included were many big productions.

In fact, without connections, it’s very difficult to get into major productions.

But playing villains became a shortcut.

Drawing back his thoughts, Lei Fang looked deeply at Little Taotie.

Can this child change the world?

If back then, his father saw the promotional short film and understood the law, would he have refrained from doing illegal things?
