“ Excuse me, can you say that again? “ Serafall asked the old devil councilor with a look of disbelief. For a moment, she felt like she was actually in a dream. A very bad dream.

“Lady Leviathan, we, the council, have decided to arrest Shaltier for the crimes of taking action against another faction and almost causing an unnecessary war for the alliance by blatantly representing the alliance’s identity without any authorization, and we would like it if you four Satans could go and capture this criminal personaly. “ the councilor said with a cold and indifferent tone.

Although the man looked like he was not one bit bothered by the fact that he was asking for the impossible, inwardly, he was sweating buckets. You know if he had a choice, he would also very much like to call a sick day and not court death like this. But unfortunately, his luck is too bad, and he was chosen by that adult to do this job.

The councilor only hoped that the Shadow Garden wouldn’t come for his head anytime soon. No, he only hoped that they would at least give him some time to hide away.

“ Hey, you guys are seriously asking this? “ Even Ajuka, who usually doesn’t take these guys seriously and keeps his silence, asked with suspicion. He secretly ran down many tests just to make sure these stupid fools aren’t controlled or anything. Unfortunately, it seems these guys are not mind-controlled at all.

“Yes, as part of the alliance, the Shadow Garden’s actions had caused us many troubles. Many other pantheons are even demanding answers from us for her actions. This had caused many of the relationships with other pantheons to become more strained, “ the councilor said expressionless voice.

Hearing this, Serafall almost exploded. These guys, are they even talking in human language? When all your grandsons and relatives went to other pantheons to hunt many supernatural beings to become their peerage members illegally, where were you guys? You guys didn’t even listen to the complaint and just handed the mess to me to solve it without disturbing the culprit at all.

At those times, didn’t you guys remember that those bastards’ actions have made things difficult for our faction? If it weren’t for her somehow barely being able to keep the basic relationship, there would be no doubt that there would be at least one pantheon that would have declared war on them.

Seeing Serafall was about to lose it, Sirzechs and Ajuka quickly held her back. Although they also wanted to kill these old hypocritical people for the bigger picture, they had no choice but to endure.

“ Have you discussed this matter with other factions in the alliance? “ After they somehow managed to calm Serafall down a little, Sirzechs asked as he faced the Devil Council.

“ That is unnecessary. It is a matter that doesn’t consider them at all. This is a decision that we, the devil council, took after considering all the actions and troubles Shaltier had done to the underworld, “another councilor said coldly.

“ But…“ Sirzechs wanted to argue, but the councilor cut him off.

“ Lord Lucifer, please remember your position. That woman named Shaltier had done nothing but make trouble for our devil race. Originally, we kept her dissatisfaction in check due to the need for alliance and the threat of the Khoas Brigade, but what that woman did this time is too much.

Who granted her the authority to represent the alliance and apprehend anyone solely based on their connections to the Khoas Brigade? And the person she fought with was no one but Indra. Who is Indra? He is one of the strongest beings in this world. His power and influence are not something even we can imagine.

What if someone from his faction comes here to cause trouble because of Shaltier’s actions? What if Indra’s army goes crazy and even declares war on us for revenge? I don’t need to remind you how many casualties either one of those actions would cause, right? “ The devil councilor said in a cold voice as he stared at Sirzechs meaningfully.

Sirzechs’ expression changed as he heard this. If he tried to deny their order now, then the council members may use this as a way to use the public opinion against them. To do this, they may even make some innocents just make their points.

And what Sirzechs feared most was that these guys might even target Rias to prove this. Although this is just a speculation of his, Sirzechs knew that these bastards would definitely do it without hesitation.

Seeing Sirzechs’s ugly expression, the councilor smirked victoriously. He didn’t fear the retaliation of these four Satans because he believed they were merely puppets bound to the law. And he is a person who is above the law. And besides, he is an old follower of that adult, so how could these four little brats who aren’t even half as old as him dare have thoughts about harming him?

Just as Sirzechs and the others were on the verge of giving up, the door to the meeting room was kicked open and a sarcastic voice rang in the hall, “ Hey, you guys, since you were talking and thinking so deeply about me, I decided to come and give you guys a surprise visit. “

And with the sounds of chains rattling, Roxanne in her Shaltier disguise walked inside the meeting room with calm and steady steps.

“So, would you all mind telling me what you guys are discussing about me? “ She asked with a cold voice that made everyone shiver.

In one of the many hidden basements in Roxanne’s mansion, there were a number of prison cells.

This is one of the many hidden underground prisons Roxanne has. Given her tendency to eliminate her enemies, most of these prison cells remain unoccupied for extended periods. And even if she really captured anyone, she would just throw them away into one of these cells and forget about them for a long time.

Since every single cell has been installed with three versions of Chains of Heaven, most prisoners, even if they were god kings, would have no chance to gather their powers and could only be sealed into a mortal-like state.

And besides, almost all the metal used to build these prison cells is one of the hardest metals Roxanne could find in the multiverse, so even if by some miracle the prisoners managed to escape their seals, they would still be unable to break out of prison.

This is something Roxanne had tested numerous times, so she is very confident in her prison.

Usually, due to Roxanne and others seldom coming here, this prison was very eerie and deadly silent.

However, after a new prisoner had recently been transferred here, this underground prison had recently begun to become very lively.
