Flash Marriage: Pampered by Mr.Bigshot

Chapter 1235: Chapter 1234: Only Silvia Waterborne Would Be Naive Enough to Be Deceived

This announcement caught Maxwell Peary completely off guard.

He had originally planned to let Silvia Waterborne deny it to her death.

As long as it wasn’t admitted, even if the matter caused a huge uproar, it would still remain somewhat mysterious.

At that time, he could easily settle the matter using his own means.

However, he had never expected that Silvia Waterborne would issue this announcement without even discussing it with them.

The Peary Clan’s old house—

Samuel Peary feared that Silvia Waterborne would contact the outside world to do such a thing, but he never thought he could not prevent it.

He pushed open her room door and looked at Silvia Waterborne sitting on the balcony.

Samuel Peary sighed.

”Why do you push yourself to such a point?”

Years ago, he was too weak and failed to choose her resolutely, which led her to suffer such grievances.

Now, he hadn’t thought this matter could still affect her.

”This is the truth.”

It is the truth; she simply cannot explain it away.

If she denies it this time, what about next time?

This matter would ultimately be exposed.

And she always knew that this secret was a burden, a burden that prevented Maxwell Peary from moving freely.

Now, taking advantage of this moment to resolve it once and for all, isn’t that good?

”Silvia.”

Samuel Peary stood there, momentarily at a loss for words.

Indeed, it’s a cruel reality.

This is his greatest regret in this life.

”Since you insist on this, I have no other way.”

After saying this, Samuel Peary left the place directly.

No matter how you put it, this matter is because of him, so the one who should stand up and face the criticism is him, Samuel Peary.

All his life he had been cowardly, and now, he wanted to do something for Silvia Waterborne that should have been done long ago.

That evening, during the news hour, all major media television stations switched to the same channel.

Samuel Peary stood there, looking at the camera, knowing that it was live, leaving no room for regret.

”Hello everyone, I am Samuel Peary, father of Maxwell Peary and Evelyn Peary, and... once with Silvia Waterborne,”

He didn’t know how to introduce the relationship between himself and Silvia Waterborne.

”I had a family, and thirty years ago, I fell in love with Silvia Waterborne, and soon she had our first child, Maxwell Peary.”

Thinking of those times, Samuel Peary couldn’t help but curl his lips slightly.

”But, pressured by family, I went to a lady from a family of equal status, but I couldn’t let go of Silvia. It was me, it was my fault, I kept persuading her to be with me, saying I would make her happy, saying that once I had the capability, I would divorce and then marry her.”

Samuel Peary knew that saying this would make him an object of universal condemnation.

But it’s okay, at least Silvia Waterborne would be fine.

”Just like that, the naive Silvia Waterborne stayed with me under my deceit until she gave birth to Evelyn Peary.”

Samuel Peary paused at this point.

”People say pregnancy makes one foolish for three years; after having her second child, her mind suddenly cleared, realizing I had been deceiving her, and so she decisively left me. For so many years, we have never contacted each other.”

In the television, Samuel Peary, dressed impeccably, stood there like an upright man, taking everything upon himself.
