Primordial 'Dual Cultivator' Dragon With System

Chapter 1462: Yuan Yueli

”Is that one of your reasons for coming here today?”

”Yes.” Huang Zhimei nodded at Xia Tian. ”Honestly, we should have told you two years ago, but we didn’t fully understand the situation at the time. Since my husband intended to take his daughters on a trip, I asked him to bring us to this realm. I wanted to visit all of you to inform you about this matter, and you can begin your preparations today.”

”What really happened? How could the darkness appear to destroy this universe?”

”The cause of the emergence of the darkness is all living beings.” Xia Tian raised an eyebrow after hearing that, prompting Huang Zhimei to explain a few things to him, which shocked him even more. ”The Chaos truly exists, and he created this universe and all its inhabitants, both mortals and immortals. This universe is his body, and we destroyed it over and over again, which provoked his wrath. Therefore, he created the darkness to destroy this universe, and he will recreate everything from scratch after everything is destroyed.”

Xia Tian took a deep breath, unable to comment. ”Let’s speed up.”

”Yeah.”

A while later, they arrived at the Xiao Clan, and a middle-aged woman immediately greeted them. However, Xiao Lu showed an annoyed reaction because Ling Yun wasn’t with them, making her think he was arrogant and indifferent.

”Who are these five young ladies, Zhimei?”

”Aunt Rulan, they are my husband’s daughters with his other wives.” Huang Zhimei then introduced them to Huang Rulan and her family. ”My husband has important matters right now, so he didn’t join us, and he went to meet someone else.”

”Who?”

”I think he went to see Yuan Yueli to look for new equipment for us.”

Xia Tian immediately spoke to Huang Rulan. ”Mother-in-law, Zhimei wants to discuss an important matter with us, and it concerns our future. However, we should discuss this matter later, and we can start the banquet first.”

Huang Zhimei nodded to her aunt as Huang Rulan turned to her. ”Alright, let’s talk about that later. Since the dishes are ready, we’ll start the banquet now.”

Huang Zhimei led Ling Yun’s five daughters and followed Huang Rulan to the dining room, where the other members of the Xiao Clan were already waiting for them.

Xiao Lu pulled her husband along and asked him. ”What exactly happened? What kind of serious matter does my cousin want to discuss with us?”

”This problem is grave, and it is related to our future.” Xiao Lu raised an eyebrow as she listened to Xia Tian’s story based on Huang Zhimei’s previous explanation. ”If someone else said all that, I probably wouldn’t believe that person. However, you know yourself that Ling Yun has the Life Goddess as one of his wives, so I wouldn’t doubt your cousin’s story.”

Xiao Lu nodded with a serious expression. ”I don’t know them very well, but I know that they are not ordinary people. Moreover, I have met the soul of the Primordial Chaos Dragon and several other immortals in the Slaughter Heaven Domain, so I believe that Cousin Zhimei’s story is true. However, we are different from them, and we are only ordinary cultivators, so how can we help them stop the darkness?”

”Let’s eat for now, and we’ll listen to your cousin’s full story about the danger after that.”

”Yeah.”

As Huang Zhimei had expected, Ling Yun went to a blacksmith workshop, where Yuan Yueli was still busy forging a large weapon.

Yuan Yueli has an oval face with smooth, fair skin and a defined jawline. Her eyes are almond-shaped with dark brown pupils, adorned with thin and neatly shaped eyebrows. Her nose is straight and narrow, proportionate to the face. Her lips are small, soft, and slightly curved, and they are a natural color with a hint of red. She has long, straight, black hair tied back neatly with visible hairpins.

Yuan Yueli has a tall, slim figure that is not excessively thin, and her muscles are visible every time she swings her hammer. Her neck is long and slim. She wears a traditional-style red robe and a dark inner lining, layered over a light gray undergarment, showing off her perfectly round, big breasts.

Ling Yun didn’t approach Yuan Yueli directly; Instead, he sat in front of her blacksmith workshop, watching her method of forging the weapon.

Yuan Yueli noticed Ling Yun’s arrival, and she briefly glanced at him before returning her focus to the weapon. ’Judging by his seriousness watching me forge this weapon, he should be a blacksmith like me, but I can’t guess his blacksmith rank.’

’The way she hammers the weapon is amazing, especially her precision.’ Ling Yun turned his head to see Kou Zhenhan walking in the distance toward the workshop. ’I guess this woman is his blacksmith friend.’

”Oh?” Kou Zhenhan was surprised to see Ling Yun in front of the workshop, and he hurriedly approached him. ”Do you know Yuan Yueli, young man?”

Ling Yun responded with a shake of his head. ”Senior Kou, this is my first time coming to this domain, so I don’t know anyone here. My wife’s cousin-in-law told me that Yuan Yueli was the best blacksmith in this city, and I was curious about her, so I rushed here to watch her forge the weapon.”

”I see.” Kou Zhenhan sat beside Ling Yun and looked at Yuan Yueli. ”She is indeed the best blacksmith in this domain, and many blacksmiths from other domains admire her. They often come here to ask for her guidance, but she doesn’t have much time for them because she keeps herself busy creating new equipment.”

Ling Yun nodded slightly. ”Judging from her expression, she clearly loves blacksmithing, and blacksmithing is her life.”

”Hahaha.” Kou Zhenhan laughed at that. ”By the way, who is your blacksmithing master? Hasn’t he ever checked your progress in this field?”

”My master is Tian Huang, but you don’t know him because we come from the upper realms.” Kou Zhenhan looked at Ling Yun in surprise. ”We arrived in this supreme realm approximately two and a half years ago, and since then, we have encountered numerous problems that have prevented us from visiting other domains. Now that our problems have greatly reduced, I decided to visit other domains to seek materials and skilled people in various fields.”

”What do you want to do by searching for reliable people in various fields? Do you intend to build something?” Kou Zhenhan curiously asked.

”Yeah.” Ling Yun replied with a nod. ”At first, I thought about establishing my sect, and I brought many people from the upper realm for it. Unfortunately, problems kept coming one after another, and I haven’t had the time for that.”

”Building a sect, huh?” Kou Zhenhan muttered under his breath. ”Why do you want to do such a troublesome thing?”
