Chapter 746: Chapter 342: Innate Pretentious Holy Body, He Can Be Replaced

Youjie Housekeeping, General Manager’s Office.

”I can’t do it, Yuyan, I’m really out of options.” Li Meixia sat down in the chair with a very helpless expression.

Shen Yuyan handed over a wet tissue and asked, ”What did the other side say? Did you see the property manager?”

Li Meixia wiped the sweat off her face and nodded, ”I just said two sentences, handed over a business card, and then got the cold shoulder! No one even cares about me! Cloud Stream Property is too high and cold, they don’t care about a company like ours, maybe we should just drop it.”

”Thanks for your hard work, Meixia.” Shen Yuyan sat down beside her, holding Li Meixia’s arm, and said seriously, ”Even though it’s difficult, we still need to find a way to secure Cloud Stream Property, after all, we have the VAM Agreement.”

According to the initial investment agreement, the 6 million investment from Win-win Technology will be transferred in two batches.

Now the first 3 million has already been received, store expansion, platform promotion, and video streaming have all begun.

They need to ensure that the company’s performance in August reaches the agreed growth level.

Otherwise, the remaining 3 million will be gone.

She was originally confident because the requirements weren’t that high.

Youjie Housekeeping is already developing upward, with both self-operated businesses and outsourced services.

With money and resources, just normal operations would meet the requirements.

However, after experiencing the cooperation storm with the Win-win Smart Home APP, she always had a bad premonition, maybe there’s still a pit waiting for her.

To be safe, they still need to expand more business.

Cloud Stream Property is a subsidiary of the listed company Cloud Stream Real Estate, with businesses in Yan Province and surrounding areas, all high-end real estate and office buildings.

The business scope happens to overlap with Youjie Housekeeping.

If they can establish a cooperative relationship with them, their business will increase significantly.

”Yuyan, I know what you mean.” Li Meixia shook her slightly damp hair and looked at her, ”But I can feel it, they don’t care about us at all, the chance of them agreeing to cooperate is zero.”

Shen Yuyan’s eyes flickered, ”What about the other few property companies we talked to? Any replies?”

”No! They’re all old hands, I’ve already raised the rebate percentage to the highest, but their leaders just say they’re still negotiating and considering it, not giving any definite news.”

”I see...” Shen Yuyan hesitated for a moment, then said, ”Then let’s focus on online customer acquisition channels for now.”

Li Meixia whispered, ”Or maybe let Tianqi step in, see if his uncle can help say a few words.”

The company’s initial business was provided by Chengxu Property, where Zhang Tianqi’s uncle works.

And it was because Chengxu Property Service Company and Cloud Stream Real Estate have intricate connections that they targeted Cloud Stream Property.

They want to use this successful cooperation case to impress the other party.

But from the current situation, Cloud Stream Property doesn’t even want to sit down and talk with them.

But this is also normal, after all, the other party’s current cooperating housekeeping companies are all national chains.

Wanting to get a share of the pie requires having something that impresses them.

Like connections, resources, notoriety.

And these are exactly their weak points.

The only thing tangible they have is the connection with Zhang Tianqi.

As the vice president of Chengxu Property, his uncle does indeed have the qualifications to help them make introductions, but it’s also a big favor to ask.

”I’ll think of another way, if it really doesn’t work, we’ll have to do it that way.” Shen Yuyan sighed helplessly.

This is the downside of being from a grassroots background.

Moreover, Yan City University of Science and Technology is just an ordinary university, the connections she made there under the title of ”school beauty” aren’t high-end enough.

Thinking of this, Tang Song’s figure flashed in her mind again.

Endless regret surged in her heart.

million in cash investments, an outstanding aura, Slover Trust’s due diligence team...

Surely he must have a lot of high-end resources and connections.

If she had accepted Tang Song’s investment actively and supported him when Xu Qing suggested it.

Then Youjie Housekeeping now would have had a ”backer.”

She would also have had many opportunities to interact with Tang Song.

...

PM.

It started raining again in the sky.

A white Audi A7 slowly started and drove into the city’s main road.

Shen Yuyan sat quietly in the passenger seat, chatting here and there with her best friend Xu Qing.

Just yesterday, Xu Qing formally signed the stock option incentive agreement.

Moreover, she can exercise the options after a while.

Once her 2% options are exercised, then she becomes a shareholder of the company, enjoying the right to dividends.

However, exercising options requires Xu Qing to invest in buying shares, calculated at a valuation of 30 million, needing 600,000 RMB.

Right now, Xu Qing can only come up with 80,000 herself, her family should be able to help gather some.

The rest she plans to cover for Xu Qing herself.

Her salary has always been high, her current monthly salary is 25,000, and there was a small bonus at the end of last year.

Adding that she doesn’t buy a car, a house, or travel, she has about over 500,000, more than enough.

Since they’ve been best friends since middle school, their bond is closer than real sisters.

Now that Xu Qing is facing such a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, she naturally wants to give her unconditional support.

”Yuyan.” Hou Shaoyuan, sitting at the driver’s seat, slightly turned his head and smiled, ”You look really beautiful in this outfit today, you’ll definitely be the most eye-catching at the Venture and Exchange Forum.”

”Thank you for the compliment.”

”By the way, Ziming will attend tonight’s event too, right?”

”Yes, quite a few people from Tiancheng Capital are coming, they’re one of the co-hosts, VC Investment Director Zhao Chengjun will also be present.”
