New Age Of Summoners

502 Secret technique stone

Ajax was already guessing this kind of move from the main demon general and he was ready for it and scoffed at him.

ʼCloud stepsʼ

ʼAbsolute darknessʼ

Without any delay, Ajax used his perfectly synchronized skill and appeared in front of the main demon general, who had only taken a couple of steps.

As soon as he used the nightmarish skill on the main demon general, he felt all dizzy and fell to his knees.

Even though he was at the peak general realm, the main demon general could not escape from the ʼAbsolute darknessʼ which was also boosted by Ajaxʼs bloodline.

”You must be dreaming when you thought you could escape from here...Haha” Ajax looked at the demon general, who was clutching his head; however, no painful noises came from his mouth as though it was not affecting him much.

ʼLooks like he is much stronger than I thought,ʼ Ajax already knew that the strongest demon generals would not die instantly with his ʼAbsolute darknessʼ skill.

ʼAnyway, he canʼt fight back in his current situation,ʼ Ajax casually looked at his right hand before looking at the main demon general, who looked at Ajax with a pitiful expression.

Although the demon general didnʼt make painful noises, he was under a lot of pain and barely able to control it and looked at Ajax as though he was begging for his life.

As soon as he looked at his right hands, it turned into the pitch black and looked something like a demonʼs hand.

”Huh? So, you want to live?” Ajax revealed a small smile on his face and slowly extended his right hand towards the main demon general and continued, ”I can help you in removing the pain you are enduring if you give me something valuable. Since I am a good guy, I am making this deal. So, donʼt let this chance go away.”

Ajax placed his demonic claw on the main demon generalʼs face and slowly made a small cut while offering a deal to the main demon general.

”Yes...yes...I will give information that helps you to get a legendary grade weapon,” As soon as the main demon general heard Ajaxʼs words, his eyes lit up and immediately replied while enduring the pain from the Absolute darkness.

After repeated use of the absolute darkness, Ajax had almost reached a mastery level in it and now he could even control what his opponent had to suffer.

For example, in this present case, Ajax allowed the main demon general to listen to his offer; otherwise, there was no way the main demon general could hear Ajaxʼs words.

”Huh? A legendary grade weapon?” Ajax raised his brows as he didnʼt expect that the demon general in front of him was such a coward and he was straightaway giving the information about a legendary grade weapon.

In fact, Ajax didnʼt expect the main demon general to give him something as he just wanted to toy with him for a while before killing him.

ʼThis demon general is such a coward. I think all the demon generals are like this...Haha,ʼ Ajax silently mocked all the demon generals in his heart and revealed a small smile on his face.

The main demon general was the one, who cared so much about his life. So, if there was a chance for him to get back his life, he would even betray the demon race.

”Yes..yes...Please cancel your skill first. I will tell everything in detail,” Seeing that Ajax became interested in his deal, the main demon general saw there was hope for his life and asked Ajax to cancel his skill.

”Huh? I will release that skill only if I find the information. If you donʼt want to give the information, then itʼs fine,”

Ajax shook his head as rejected his request to release the skill.

Even though he was interested in the weapon, he didnʼt show it on his face anymore.

Seeing that look on Ajaxʼs face, the main demon general became anxious all of a sudden and immediately said, ”Okay...okay...I hope you will keep your promise.”

The main demon general knew that the information was the only thing that could keep him alive. So, he finally not requested Ajax not to cancel his skill anymore.

”Good. Now continue,”

Ajax nodded his head with a satisfied look on his face before looking at his elemental spirits and contracted spirit beasts.

ʼI need to finish this soon and enter the dimension crevice to claim it,ʼ

They were all looking in a powerful state with the bloodlineʼs boost and their own skill boosts. However, Ajax knew it would not last much longer and wanted to finish this thing as soon as possible.

”I have a secret technique for a weapon to become the legendary grade,” The main demon general took a long breath and started explaining about how to get a legendary grade weapon.

”What? A secret technique for a weapon?” Ajax was shocked as he never heard of something like that before.

”Yes. When a weapon reached Heaven grade, they could feel their surroundings,” The main demon general endured the pain from the ʼAbsolute darknessʼ and slowly explained.

”Oh,” Ajax nodded his head and asked the demon general, ”Then, how are you going to teach it that cultivation technique?”

Ajax already knew about the information of the weapons like when a weapon reach the heaven grade they could feel their surrounding and when they reached the legendary grade, then they could form their own weapon soul.

Moreover, the most important and powerful thing was when that weapon reached the mythical realm, they could materialize into a particular humanoid form, which could talk just like humans and other humanoid beings.

But what Ajax didnʼt understand was how could he make the weapon cultivate that secret technique.

”Although it is called a technique, it is more like an upgrade stone. When we use it on any of the demonic weapons, they have the power to consume other demonic weapons and increase their own grade,” The main demon generalʼs face was entirely covered in sweat along with the black blood that was coming from the cut made by Ajax earlier.

”So, now you are saying that you have that so-called secret technique stone?” Ajax finally understood everything and asked the main demon general about it.

Just like how an upgrade stone could increase the grade of a weapon directly (Although it can fail sometimes), the secret technique that the main demon general was talking about could unleash the barrier between the heaven grade and the legend grade and by consuming the other demonic weapons, it could increase itʼs level to the legendary grade.

”Yes. In the entire demon world, there are no more than five of these secret technique stones. So, I hope you can release me from this skill of yours,ʼ The main demon general revealed a pained smile on his face as he requested Ajax.

”Sure. As I promised, I will release you from this skill and now where is the stone?” Unlike the main demon general, Ajax revealed a happy smile on his face and asked about the stone.
