The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 881: Chapter 881: I Want to Play a Little Swindler

[What an inconvenient truth!]

[You really... went there?]

[Cough, cough, just graduated, had no rent or food money, I considered it, but after working one day, I left.]

[What happened? Why did you leave?]

[Approaching the elderly with ulterior motives, warming their hearts, and then selling them fake medicine—it’s something I just can’t do. No matter how much money they offer, I couldn’t do it—afraid that my future kids would be born without an asshole!]

[Watch your language, the kids are watching!]

Little Taotie blinked and asked in confusion, ”Why sell fake medicine to the elderly? Can it kill them?”

[Elderly people often have health issues and their children might be working far away, leaving them lonely. So, when someone around their children’s age approaches them with care, they easily fall for it and believe these people’s lies, buying their so-called magic medicine!]

[My mom almost got scammed. She has diabetes, and those people tricked her into thinking that if she took their medicine, she could eat whatever she wanted without worrying about sugar. If she believed them, it would have been disastrous!]

[Scammers are irresponsible in their words; they don’t care if the elderly face issues after taking fake medicine. They’re only focused on making money!]

Little Taotie stared blankly at the scrolling comments for a while before asking, ”Don’t the grandpas and grandmas know they’re scammers?”

[Those with plenty of money and a clear mind might just be paying for companionship, knowing clearly in their hearts what’s going on.]

[Some do get scammed because of their greed for small advantages—it’s caused by ignorance.]

[I think the country should broadcast more awareness videos, as many elderly people truly are unaware of these modern scams.]

[Recently, a scammer even called my mom, pretending to be from the bank, saying she had a suspicious illegal transfer, and asked her to transfer money to an account for verification. My mom almost believed it, luckily I overheard it.]

[Nowadays, many elderly people can’t comprehend these new scams. Once they hear about being suspected of illegal activities, they panic, and once they panic, they become confused, making them easy targets!]

[Actually, the country has been paying a lot of attention to anti-fraud measures in recent years.]

[There are indeed awareness videos, but they are made by unknown people, so not many watch them, and their acting skills aren’t good, lacking popularity.]

[If they could hire some popular actors, the dissemination rate would be much faster.]

[How much would that cost? The investment might not keep up, right?]

[How about appealing to their goodwill for a voluntary shoot?]

[Idols are usually kind, maybe they’d be willing, but what about their companies? Would they let them do unpaid gigs?]

[Sigh, without famous actors, not many would watch.]

Little Taotie quietly pondered, recalling Lei Fang’s words: ”How could it be meaningless? If it weren’t for this movie, would you have thought of teaching people martial arts for self-defense?”

A movie wouldn’t succeed without someone playing the villain.

If it didn’t succeed, it couldn’t be released or disseminated.

And no one would know that such evil exists in the world, nor think to guard against it.

If I played a small scammer,

fans might watch because they like me,

they’d learn about the new scam tactics,

and they could guard against being scammed!

Little Taotie clenched a small fist, calculating in his mind that playing a small scammer could help many grandpas and grandmas avoid being scammed! It was very meaningful!

”I’ve decided, I want to play a small scammer!”

[Zaizai~ Don’t play the villain!]

[I almost forgot that today Zaizai wanted to discuss playing a villain with us, how did we get so off track?]

[I didn’t even get a chance to persuade you, how come it’s already decided? Zaizai, don’t play the villain! Your image will collapse!]

[Zaizai, don’t do anything rash!]
