New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 916: Holorʼs plans

ʼHuh?ʼ

When he heard Holorʼs words, King Stephen raised his brows before asking, ”Are you planning to ask help from them too?”

Since Holor wants to go to the other family heads of the great families, King Stephen could guess what he wants to do.

”Yes, your majesty.”

Holor politely nodded his head.

”So, what are you going to offer them? Or should I rather ask what kind of resources you are left with?”

With a scoff, King Stephen asked Holor as he continued, ”Or do you want to use the same thing to trade with them?”

While saying these words, King Stephen sounded furious as he released his cultivation pressure to suppress Holor.

ʼPutongʼ

All of a sudden, Holor fell to the ground on his knees from the pressure released by King Stephen.

Holor was a level10 elite general realm expert, after dying once in Captain Edmondʼs hand, he was mysteriously still alive; however, he became a lot weaker. Even a general realm cultivator could kill him.

So, he could stand the cultivation pressure of King Stephen.

”No no no….your majesty.”

Holorʼs forehead and back got covered in a cold sweat as he heard King Stephenʼs words and hurriedly shook his head.

”Then?”

King Stephen asked Holor with a scoff because he clearly knew there was nothing valuable left in Holorʼs possession.

And the only thing Holor had earlier was promised to be given to Stephen King as long as he helped with his revenge against Edmond and Udo.

Moreover, he clearly knew that the Hammergust family was not greatly welcomed by other great families because of his dealings with the abyss devils.

So, when King Stephen didnʼt understand how could Holor just go to the other family heads and ask for their help.

If only Holor promised them what he had already promised to give to King Stephen, they would agree to help him and how could King Stephen let Holor allow that.

If others get to know about it, he would have no control over that thing and he would have to share it with others, which King Stephen didnʼt like to do.

”All the family heads owe me a favour from the past. So, I am going to call that favour, your majesty. Since I already promised you about it, I donʼt dare promise that thing to others.”

Wiping the cold sweat from his sweat, Holor anxiously said to King Stephen because he feared that if he continued to endure the cultivation pressure from King Stephen, he would be dead for sure.

ʼHmmʼ

After hearing Holorʼs words, King Stephen nodded his head after thinking for a moment as he retracted his cultivation pressure.

At the same time, he snapped his fingers before saying, ”Who is there?”

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as he said those words, a silhouette appeared from his shadow and soon the silhouette materialized into a masked man.

”Royal shadow is at your service, your majesty.”

As soon as the masked man materialized, he bowed in front of King Stephen as he asked for the orders.

”Follow him and keep an eye on him. If he dares to promise anything to the family heads of the great families, you are free to kill him.”

Looking at the royal shadow in front of him, King Stephen gave his orders.

”This royal shadow will do as you say, your majesty.”

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as he finished his words, the royal shadow jumped into the shadow of Holor.

”Your majesty..this..is...”

Looking at his own shadow where there were no changes, Holor stuttered at King Stephen.

”Thatʼs right! I donʼt believe you.”

Even though Holor didnʼt finish his words, King Stephen was able to guess what Holor wanted to say to him and he scoffed at Holor.

”As long as you donʼt go back on your words, you will be alive and the moment you break your word, the royal shadow will kill you without any mercy. If I were you, I would be careful.”

Although King Stephen had some problems regarding his ancestors, he was groomed with all qualities of a King from his master. So, he didnʼt show any mercy and completely dominated Holor.

”I will not go back on my words, your majesty.”

Holor respectfully nodded his head as he said, ”I will take my leave now.”

”Go.”

King Stephen waved his hand signalling Holor to leave.

ʼDamn you. After I watch Edmond and Udo die with my own eyes, I will completely destroy this Kingdom along with the entire province.ʼ

While leaving the royal palace, Holorʼs face turned ugly as he silently muttered to himself.

.....

Inside the cave,

After blaming themselves for letting Holor get away, both of them started thinking about what they have to do now.

ʼIt looks like the other great families will also support Holor.ʼ

After thinking for some time, Edmond seriously said to Udo as he started giving out his reasons to Udo.

Actually, if they successfully killed Holor, then the royal family would have not bothered with them because it is just a waste of time.

As for the other family, they would have closed their eyes also because they know the Hammergust family is making some deals with the abyss devils. So, they were having a? slight fear of the Hammergust family.

Even though the Hammergust family was entirely wiped out except for the main head, they have to at least show some support; otherwise, they know up to what extremes Holor could go.

Moreover, they also didnʼt like an individual who had the power to wipe an entire great family living on his own because they feared they might become the next Hammergust family.

So, along with the royal family, they also started giving rewards for giving information about Edmond and Udo.

As Edmond expected, the other four great families were also doing the same thing as the royal family and that is posting rewards for the information on Edmond and Udo.

ʼSwooshʼ

While they were thinking, a silhouette appeared in the cave.
