New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1021: Cursed? Nah...itʼs a blessing

The elite demon general knew it was impossible for him to outrun a flying dragon. Moreover, he didnʼt have a single ounce of confidence in him. So, without any hesitation, he fell to the knees before saying he would swear his loyalty to the dragonʼs master.

”Slash”

In reply to the elite demon generalʼs words, the twilight dragon didnʼt hesitate to use his ʼWing slashʼ to cut the demon general into four pieces.

”If everyone swears loyalty to my master, then how should I kill?”

With a scoff, Twilight replied to the four pieces of the elite demon general and swallowed the three pieces.

”Eat it and recover your strength before following me.”

As for the fourth piece, Twilight threw it at the devourer eagle general and asked him to eat it.

As long as a devourer eagle devours the being who had a similar or higher strength than his strength, he would recover all the injuries in an instant.

ʼSwooshʼ

After saying those words, the dragon didnʼt even bother to look at the devourer eagle general and flew in his next direction.

ʼHe is so powerful without a beast law. I wonder how powerful he will become if he gained a beast law.ʼ

The devourer eagle general started devouring the one-fourth part of the elite demon general while looking at the silhouette of the dragon and silently thought to himself.

ʼMoreover, I wonder how powerful his master is. As long as I follow him, reaching the King realm might be possible.ʼ

Soon, the devourer eagle general seemed to have new thoughts in his mind and continued to think, ʼI should convince other generals to join this new mysterious master of mine.ʼ

With that thought in his mind, he completely devoured the demon in front of him and flew in the direction of the dragon.

ʼFrom the looks of it, my new master seemed to not like low-level devourer eagles and only wanted to recruit the devourer eagle generals.ʼ

While flying, the devourer eagle general remembered how the dragon killed millions of devourer eagles with a few energy beams from his mouth and shuddered a little.

After remembering that scene, he became even more determined to convince the other devourer eagle generals.

ʼHuh? A curse?ʼ

After flying for a few kilometers, the dragon stopped flying as he landed on the ground.

Because he was cursed by the elite demon general he killed earlier.

Twilight was just feeling a little uncomfortable; however, he didnʼt know what type of curse it was.

Nevertheless, he was not worried because it is not a poison curse or sealing curse. Soo, he wanted to make sure what that curse was before flying forward.

ʼRumbleʼ

ʼDieʼ

Just as he landed on the ground, two elite demon generals appeared out of the ground and slashed at the dragon with their sharp daggers.

ʼSlashʼ

Even though they used the full power in the earlier strike, only small cuts appeared on the dragonʼs body.

”Roar”

Twilight became angry when he saw the 3 meters bronze demons who sneaked at him.

They looked exactly like the elite demon general he killed previously; however, they were only three meters whereas the elite demon general he killed previously was 100 meters in height.

”You might have tough skin but you will be going to die today.”

One of the elite demon generals mocked the dragon.

”With only two? Dream on.”

Twilight just shook his head as he mocked the two elite demon generals in front of him.

”Haha...you still havenʼt noticed something, right?”

Seeing the arrogant attitude of the dragon, one of the elite demon generals could not endure it; however, he replied with a loud laugh.

”What?”

”You are cursed by one of us. So, all the bronze demons in this entire bronze demon world is coming for you now...Haha”

When he saw the confused look in the dragonʼs eyes, the other elite demon general explained it.

”Really?”

Twilight asked with a shocked look on his face.

”Of course..why will we lie about it? Are you scared now?”

The elite demon generals started laughing as they once again started their attacks.

”Haha...Interesting. It is not a curse, it is a blessing.”

All of a sudden, Twilight started laughing and released the poison breath.

ʼThud thudʼ

After he came out of the Sacred Pool, all his attacks became more powerful and the poison breath became even more poisonous.

Just a sniff from it, the two elite demon generals fell to the ground.

”So, how do you want to die?”

Even though it was a poison, it would not kill; instead, it only makes them powerless for some time depending on the strength of the opponent.

”Oh right! I forgot you canʼt talk. I will decide for you.”

As soon as he finished his words, the dragon tossed them into the air before swallowing them.

”Since everyone will be coming to me, I will just wait here for them.”

With that thought in his mind, Twilight just sat on the ground while waiting for the bronze demons.

ʼSwooshʼ

Before any demons arrive, the devourer eagle general finally catches up with the dragon and silently lands beside the dragon.

Silence.

There was complete silence between the two of them as neither one of them spoke.

”Everyone, kill them”

After waiting for a few minutes, millions of bronze demons along with more than 100 elite demon generals, started rushing towards them which made the devour eagle general a little scared.

However, when he thought about the dragonʼs energy beam, the devourer eagle general was not worried about it at all and was eager to cultivate his ʼdevourʼ beast law.

”Just donʼt get in my way.”

As though he sensed what the devourer eagle general was thinking in his mind, Twilight said to him with a nonchalant look in his eyes.

ʼSince the divine destructive cannon is too powerful for them, I will just use the regular skills.ʼ

Twilight wanted to consume the demons and the devourer eagles to increase his cultivation and increase his battle prowess. So, he didnʼt have any plans to use the most powerful attack on the incoming millions of bronze demons.

”Dragon tail”

”Wing slash”

”Dragon claw”

The dragon waited until he was completely surrounded by the bronze demons before starting attacking them.

Every time he attacked, thousands of demons would be killed and another few thousand would be injured.

ʼScreechʼ

The devourer eagle king was also not sitting without doing anything. It started killing the hundreds of the bronze demons and devouring the high-level ones to gain comprehension into the ʼDevourʼ beast law.

ʼOnce I gain the comprehension into the ʼDevourʼ beast, my path to becoming the King spirit beast would be clear.ʼ

The devourer eagle general was excited about his new future as he devoured the demons to his heartʼs content.

Coming back to the twilight dragon, even though he killed thousands of the bronze demons, he was also receiving attacks in return; however, he had a passive skill ʼAdvanced hardened skinʼ. So, nothing was happening to him as he continued to wreak havoc.
