Re-Birth Of A Genius. Creator/Destroyer

Chapter 2493: Selling the Solutions

The old man dropped the things Sam asked for.

They floated away and soon Sam saw several screens floating in front of him. Ivar looked at them and said.

”I guessed as much.”

On the screen, the elder was fighting with another old man. Both of them are using water element. But whatever attack the elder threw at the opponent... it was not delivering any proper impact. More than half the energy from the attacks was being nullified and taken away by the other old man.

Sam figured out the problem immediately.

So, back in the Norse realm, Joker spoke.

”I know what your problem is and I have multiple solutions. Each one for a different price. So, how exactly do you want to defeat that man?”

”Multiple methods? I hope you are not bullshitting me. I have been fighting that man for years, but I still wasn’t able to figure out any possible means. You are saying you have multiple methods?”

”Yes, I do.

First method, you can just reduce the disadvantage a little bit.

Second method, you can keep the disadvantage, but reduce his overall health to beat him.

Third method, by personal favorite. You can turn his advantage into a disadvantage. And more importantly, you will have an upgrade that will aid your fighting style permanently.

It’s a bit experimental and new...”

”Third method.” Even before Sam finished what he wanted to say, the old man agreed.

”Sure, the procedure takes three days. You will have three days after that to kill that guy and you can make my payment after that.”

”What would the payment be?”

”Nothing you can’t handle.

Please follow that hub. It will lead you to the procedure room.”

A small orb of light came out of nowhere and led the old man in.

The rest of the Norse region of course was almost set on flames because of this. Its not like they knew the deal between the old man and the hub. They just knew the old man went there and didn’t come back out.

But it wasn’t enough for anyone to stop cashing in the bounty and everyone who cashed in, whether they had a proper requirement or not, they always ended up with a deal.

And it wasn’t much of a trouble for Sam to make them do that, once they saw the trading list.

Ivar watched as one after the other, people came in and left after they gave Sam everything he wanted.

”Really? Just the portable projection tech is 10 million coins? What the fuck are they going to buy from you at this rate? There is no way they can afford anything good from your list.” Ivar said as he looked at the trading list.

”You must also note that they didn’t complain for that price. In fact, if I make the cost less, they won’t even believe. My tech is that good.” Sam replied with full confidence. He didn’t... not even for a second think that the tech is pricey.

They just readily accepted the price and just asked what else they need to do to get the remaining coins. Sam just dictated the price directly.

Seven days passed.

Meanwhile, Sam’s team picked up the next couple of targets on the list and also the old man from Thor academy, came back with the head.

”Thank you. Because of you, I was able to take my revenge. Thank you. Tell me what you need me to do, I will do it, no matter what.”

His face was bright with joy and glee. It seemed like whatever revenge he took was well worth it. It must have been eating him for a while.

Sam smiled. The Joker in the Norse hub, projected a list of profiles in front of the old man.

”Pick any ten people from this list. Capture them alive and bring them to me. That’s the payment.”

The elder looked at the list and was stunned for a moment. Because he recognized a bunch of those people. But apart from that, he didn’t actually show any hesitation at all.

He picked ten people and went out. By the end of that day, he came back again. With all of them trapped in a Divine dimension fragment.

”They are all here. Please let me know if you need anything else.”

”No need, your debt has been repaid.”

Joker just sent him off. Sam used the hub’s spatial transference to bring those captives from the Norse region to the Olympian region. He put them all in the chess board. That night, ten more screens appeared all over the Olympian region.

Sam torturing and killing these people again and again.

The backers of these ten new captives were of course outraged and search for Sam intensified.

In the Norse region, an old man was unable to take it any longer. He barged into the hub, with his long grey beard trembling with every breath.

”I don’t know if you are the Joker or the clown. I demand that you bring that guy named Sam for me today. I shall sever his head in one fell swoop. Otherwise, I will destroy this hub.”

As he said, he swung his sword and tried to crush one of the machines. The defense mechanism triggered and the old man was hit by one of the high level attacks stored within the hub.

He managed to block it. But that was enough time for the managers to arrive at the hub. Using the hub’s binding mechanism, they subdued the old man real quick and brought him to the Olympian region.

He was also thrown into the chessboard.

And at the same time, an explosion went off across the academy realm. Sam made another announcement.

”An old man tried to destroy the hub. So, I clubbed him in along with the other vermin that tried to kill me.

And as an added bonus, I am revealing all information I have about this man, his family and all his darkest dirty secrets.”

As soon as he made that announcement, information cubes, the flash explosions happened all over the academy realm. A massive lump of info about the old man was dumped into people’s brains whether they liked it or not.

From the means to unlock the formations of his estate to the third mistress he secretly hid from his wife’s family... everything was revealed. And that was the downfall of his life.
