Urban Powerhouse: Chaos Supreme

Lin Mo finished speaking and then saw a few young men bursting out from the small woods behind him.

Soon after, the leader, a youth with a scar on his face, stared fiercely at Lin Mo:

”Kid, was it you who beat up my little brother?”

Lin Mo exhaled a smoke ring and, too lazy to give him a glance, said indifferently,

”I’ve beaten up a lot of people today, I’m not sure which one you’re referring to?”

Hearing this, Scar Face and his followers exchanged astonished glances.

Then, Scar Face snorted coldly:

”Kid, you’re pretty arrogant, huh?”

”For people like you, surviving until the next day would be a miracle!”

”Are you going to kneel down and beg for mercy, or should we do it ourselves?”

Lin Mo exhaled another smoke ring, looking at them with a sardonic grin, and spoke lightly,

”You guys go ahead and do it.”

”Hahaha…”

At that, Scar Face and his lackeys burst into laughter.

Scar Face, with a face full of amusement, looked at Lin Mo and crunched his fist with a teasing grin,

”Kid, you want us to make the move, huh?”

”All right! But if we do it ourselves, the meaning changes! I’ll show you why the flower is so red!”

”I meant for you to break your own legs and kneel before me.”

Lin Mo chuckled and pointed to the sky: ”What’s that over there?”

Hearing this, Scar Face instinctively turned to look up, but saw nothing.

As soon as he turned around, he heard the whistling of something through the air and, in a split second, his eyes widened.

The next second, he grabbed his own buttocks and screamed in agony,

”Ah!! My chrysanthemum!!”

Scar Face’s underlings heard his woeful scream and immediately turned around, only to see a cigarette butt precisely inserted in the center of his buttocks, fiery red and terribly gruesome.

”Dumbasses, what are you standing there for? Kill him for me!” Scar Face bellowed in pain and fury.

However, before the youths could rush at Lin Mo, he moved through them like a tiger among sheep, grabbing one by the arm and brutally twisting it.

He then lifted him with one hand and hurled him at the oncoming assailants.

Bang!

In an instant, they were on the ground, writhing in pain and howling miserably, as if their parents had died.

Seeing this, Scar Face’s knees buckled in fear, and he staggered back a few steps, his face filled with terror,

”You… do you know who I roll with? I… I’m with Haonan…”

”Idiot, do you think threats work on me?”

Lin Mo glanced at him indifferently, then kicked him, sending him flying.

With a loud crash, Scar Face broke the tree trunk, startling the couple dating under the woods nearly to the point of wetting themselves.

When they saw Scar Face’s bloodied face, they fled the scene as if they had seen a ghost.

Had they not seen the broken tree trunk, they might have thought the noise was from the big shots in a fiery brawl.

Lin Mo lit another cigarette and walked toward Scar Face.

Slightly coming to his senses, Scar Face saw Lin Mo approaching and spat blood from the corner of his mouth, gritting his teeth,

”I’m telling you, I’m with Haonan…”

Bang! Before he could finish, Lin Mo kicked him, flying once more, then coldly said to the whining youths,

”All of you who aren’t dead, get up, support him, and take me to see your brother Haonan.”

No sooner had Lin Mo finished his words than the young men, who had seemed nearly lifeless, sprang up as if they had been injected with adrenaline.

They were in so much pain they thought they might die, yet they dared not defy Lin Mo’s order.

The Sky Entertainment Club was considered the most upscale entertainment venue around Imperial University City.

However, it wasn’t open for business yet. But on the second floor of the club,

in an extremely luxurious room, a man with a buzz cut and a thick gold chain around his neck was engaged in a fierce battle with several top-notch beauties.

Right at that moment, a series of urgent knocks came from outside the door:

”Boss, someone’s here to smash the place up.”

Hearing this, the buzz-cut man stood up and immediately roared furiously, ”Fuck, didn’t you hear I’m busy?”

”Boss, he said if you don’t come down to see him, he’s going to demolish the club.”

”What?”

Yu Haonan completely lost his temper, jumping off the women and fuming with rage, ”How many people did he bring?”

”Just... just one,” the man replied.

”One? Are you fucking kidding me? You can’t stop one single person – what do you feed yourself for?” Yu Haonan was furious.

”It’s not that, sir. You’ll see if you go downstairs.”

”Hmph, one man dares to cause trouble at my Sky Entertainment Club? He’s truly seeking death!”

Yu Haonan sneered disdainfully.

However, as soon as he reached the first floor, he was almost scared enough to fall flat on his ass.

Not far away, the ground was littered with bodies. Those people were all rolling on the floor in agony, howling in pain.

Some even had their arms and legs completely broken, with blood flowing nonstop.

Yu Haonan, after all, was a local big shot, and he quickly regained his composure, his gaze icily fixating on Lin Mo:

”Bro, we don’t seem to have any grudges, do we? You’ve injured so many of my men; do you not take me, Yu Haonan, seriously?”

Lin Mo, with one hand in his pocket and a cigarette in the other, replied with a cold face:

”What makes you think you deserve my attention?”

”Heh heh!”

Yu Haonan gave a cold laugh, his face darkening: ”I, Yu Haonan, am the boss around Imperial University City. No one dares to cross me. By doing this, you’re seeking death!”

”Seeking death? I don’t think so,” Lin Mo chuckled lightly, his face composed and fearless.

Yu Haonan stared at Lin Mo, his eyes becoming more dangerous:

”Kid, I’ll give you a chance. Kneel down and beg for mercy now, and considering your youthful folly, I might spare your life.”

Lin Mo, however, snorted coldly, his eyes indifferent:

”I’ll also give you a chance. Kneel down now and call me ’Mr. Lin,’ and I’ll spare your sorry life.”

”You’ve fucking lost your mind!”

Yu Haonan was enraged and pulled out a dark gun, aiming it at Lin Mo with a triumphant look on his face, ”Kid, you think you’re so tough? Compared to me, Mr. Nan, you’re just a greenhorn. Now, aren’t you going to kneel obediently?”

”Is that so?”

Lin Mo sneered, flicking his finger, and the cigarette butt instantly pierced through the air, shooting through the barrel of Yu Haonan’s gun. The gun exploded into fragments on the spot, and his hand was penetrated by the cigarette butt, as a jet of blood sprayed against the wall, staining it red.

”Ah...”

Yu Haonan, clutching his arm, rolled around on the floor in pain, screaming horrifically.

Everyone present was dumbstruck. Such skill was simply beyond martial power – unheard of!

Lin Mo glanced at Yu Haonan and said in a cold voice, ”Want to live, or die?”

”Live, live, live!! Mr. Lin, please spare me...”

Yu Haonan was so frightened his face turned pale; he dared not talk back. Though he normally strutted around on the strength of his status, when faced with a powerhouse like Lin Mo, if he didn’t know his place, he might not even know how he died.

Lin Mo nodded and swept his icy gaze over everyone present, speaking coldly:

”Let your men remember not to provoke me again, or next time, it won’t be as simple as just broken arms and legs!”

”Yes, yes, yes, Boss, we’ll remember,”

Yu Haonan and the others dared not say another word, nodding repeatedly.
