Ascendant Path of a Lustful Vampire

Chapter 27: Nature Heals **

Kaya’s climactic shudders eventually slowed until they came to a stop. Caius’ jerking also ended as his rod spewed its last copious wad of cum. But he still had his fangs in Kaya’s neck and still fed on her.

This was partially because he was completely lost in the taste. His evolution as a Vampire had taken about as much of a substantial step forward now as it had taken any time he had ever fed on Arlette. Which is significant because Arlette is several Circles stronger than Kaya which should have given her blood the edge.

It took so much self-control for Caius to pull away from Kaya’s neck especially since she never once told him to stop. She had a hand at the back of his head holding his face and fangs to her neck like he was only kissing her and not basically sucking the life out of her.

She was still so lost in her very recent pleasure that she had no sense of self-preservation. If things continued as they were, she might be dead before she came back to her senses enough to try and fail to push the Vampire away.

’I’m dangerous,’ Caius decided to himself as he forced himself to stop sucking and then pulled away from Kaya’s neck with a frown.

The truth was that he actually liked that he had that much of a powerful effect on her but that also meant that it was his responsibility to put a stop to the bloodsucking now. Kaya was not like Arlette who always remained in control in situations like this. He had to be more careful with her. After all, he had no intention of actually sucking her dry.

Kaya blinked when she felt his fangs no longer in her neck.

”What?” She asked sounding weak. If that was because of her recent climax or because of blood loss, Caius wasn’t sure. He decided it was likely both.

”You don’t—you don’t want me anymore?” Kaya continued to ask.

Caius chuckled and flexed his cock, still hard and inside her, as he said,

”I have no clue what gave you that idea.”

”No, not that,” Kaya said and laughed a little but she still sounded unsure as she clarified,

”I meant, my blood. You don’t want it—me—anymore?”

Caius blinked now, looking a bit surprised and then he smiled,

”I actually want it more now. But I think you’ve given as much as you can spare.”

”Oh,” Kaya said and blinked hard to get rid of a wooziness that instantly proved Caius’s point. And then she said in a tired but much happier voice,

”Right.”

The two stayed as they were for a few minutes after that. Now that he was no longer acting like he couldn’t control his Vampirism, Caius’ eyes returned to normal and his fangs retracted and became normal canines again so he took to moving his mouth all over Kaya’s body.

With very little strength left in her, Kaya just held on to him and moaned with desire with every touch of his lips on her. When he took one of her nipples into his mouth and sucked hard while his fingers pinched the other, she let out a gasp and then a giggle before rocking her lower body against his.

The movement caused Caius’ cock to make the most subtle of movements inside her so even though he wasn’t thrusting, it felt almost as good as if he was. That was partly because Kaya was feeling so sensitive following her orgasm. Anything in that region sent waves all over her body, causing her juices to flow even more than they already did, which enabled those small movements all the more to restart what had now become a cycle of pleasure.

Caius didn’t mind of course. Kaya’s muscles were gripping him and massaging him with every movement. He felt like he just might be getting coaxed toward another climax.

When his mouth left her breast, it was to grunt in her ear which only made Kaya shudder harder, intensifying the small movements as well as the massages her inner muscles were giving Caius’ cock. Before long, she found the strength to wrap her legs around Caius’s waist while one of her arms wrapped around his back.

Caius in turn used one arm to brace himself against the ’bed’ of vines while he used his other hand to grab Kaya’s free hand. He interlocked their fingers and held them above her head as they stayed locked in that position with those slow, delicious movements that eventually had them groaning into each other’s ears as they climaxed for the second time in quiet and satisfying release.

•••

Break had to be ending soon but neither Caius nor Kaya was sure or cared.

They were sitting on Kaya’s bed of vines and leaning their backs against the door. They had been like this for a few minutes now and Caius knew what was happening. The pleasure was melting away slowly and soon it would no longer cloud Kaya’s judgment. Soon, it would be a memory that she could look past and finally acknowledge just how crazy the situation was.

Sure enough,

”So... I just had my first time. In a classroom. With a Vampire,” Kaya said slowly like someone making a realization.

Caius said nothing. He got himself ready for Kaya to flip out and call him a monster. He was already coming up with a bunch of sweet nothings he could use to soothe her.

And then Kaya became agitated and grabbed her stomach,

”Oh gods!” She exclaimed.

”What is it?” Caius asked slowly.

”You—you did it in me... Twice!” Kaya said with her eyes wide.

Caius understood her immediately and he laughed.

”Not funny,” Kaya said but she sounded so worried that her tone didn’t come off as sharp as she’d probably intended.

”It’s a little funny. You held on very tight to me during that moment, it’s almost ironic.”

”Oh gods!” Kaya said in a worried gasp.

Caius placed a hand over hers and pulled it away from her stomach,

”Relax, there’s nothing growing there.”

”There’s not?” Kaya asked, her eyes still wide.

Caius shook his head,

”There’s not. I’m not allowed to have children.”

Kaya’s brows furrowed,

”Caius, I might have been a virgin until very recently but I know a thing or two. I don’t think it’s about permission.”

Caius smiled at her,

”Vampires by default, technically, can’t have children.

We have to acquire the right to bear children. It’s meant as a ’call to order’. Meant to control how we populate. But seeing as I’m not actually trying to have a child right now anyway, I don’t mind it.”

This is of course not something a Vampire knows instinctively. It is actually just believed that Vampires are all sterile but, thanks to reading the original story, Caius knew it was a lot more complicated than that but just as he said to Kaya, he didn’t mind it for now.

”Oh,” Kaya said, ”So how many of you are there?”

”Well, I know of myself and my creator... I’m not sure about any others,” Caius said with a smile, ”Trust me, there isn’t a super secret Vampire club. Or maybe there is, I wouldn’t know. I’ve been at my family’s estate for five years.”

”Then how did you feed?” Kaya asked.

”Beast blood harvested and brought to me. Yucky stuff. Not nearly as tasty as you.”

Cheesy line but Kaya smiled.

”Sorry about your neck,” Calus said with a glance at the bite mark he had made.

”Oh, right,” Kaya said and concentrated slightly as a flower bloomed over the bite mark.

Caius caught the scent of lavender just before the flower flaked away into Mana to reveal that the bite mark was gone and the skin looked good as new.

”Nature heals,” Kaya told him in a low voice believing he would be curious.

”Hmm,” Caius let out with a nod, managing to look like it was new to him. But of course, it wasn’t.

He had taken it into account since yesterday when he first spoke to her.

What could have made Kaya a more perfect partner to help him evolve his Vampirism if not the fact that she could heal all evidence of their act the moment they were done?
