The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 567: Chapter 567: The Second Brother Finally Isn’t Blind Anymore

Hua Jinyan stared at the brush handle in his hand for a while. When the elderly man’s gaze swept over, Hua Jinyan opened his mouth and bit down on it!

The elderly man: ”...” Pretend you didn’t see it, it’s rare to come across someone with talent.

The elderly man’s gaze naturally shifted away as if he had seen nothing and turned his back on Hua Jinyan.

Hua Jinyan: ”...”

Little Fatty saw this and raised his voice loudly, ”Teacher, teacher, I want to report! Hua Jinyan is biting his brush, punish him!”

The elderly man: ”...” Mind your own business!

The elderly man turned achingly slow, thinking: Turn slowly, give him enough time to let go. As long as I didn’t see it, I wouldn’t have to punish him.

As the elderly man turned around at a tortoise’s pace, he found the child was still biting!

Now, it was difficult to pretend to be blind.

Little Fatty kept on chattering on the side, ”Teacher, look! Do you see? I didn’t lie to you! Punish him, punish him...”

The elderly man let out a sigh, ”Go, stand as punishment.”

Hua Jinyan immediately nodded and ran quickly to Little Taotie’s side, whispering, ”I’ll accompany you.”

Little Taotie blinked and gently smiled, his little dimples shallow.

——Hua Jinyan is really loyal! A good comrade-in-arms!

After Hua Jinyan was punished to stand, the elderly man had no interest in even glancing down from the podium, and he sat there until the class was over.

The moment he walked out of the classroom, the children were almost cheering to see him off.

Little Taotie and Hua Jinyan’s punishment time also ended.

Little Taotie giggled, ”Good comrade, truly loyal! If you ever get punished to stand, I’ll stand with you too!”

Hua Jinyan: ”...As long as you’re happy.”

Since they were punished to stand during class, the calligraphy homework that was to be taught could only be made up at home after school.

Little Taotie returned to the villa, finished eating, dilly-dallied for quite a while, then finally took out her calligraphy homework.

Hua Jinyan sat beside her, working on the calligraphy together.

Cheng Guodong stood behind Little Taotie, putting an invisible amount of pressure on the young girl.

Little Taotie’s face was full of woe as she stealthily glanced back at her brother.

Cheng Guodong split into a warm, friendly smile.

Little Taotie: ”...”

Little Taotie put pen to paper, Cheng Guodong was expectant, Little Taotie began to write, Cheng Guodong frowned, Little Taotie wrote one stroke after another, Cheng Guodong’s frown deepened...

What appeared on the rice paper were numerous black blobs that resembled nothing in particular.

Little Taotie hung her head, her eyes drifting toward Hua Jinyan’s work. Without comparison, there would be no hurt; the young girl felt extremely ashamed.

Cheng Guodong covered his eyes, exasperated in his heart: The saying that a person is like their handwriting must be a scam, right? How can my cute and beautiful sister produce... such handwriting?

Qin Xin walked up with coffee in hand, his eyes crinkled with amusement, ”Painting pictures?”

Little Taotie looked up, her large eyes filled with bewilderment: ”I’m writing calligraphy.”

”Oh, I thought you were drawing charcoal briquettes.” Qin Xin took a sip of coffee, still smiling.

Little Taotie: ”...”

The little one looked down at the black blobs on the paper, then at the brush in her hand, and then at her dirty hands. Her sense of injustice peaked!

Tears welled in the corners of her eyes as she angrily glared at Qin Xin and yelled, ”I’m writing calligraphy!”

Qin Xin smiled warmly, unimpressed, ”Oh, I really couldn’t tell they were words.”

Little Taotie clenched her soft little fists, her cheeks puffed up angrily like an inflated pufferfish.

Cheng Guodong pulled Qin Xin aside, ”Don’t upset sister!”

Qin Xin innocently retorted, ”I’m just telling the truth.”

Little Taotie, huffing and puffing, switched to a new sheet of paper and bent low over her determined writing. After finishing one sheet, she looked up and challenged Qin Xin: ”Look! It’s calligraphy!”

Qin Xin shook his head, smiling, ”Still looks like charcoal briquettes.”

Little Taotie switched to another sheet and continued her fervent writing.

After finishing, she looked up again, challenging, ”Look! It’s calligraphy!”

Qin Xin smilingly replied, ”Still looks like charcoal briquettes!”

Little Taotie didn’t know how many sheets she had filled out, her stomach ”gurgling” with hunger, but she staked her pride on making her second brother acknowledge that what she wrote was indeed calligraphy.

Just when Little Taotie’s eyes began to glaze over, on the brink of falling asleep, a soft chuckle from her second brother reached her ears, ”I see it now, this time you’re really writing calligraphy.”

Little Taotie snapped to attention, sleepiness swept away, her big beautiful eyes sparkling with countless glinting stars, her excitement so bursting she could hardly contain it: ”Second brother, you finally aren’t blind anymore!”
