Reborn at Boot Camp: General, Don’t Mess Around!

Chapter 5482: Chapter 5482: Self-taught

After scolding Xia Jinyuan, the Old Madam immediately instructed the old master to summon their family’s Old Fifth, Xia Yunyin, back to the old mansion overnight.

Xia Yunyin, who was getting ready to visit a nightclub with a few clients, received a call from the old master and was so frightened that he hurriedly looked around to see if the old master had sent someone to follow him.

When he learned that the Old Madam wanted him to rush back to the old mansion at once, Xia Yunyin didn’t dare to delay and immediately drove back, feeling anxious all the way, thinking he would be reprimanded. When he arrived at the old mansion and parked the car, Xia Yunyin’s back was covered in cold sweat.

After being schemed against by his second aunt, he had restrained himself considerably with women. He only accompanied them as far as necessary for social engagement, but always kept it to a minimum.

When he reached the old mansion and saw Xia Jinyuan, whom he rarely got to see, Xia Yunyin was stunned. But what stunned him even more came later: the Old Madam ordered him to teach everything he knew, including how to chase girls and how to make them happy, to Xia Jinyuan.

Xia Yunyin then laid bare all his tricks and, in front of the Old Madam, assured with a hand on his chest that for the sake of his brother, he would hold nothing back!

Hence, today’s arrangements were made.

Going to the movies, dining out, and shopping were all suggested by Xia Yunyin to Xia Jinyuan. And, they were planned according to Ye Jian’s age, regarding how to date. As for the big moves, Xia Yunyin didn’t mention them, fearing that his family’s Little Six’s wallet couldn’t bear it.

In their circle, giving girlfriends cars and luxury goods could easily cost millions in minutes, but that was not long-lasting—it was just for pampering and making it easier to leave cleanly afterward.

Therefore, Xia Yunyin also taught very carefully, not teaching Xia Jinyuan the manipulative tactics of their circle used for fame and profit.

Xia Jinyuan was a good learner, and more importantly, a self-taught individual. Excluding Xia Yunyin’s playboy-style dating techniques, the arrangements for today were made.

Clothes, of course, had to be bought.

One set wasn’t enough; inside and out, at least five sets were required.

Having a rare ten-day vacation, coupled with the New Year, naturally one should dress beautifully and elegantly.

His girlfriend looked beautiful and had charisma, dignified in uniform and radiant in casual wear!

Xia Jinyuan then gestured for the sales associate to take down several sets of clothes and dresses. With one arm draped with clothes and the other pushing Ye Jian to the dressing room door, he handed all the clothes to Ye Jian, coaxing her to try them on, ”Go on, try them out. Let’s see the speed with which we change clothes in the squad, two minutes for one set!”

The sales associate originally wanted to follow, but Xia Jinyuan refused.

He hadn’t examined them carefully himself; he couldn’t let outsiders take advantage.

Xia Jinyuan chose a high-end store in a luxury mall, neither too expensive nor too cheap, which perfectly suited their spending power.

Luxury goods wouldn’t be a problem with Xia Jinyuan’s economic ability, but Ye Jian would definitely not cooperate!

Ye Jian, pushed into the dressing room with a mountain of clothes, looked troubled, ”Do I really need to try these on? Can I not?”

”You really need to try them,” Xia Jinyuan said seriously, and he leaned in, pretending to be pitiful, ”Come on, see if your boyfriend’s ears are still red. They’re all twisted by the Old Madam!”

The sales associate saw the interaction between Ye Jian and Xia Jinyuan and couldn’t help but laugh, while Ye Jian, with a hint of embarrassment, took the mountain of clothes into the dressing room.

”Sir, why don’t you go and rest on the sofa and wait for your girlfriend?” the sales associate suggested softly, already treating Xia Jinyuan as a VIP customer. Although their store was not a very famous brand, it was still considered a deluxe brand with clothes priced quite steeply.

With Xia Jinyuan unhesitatingly giving Ye Jian six or seven pieces, he naturally became a major customer in the eyes of the sales associate.
