…

Two second-order creatures!

However, upon seeing the dwarf’s skills, Cao Xing’s eyes lit up!

Good heavens!

It was actually a talent with intermediate forging skills.

This signified that Cao Xing finally found a blacksmith!

At this moment, he could not help but exclaim.

The “Land of Hope” territory title was truly powerful!

For the first recruitment, he recruited a second-order elite and an intermediate blacksmith.

At this time, the giant-like woman looked at Cao Xing and then loudly said, “Are you the lord here?”

Cao Xing nodded.

“Yes, I am Lord Cao Xing. May I know your intentions, you two?”

“We heard the voice of the Wind Elf. It told us you were recruiting here, so we wanted to come and see.”

Hearing this, Cao Xing laughed heartily and said, “So, do you two wish to join my territory?”

The giant woman shook her head and said, “Although we need a place to stay, first, we need to observe your territory’s strength.

“If your territory is too weak, we will not join.”

Cao Xing nodded, understanding that this was normal.

Natives like these all had their own thoughts.

If they were some six or seven-level survivors with no defensive facilities in the entire territory, the territory’s strength would seem very weak.

Even if attracting people over, these natives might leave at a glance.

Therefore, to retain people, either he or the territory’s strength needed to be strong enough.

At this time, the giant woman spoke stubbornly, “Of course, if you, like other lords, despise my half-giant bloodline and think I am a freak, I can also leave immediately.”

However, upon hearing this, Cao Xing directly opened the door.

Clang!

Upon seeing this scene, even this half-giant woman was somewhat surprised.

She did not expect that Cao Xing would be so decisive, opening the door directly without even asking about their identities.

If someone harbored ill intentions, it could be a big trouble to rush into the territory at this time.

However, what she did not know was that Cao Xing had a system panel that allowed him to directly see their attributes and strength.

Moreover, having finally encountered a blacksmith with forging skills, he certainly would not let them go.

“You two, it’s rather cold in the snow outside. Please come inside first.”

“You can observe my territory up close and decide whether to stay.”

Cao Xing said with a friendly smile.

A confused look appeared in the eyes of the half-giant woman, as if she could hardly believe it.

Moments later, the half-giant woman sighed and said, “You are the most straightforward lord I have ever seen.”

After speaking, she led the dwarf Harold inside.

The next moment, they both felt a wave of warmth rushing over them.

Like other newcomers, they could not help but be amazed by the warmth of this territory upon entering.

Half-Giant Putana looked puzzled and muttered softly, “How strange, why is this territory different from others?”

“Even in the territories of barons we’ve been to, except inside the lord mansion, everywhere else is extremely cold.”

The dwarf beside her immediately noticed the central territory’s big melting furnace, standing four meters tall with a diameter of over a meter.

The dwarf whispered, “Putana, it seems the heat of this territory comes from that furnace.”

“This is truly a magical territory…”

Upon hearing this, realization dawned in Putana’s eyes as well.

And Cao Xing said with a smile, “You two, please sit in the tavern first.”

Putana nodded.

Then Cao Xing began to lead the way ahead.

The giant woman, holding the dwarf’s hand, followed behind Cao Xing.

The scene looked much like a mother holding her son’s hand.

As they walked, they took in the buildings of Cao Xing’s territory.
