Chapter 1266: Chapter 477: The Beautician’s Mercedes-Benz G-Class 3

The two chatted and laughed for a while, ordered some food, and the atmosphere gradually became lively.

After all, they had been classmates for three years in high school, and their relationship was still very good.

The weather was suitable today, no sun, sitting outside with a cool breeze, feeling particularly refreshing.

They had a two-person meal worth 238 yuan, which was very sumptuous.

Original cut steak, Italian pizza, fried chicken wings, salad, and various snacks almost covered the entire small table.

Seeing her favorite steak, Zhao Yaqian’s eyes instantly sparkled, and she started devouring it with great delight.

During a break from eating.

Li Yuanyuan opened up and started venting about her recent situation to her.

Just like Zhao Yaqian, she entered society directly after graduating from high school.

However, she was a bit luckier, working in a small company of a relative, handling document sorting and photocopying tasks.

The company mainly engaged in building material trade and was small in scale, with only about twenty employees.

Although relaxed, the salary was not high, only 3500 yuan per month, and the future development space was almost zero.

For Li Yuanyuan, who did not have much ambition, this kind of life was barely acceptable, and she could just coast along.

However, there were some changes within the company last month, and several salespeople resigned, causing a manpower shortage.

Seeing her idle, her relative naturally assigned her the task of telephone sales.

They said her commission rate would be higher than others, but she needed to have sales performance.

Now, besides her clerical work, she also had to keep calling clients to sell products.

Without any experience, Li Yuanyuan was completely unable to cope, and was overwhelmed with busyness.

Zhao Yaqian asked, ”So what are you planning to do next?”

”Ah, I don’t know.” Li Yuanyuan shook her head, dejected, ”I want to quit but I’m scared. I don’t have any education or skills, and I don’t know what I can do. What I’m thinking now is, should I learn a skill like you did, something employable.”

At this point, she blushed slightly and looked at Zhao Yaqian expectantly, ”Qianqian, I remember you said you’re currently working at the headquarters of a chain beauty salon, are they hiring apprentices there?”

Previously, Qianqian had mentioned that her boyfriend arranged for her a very easy job, and the workplace was very nice.

She specifically arranged to meet her, hoping to ask about it.

Hearing Li Yuanyuan’s words, Zhao Yaqian was slightly taken aback and asked back, ”You were always doing clerical work, which was administrative work, right?”

Li Yuanyuan nodded immediately, ”Mm-hmm, yes.”

Zhao Yaqian pondered for a moment and said, ”Then if you could choose, would you prefer to continue doing administrative work or learn beauty therapy?”

Li Yuanyuan hesitated for a while and then honestly said, ”I still want to do administrative work more.”

”The company I’m currently with is Isa Beauty Industry, the one I mentioned before. If you want to come, I can help arrange that for you. I’ll send you our company’s introduction for you to look at.”

As she spoke, Zhao Yaqian shared a promotional poster.

”Ding Dong—” a WeChat notification sounded.

Li Yuanyuan quickly picked up her phone, looking at the introduction, her breathing began to quicken.

Eight stores, high-end beauty clubs, light medical beauty, valued at 1.2 billion...

”My goodness! This is amazing?!”

She had only heard the company’s name from Zhao Yaqian before and had never looked it up; she didn’t expect it to be so impressive.

This was equivalent to a large company.

Li Yuanyuan gulped, her face flushed with excitement, ”Qianqian, you mean... I can join your company to do administrative work?”

Zhao Yaqian nodded, ”Yes, in Isa Beauty Industry, Human Resources and Administration are one department. Once there, you can also get exposure to some HR-related work and transition in that direction in the future.”

”HR... I...” Li Yuanyuan pinched her fingers, her voice trembling slightly, ”Qianqian, I’ll take this seriously! I’ll resign tomorrow!”

”Mm-hmm, absolutely not a problem.” Zhao Yaqian smiled, giving an OK hand gesture.

She is now a shareholder of Isa Beauty Industry, but aside from Zhang Mengchu and Sister Li, she had no personal acquaintances in the company.

Moreover, both of them were responsible for the beauty salons’ work and not stationed at the headquarters.

She wanted Li Yuanyuan to join the HR and administration department, hoping to better understand the company’s situation.

Besides, there’s another important reason.

That is the ”new task” Tang Song had told her about, and her future development.

For her, helping classmates change their current situation, getting out of difficulties, and showcasing her strength.

Made her feel accomplished and more confident.

This might be a form of ”self-realization” after all.

Li Yuanyuan took a deep breath, her face flushed with excitement, raising her cup, ”Come, let me toast to you, thank you for helping me so much! You don’t know, I’ve been so worried lately.”

”Oh, no need to be so formal.” Zhao Yaqian lightly smiled, raising her drink and clinking it with hers, taking a big sip.

Just then, a voice suddenly called out beside them, ”Qianqian, Yuanyuan.”

Zhao Yaqian looked up in surprise and saw Jiang Zimu waving at them.

Behind him was a tall, thin boy, Zhang Wensheng.

”Why are you guys here?”

Jiang Zimu smiled as he walked over, ”Saw you guys posting on your friend circle, so since Wensheng and I were doing some promotions at the mall next door, we came over to catch you guys after finishing up. Surprised?”

Looking at Zhao Yaqian sitting there, Zhang Wensheng took a deep breath, ”Hello, Qianqian, Yuanyuan, long time no see.”
