The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 549: Chapter 549: Something is Wrong with the Art Teacher

Little Fatty stuck out his tongue at her and scampered out of the classroom.

Little Taotie was furious, wanting to chase after him. She reached the corridor at the classroom door, only to see the stern-faced Director of Discipline.

Little Taotie timidly bowed her head, ”Hello, Teacher.”

The Director of Discipline tried to contain her delight, unaware that the flowers blooming above her head gave her away.

Little Taotie sneaked a peek.

”Huh?” Her eyes were filled with confusion.

The fierce teacher, does she like me?

”Huh what?” the Director of Discipline asked in a deep voice.

Little Taotie’s cheeks turned slightly red, she shook her head, ”Nothing.”

She discovered a secret.

The Director of Discipline really liked her but pretended to be very fierce.

”Do you want to change your desk mate?” the Director of Discipline asked.

She thought the little boys were leading her Zaizai astray; otherwise, Zaizai wouldn’t be staring at electronic products.

”I don’t want to change.” Little Taotie shook her head vigorously, looked at the flowers on top of the Director of Discipline’s head, mustered up her courage, and declared in a loud voice in front of the fierce Director of Discipline, ”Hua Jinyan has been very nice to me, I don’t want to change my desk mate, I want to be desk mates with Hua Jinyan forever!”

The Director of Discipline frowned, ”He’s encouraging you to play with electronic devices at school.”

”No, no, not at all...”

Little Taotie anxiously explained, ”He saw that I was troubled and was advising me.”

Troubled? My Zaizai is troubled!

The Director of Discipline’s expression became serious, ”What’s troubling you, can he really help you?”

Little Taotie felt a bit shy and awkwardly spoke about her troubles.

Upon hearing this, the Director of Discipline suddenly understood.

Turns out it was the mischievous side of the little girl that had been exposed, afraid of being disliked.

”You go back to the classroom first, come to the Discipline Office during the noon break.”

Little Taotie returned to her seat with a heavy heart. Hua Jinyan asked worriedly, ”What’s wrong?”

”I didn’t catch Little Fatty, and the Director of Discipline caught me running in the hallway. She asked me to go to her office at noon.”

Little Taotie rested her chin on the desk and sighed like a little adult, ”She’s definitely going to lecture me.”

Hua Jinyan inquired further about the details. When he heard about the flowers atop the Director of Discipline’s head, he felt reassured and comforted her, ”It’s probably not what you think.”

Little Taotie sighed, her little face showing sadness.

...

In the homeroom teacher’s office, the third-grade English teacher came to visit, smiling as she asked, ”Are these the diaries of the new students?”

Teacher Yuan nodded, ”This is their first time writing diaries, I can understand each child better through their writing.”

”Let me see!”

”You should look at the senior grade English essays, why bother with the new students’ diaries?”

”You don’t understand, I’m looking for fun!”

”Looking for fun?” Teacher Yuan looked at her disapprovingly.

The English teacher grinned, ”These kids can’t even write properly, all kinds of messy handwriting, typos, and incoherent sentences, it must be funny!”

Teacher Yuan frowned, guarded the children’s diaries, and said coldly, ”If you want to laugh, go watch a comedy. The children are not your source of amusement!”

The English teacher saw that she was angry and could only walk away, disheartened.

Teacher Yuan was still smoldering when the art teacher arrived, bringing a box of egg tarts and asking with a smile, ”Xiao Yuan, want a cheese egg tart?”

Teacher Yuan shook her head, ”I’m not really hungry.”

”I just saw Xiao Zhang leaving in an angry huff, what happened?”

Teacher Yuan, still annoyed, told the art teacher about the incident.

The art teacher frowned, ”She was wrong. How could she treat the children’s diaries as a joke?”

”Exactly!” Teacher Yuan, feeling better after speaking out, picked up a cheese egg tart and ate, ”The cheese flavor is really good, not like the puff pastry that scatters crumbs all over the table.”

”Then eat more, I too prefer cheese over the original flavor,” the art teacher said casually, flipping through the diaries.

As Teacher Yuan ate the egg tart, she didn’t pay much attention.

The art teacher came across Little Taotie’s diary and narrowed her eyes slightly.

”I’ve finished eating, I’m going to wash my hands.”

”Sure, go ahead.”

As Teacher Yuan went to wash her hands, the art teacher took out a pencil and evenly shaded Little Taotie’s diary page.

The parts that had been erased by an eraser and covered with pencil marks soon revealed the original text.
