New Age Of Summoners

After shouting out loud all of a sudden, they soon noticed Darbaudr was looking at them with a weird expression and felt embarrassed before quickly cloning their dropped jaws.

”Is it that awakening?” Darabudr also looked at the nine young cultivators, who were covered with lights of different bright colours and asked Edmond.

”Yes, it is the nine-men awakening,” From the earlier exchange of words with Darbaudr, Edmond knew that Darabudr was more knowledgable than him and nodded his head.

”Huh?” Darabaudr looked at each and every one of the young cultivators before asking Edmond, ”So, are they also from the hidden families of the Zrochester province?”

When Edmond fought with the huge chimera-like creature in the windstorm, Darabudr heard some of their conversations and related Edmond to the hidden family; However, he never expected the nine adopted children of Edmond were also from the hidden families.

”...”

Edmond didn’t expect to hear that question from Darbaudr and became speechless as he had never said anything about him to Ajax, not the barbarian.

”How do you...”

Nevertheless, he tried to control his shock and he was about to ask him how does he know about him belonging to a hidden family; however before he could complete his sentence, he was interrupted by Darbaudr.

”I heard your conversation in the windstorm,” Darbaudr didn’t want Edmond to think that he was spying on him. As he wanted to be clear with Edmond, the barbarian said the truth.

”Huh” Edmond nodded his head and finally understood how Darbaudr knew about him and looked at him for a second before saying, ”Yes, they all belong to the different hidden families, which were destroyed a few years ago. They are the few survivors who managed to escape that catastrophe.”

”As long as they grow powerful, the hidden families of the Zrochester province will prosper once again,” Darbaudr felt their story and his story were almost similar and motivated Edmond about the prosperity of the hidden families which would be brought back by the young cultivators.

”I truly hope so,”

Although Edmond was pretty much sure about bringing back the past glory for their hidden families and at the same time taking revenge on those who had destroyed their families, he mostly replied to Darbaudr.

As they briefly conversed with each other, at the same time, they were looking at the nine young cultivators.

”Should we help them in killing the demon servants?”

Although Darbaudr was able to notice the awakening, he didn’t know the detailed process of that awakening as it was a rare awakening process even in his province and asked Edmond about it.

”Yes,”

’Slash’

Edmond nodded his head and disappeared from his place and appeared in front of one of his adopted children and cleared a group of demon servants with a single slash of his heavy sword.

After clearing the demon servants around that cultivator, he proceeded to move towards another one of his adopted children.

”You clear the demon servant around those three cultivators and I will take care of these three,” Darbaudr didn’t think much before deciding to help these young cultivators who were just like him. Lost their families and were training very hard to take revenge for their families.

However, before he could move to help the young cultivators, he divided the young cultivators and shared the equal number of cultivators with Udo.

”Sure, but don’t let any harm come to those young ones, understood?” Udo, as usual, said in his cold tone to Darbaudr before agreeing to his plan.

’Swoosh’

Darabudr didn’t give any reply to Udo, before rushing towards the demon servants that were surrounding a young cultivator and helping him clear the group of demon servants with his bare hands before proceeding to another one.

As for Udo, he shook his head before following the same actions of Edmond and Darabudr. Clear the demon servants from one cultivator before proceeding to another and then to the final one. After that replete the same process once again.

....

’Damn it! When did this Zrochester province become this powerful? Now, the general realm and elite general cultivation realms are that easy to achieve here?’

As everyone was busy with fighting demon servants and awakening something called ’Nine-men awakening’, the elite demon general that was drawing something on the ground with his blood finally finished his drawings and he was shocked to see the battle prowess of Edmond and two other cultivators and thought inside his head.

’One level 5 elite general, one level 1 elite general and a peak level 10 general realm expert. Something is wrong with this Zrochester province,’ The elite demon general was still unable to believe what he was seeing in front of him.

According to the information he had got from his superiors, the elite demon general knew that there were only a few elite general realm cultivators in the Zorchestor province. However, he was shocked to see two elite general realm cultivators as soon as their portal was connected to the human world.

’Anyway, if I can kill these general realm cultivators along with the 11 genius young cultivators, I can get some good rewards’ the elite demon general soon suppressed his shock and cunningly smiled before thinking, ’Moreover, I can have more chances of becoming a demon king if I consume all of them.’

The demon army worked just like mercenaries. The more powerful the humans they killed, the higher the rewards they would get from the respective demon kings.

Another way to get more rewards was to kill the young geniuses of the human world. So, humans could never get powerful in the future.

’It’s time,’

After thinking about his future plans for a while, he immediately took out a small black orb and crushed it in the center of the drawing he had drawn with his black blood until now.

’Shush’

However, there was not much sound nor not much changes happened to the elite demon general except for a pitch-black smoke that slowly entered into the body of the demon.

’Only a few more minutes and then I will take care of you, my future,’ The elite demon general was fully relaxed on the ground and enjoying the slow power boost he was receiving from the black smoke while thinking already thinking about how he would become a demon king in the future after killing and consuming Edmond and others.

....

In the demon world,

While Edmond and others were busy fighting the demon servants and the elite demon general was busy getting his powerup, the other side of the portal was in a turmoil.

”Old General, the two elite demon generals we had sent in the first batch has been killed just after they went through the portal,” the muscular demon general looked at the old demon general, who was leading the demon invasion and explained the information he had got from the other side of the portal.

”Huh?” The old general only raised his brows before looking at the portal which was at some distance from him and replied to the muscular demon general, ”No need to worry, everything is going according to the plan.”

”What?”

The muscular demon servant was shocked to see how calm their General was even after hearing his word and blurted out loud.
