New Age Of Summoners

In one of the rooms of the white castle.

’Finally, I can check the rewards from earlier.’

Ajax sat on the bed as he muttered to himself.

Earlier, after he killed Master Red, he got some system notifications informing him about the rewards.

Moreover, he still has to check the three elemental law stones he stored in his inventory.

Also, there is still Master Red’s corpse which he could refine with the help of Arcane green spirit turtle’s ’Ultimate arcane refining’ skill.

’Enter.’

So, he started with Master Red’s corpse refining because the refining will take some time.

Until the refining is finished, Ajax could check the other things.

’Swoosh’

Soon, Ajax’s spirit consciousness form appeared in his inner world.

’This will be the last refinement for this month, I guess.’

Without wasting any time, Ajax threw Master Red’s corpse into the furnace-like shell of the Arcane green spirit turtle and thought in his head.

According to the skill description, his spirit turtle could only refine three times a month, and he had already used that skill two times.

One was to refine the ability fruit, and the second was to refine Derrick’s corpse.

So, he could only use one more time this month, and Ajax felt that Master Red’s corpse would give something good, and this third refinement will be worth it.

’Ding,

The refinement of the Intermediate-level King realm cultivator will take 24 hours before it is refined. Please wait patiently.

Soon, the system notification appeared in front of him, informing him about the time required to refine Master Red’s corpse.

’What?’

Ajax was surprised to see the required time for Master Red’s corpse; however, it only lasted for a moment before nodding his head because he knew that the more powerful the corpse is, the more time it takes and the higher will be the reward.

”Anyway, you take your own time. I will complete the mission I have come here to the five elemental world.”

Even though Ajax was curious about the final product from the refinement of Master Red’s corpse, it could only wait and busy himself with something else. So, he could not be anxious about the reward.

The best thing to do right now is conquer the Western fox lands before the refinement of Master Red’s corpse is done.

’Nevertheless, I have to sort out all the rewards first.’

Nevertheless, Ajax was very confident in completing the mission of conquering the ’Western fox lands’ within 20 hours. So, he could sort his things first.

With all his elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts and with the help of Elen’s knowledge about how to tamper the surveillance of the fire base, Ajax thought it would be a piece of cake.

Actually, there are two other ongoing missions for his elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts.

And compared to the contracted spirit beasts’ mission, Ajax was very much interested in the mission given to the elemental spirits because it is basically a mission to farm as many spirit points as possible.

So, Ajax was excited about conquering the Western fox lands.

’Let’s see the elemental spirit stone and elemental law stones.’

Soon, he suppressed his excitement as he took out the shining red-coloured crystals from the inventory.

’Ding,

Item name:- Elemental spirit stone (King realm)

Effect:- Increases the cultivation of an elite general realm elemental spirit by at least a single realm.

Advanced effect:- There is a small chance to learn an elemental law.

Note:- 1) If the elemental spirit is lucky, he/she can increase their cultivation by more than one realm and up to five minor realms.

                    2) One elemental spirit can only use one King grade elemental spirit to increase his/ her cultivation level.

’Huh? Only a single minor realm.’

Ajax frowned as he felt it was completely out of his expectations.

For the elemental spirit stones below the King realm, as long as the elemental spirit crushed the spirit stone, their cultivation would be increased by one major realm.

However, for the King realm elemental spirit stone, it was way too little increment in the strength compared to the elemental stone below the King grade.

As for the small chance of learning the elemental law, Ajax felt that the worth of the King grade elemental spirit stone should be more.

’Ding,

The system suggested the host not compare the King grade elemental spirit stone with other stones.

Soon, the system notification asked him not to compare the stones; however, Ajax got another doubt and asked the system about it.

’So, what will an elite general realm elemental spirit stone do?’

Since a King grade, elemental spirit stone could only increase one or more minor realms in the elite general realm.

’Ding,

There is a slight difference between the King grade elemental spirit stone and the other elemental spirit stones.

The system was not asking for the essence of nature much after Ajax upgrading it to System 3.0.

So, as soon as he asked the question, it gave a reply to him, which made Ajax frown a little.

’And what it is.’

Ajax asked the system with a curious look on his face.

’Ding,

The upgrade using elemental spirit stones below King grade has a 50 percent chance of failure; however, even though the King grade elemental spirit stone might increase only a single minor, the upgrade will never fail.

’Oh.’

Ajax was surprised for a moment and understood why the King grade elemental spirit stone has only a single realm increment.

’By the way, system, none of my elemental spirits failed when they used the elemental spirit stone. Is there some kind of reason behind it?’

What Ajax said was true because most of his elemental spirits increased their cultivations using the elemental spirit stones.

So, he asked what the reason behind it was.

’Ding,

It is the system’s help for the host to grow stronger. Generally, the system thought to provide it until the host reaches the King realm. However, the system will stop providing its help when using the elemental spirit stones from now on.

’What?’

Ajax was shocked when he saw the system notification before him because he didn’t know there was such a thing.

What’s more terrible is that the system said that he couldn’t successfully upgrade his elemental spirits with the elemental spirit stone anymore.

’So, what is the success rate for my elemental spirits?’

Since the system had already said those words, Ajax knew it would not change its decision. So, he decided to ask about the success rate.

’Ding,

There is no specific percentage. The rate of success decreases with the grade of the elemental spirit stone. The higher the grade of the stone, the lower the success rate will be.

’Sigh’

After seeing that, Ajax could not help but sigh because, without the system’s help, he needed more and more elemental spirit stones to increase his elemental spirits’ cultivation in the shortest time.

What’s more, unless he enters the Ylercester province or other normal worlds, it is almost impossible to find the summoners, much less an evil summoner, to kill him and his elemental spirits to get the elemental spirit stones.

”Now, it’s time to check the three elemental law stones.”
