Bloodlines Online

When he exited the dungeon Ezekiel was quick to get away again but people were quick to notice him.

He hated that he couldnt simply come and go as he pleased now and wished he could go back to being an unknown player.

Once he got out of the area and escaped to the trees where he could examine what rewards he got he finally sat down.

He read his notifications again and then reread them to understand.

He had been granted another unique chest because of his solo clearing of the dungeon at the hardmode difficulty, he didn’t know how rare unique gear was meant to be but if it was based on first time achievements there might be a large number of chances to gain such gear.

With his curiousity rising he decided he would finally open the chests he obtained.

’For a mage the five pieces of gear are gloves, boots, armor, accessory and weapon. Players wear more than just those pieces as rings also exist but would unique rings exist?’

He was thinking hard about it as he opened the first chest.

Player [Belial] has opened a unique grade reward.

Rewards are as follows.

Unique Quality equipment- Void Beast Claws.

Multiple Choice Reward-

Class advancement scroll

Race advancement ritual

Spell advancement scroll

Skill advancement scroll

He thought about each option before choosing.

’So if it’s multiple choice then I can probably only select one, skills arent difficult to train but they might reach a road block like the spell advancement does but I eventually figured out how to advance my spells further so I can probably figure it out for skills.’

With that he easily removed spell and skill advancement as options.

’Class advancement is something i havent even looked into yet but I bet it’s not as hard as i think... racial advancement is interesting though because I don’t know when my next level threshold is...’

With this thought he chose the racial advancement scroll and before using it he looked at his new gear.

Void Beast Claws (Unique)

Unbreakable.

While worn the user’s hands are immune to the consumption effect (uncovered regions still effected.)

Intelligence- +10% base value

Grants the user more control over the shadow element and shadow elemental mana.

The bonus seemed pretty good and because his gloves were previously gold quality he didn’t want to immediately let them go, in fact the other gold quality gear reward from the dungeon was also a pair of gloves.

He figured he could just give them to the group if his unique gloves were that significant of an improvement so he just put them on.

The next step was to see what his other unique reward would be.

Rewards are as follows.

Unique Quality Equipment- Void Beast Fang.

Multiple Choice Reward-

Random skill book

Random spell book

Random lineage unlock

Random affinity unlock

Now this... this was a much better reward.

He was actually struggling to choose now.

’Honestly the rewards are so good that i might have to wait to choose, it doesn’t say what the quality of the skills, spells, affinity or lineage would be so spells and skills might have to go.’

He then began to deeply think about the possibilities of a new affinity or another lineage.

’An affinity can probably be anything and so far the affinities I’ve obtained are amazing but a lineage would be something thats actually compatible with my character as well.’

As he was thinking about this he suddenly felt a large hand grip his shoulder.

”So boy, you came back.”

’Oh I was to reckless.’
