New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1856  Not a Genius?

”All the Elemental Spirits in this world have awakened their Elemental Ascendance.”

”What? What did you say?”

Hearing Ajaxʼs words, Aron was shocked and was unable to believe it.

All the cultivators in this universe had only one goal in their life and it was to successfully undergo the tribulation before ascending to the Heavenly Realm.

For humans, it is Heavenly Human Realm, for demons, it is Heavenly Demon Realm and for Spirit Beasts, it is Heavenly Bestial Realm.

Compared to the Demons and the Spirit Beasts, the humans, who have successfully awakened their Summoning Talent and formed contracts with the Elemental Spirits have an additional task to complete to trigger the Lightning Tribuation for the ascension.

And it was none other than letting their contracted Elemental Spirits, whether it was an official or unofficial elemental spirit, comprehend or awaken the Elemental Ascendance.

Moreover, it was not just awakening the Elemental Ascendance but the Elemental Spirits had to increase the percentage of the Elemental Ascendance to 100 percent.

The more Elemental Spirits a Summoner has, the more time it would take for him to trigger the Lightning Tribulation, making it difficult for the humans to trigger the tribulation compared to the other two races.

Also, just because a Summoner was taking a long time to help his Elemental Spirits with their Elemental Ascendance, the humans who didnʼt awaken the Summoning talent wonʼt be having an easy time.

Compared to the Summoners, these humans without any Summoning Talent would have a hard time increasing their cultivation as their understanding of the essence of nature and elements in nature was much lesser than the Summoners.

Nevertheless, even with these kinds of hardships, Summoners didnʼt mind going through the hardships because the Elemental Spirits they formed a contract with would help them a lot in their adventures and increase their survival rate compared to the other two races.

Of course, that doesnʼt mean the Summoners would want many elemental spirits under them because the more Elemental Spirits they form the contracts with, the harder and longer it would take for them to trigger the Lightning Tribulation. Hence, most of the summoners would only form official contracts and not bother about the unofficial contracts as they wonʼt give them any official skills.

However, the Elemental Spirits from the Elemental Spirit World connected to the Floating Island, not only did they have a King Realm cultivation but at the same time, they have all awakened their Elemental Ascendance.

Of course, just because their Elemental Spirits awakened their Elemental Ascendances with one percent doesnʼt make everything easy for the summoners as they still have to increase that percentage to 100 to meet the requirements.

Hence, when Aron heard Ajaxʼs words about the Elemental Spirits of this specific Elemental Spirit World awakening their Elemental Ascendance, greatly shocked him.

”Ajax, are you sure about it? Does all the Elemental Spirits in the Elemental Spirit World awaken their Elemental Ascendance?”

Aron was still unable to believe Ajaxʼs words despite knowing that Ajax wouldnʼt lie to him.

The actual reason why Aron was unable to believe Ajaxʼs words was that when he first appeared in this universe, he was a genius summoner who would almost reach the level of a powerhouse of the universe.

Even with such an insane strength at a young age, Aron didnʼt know about such a precious elemental spirit world where all the elemental spirits have their Elemental Ascendances awakened.

Back then, Aron knew about the Floating Island and even the Elemental Spirit World connected to it; however, there was no information about the Elemental Spirits having awakened their own Elemental Ascendances.

If he knew about it, no matter how busy he was killing the demons, he would have paid a visit to the Elemental Spirit World connected to the Floating Island.

”Father, I am telling you the truth.”

Ajax could see the shock in Aronʼs eyes as he strongly nodded his head while saying, ”All the Elemental Spirits that I formed the contract with, have already awakened their Elemental Ascendances with one percent.”

”...”

Seeing the seriousness in Ajaxʼs eyes, Aron remained silent for a moment as he silently thought in his head, ʼIt looks like I was still miles away from being a powerhouse of the universe in my first life.ʼ

Finally, Aron realized that he was not the genius that he used to think he was in the past.

ʼI was being proud of myself at nothing.ʼ

Aron shook his head as he bitterly smiled before saying to Ajax, ”Son, thank you for sharing such good news about the Elemental Spirits. With my cultivation, I can enter the Elemental Spirit World five times and form the official contract with five elemental spirits.”

Soon, Aron stopped thinking about the past as he finally decided to look for the future.

After getting a top-notch physical body, Aronʼs cultivation has reached the Emperor Realm in no time. Being an Emperor Realm Cultivator, Aron, who was yet to enter the Elemental Spirit World, could enter the Elemental Spirit World five times for all the major stages of cultivation before Emperor Realm.

Soldier Realm, Commander Realm, General Realm, King Realm and Emperor Realm. For each realm, a summoner could enter the Elemental Spirit World once and thus, Aron could enter the Elemental Spirit World five times in a row.

”Father, it is me who should thank you for sharing the information about the respawn rate of the Elemental Spirits in the Elemental Spirit World.” Ajax smiled in response to his fatherʼs words as he thanked him before saying, ”Father, you can use your chances to enter the Elemental Spirit World to form contracts with more Elemental Spirit Worlds.”

”Also, you donʼt need to worry about the resources for nurturing your Elemental Spirits as I will take care of them.”

With the resources that Ajax could get from the special trees in his Inner World, the last thing that he was worried about was the cultivation resources and he also didnʼt want his father to worry about it.

Thus, he asked his father to go all out and form contracts with more Elemental Spirits.
