Ascendant Path of a Lustful Vampire

Chapter 11: I’m just curious *

The Chamber was lit with the lively green aura of Kaya’s Nature Magic. The space was just enough for two people but there was very little distance left between them.

The Vine that pulled Caius in was still around his waist and more vines thrust from the surface within the chamber as though ready to pierce through him. In turn, he had cast the ~Wind Blade~ spell and had it at Kaya’s neck.

Kaya glanced at the Wind Blade,

”Gonna cut my neck?” She asked with a little smirk.

”I’d never,” Caius told her with a little smile,

”I was aiming for the Chamber wall to cut myself out.”

Caius then glanced at the vines that looked ready to pierce through him and asked,

”Gonna stab me with those?”

”Defense mechanism,” Kaya said, ”Unplanned.”

As she spoke, the vines retreated and became a part of the Chamber as Caius canceled the Wind Blade spell.

”So how much longer can you keep this up?” Caius asked referring to the chamber spell.

”Not long,” Kaya answered and realized she was looking into his eyes. A few seconds passed where she was unable to look away and she let out a groan,

”You’re doing it again.”

Caius chuckled knowing what she was talking about,

”As I already said. I’m not doing anything.

But... We ARE alone. You made sure of that with this chamber. Here, you can do what you were too shy to do in class.”

Kaya blushed,

”I wasn’t going to do anything,” she said but was already leaning forward.

”Of course you weren’t,” Caius said with soft sarcasm.

”I wasn’t,” she insisted, still leaning in.

”I believe you,” Caius said again still with a little sarcasm.

When there were only five inches between their faces, Kaya glanced at his lips and then back up into his eyes as she said,

”I’m just curious.”

”Perfectly reasonable,” Caius assured her.

Kaya moved another two inches and stopped so Caius leaned forward to cover the rest of the distance and connect their lips in a kiss that had Kaya take a deep breath.

Caius noted that this was Kaya’s first kiss. It was his first as well (in this body) but it didn’t matter as much to him as he was sure it did for her. Still, it was an interesting milestone to take note of.

Kaya still had a vine around Caius’s waist and almost by instinct, she used it to pull him closer. When the vine released Caius, her arms replaced it as the kiss deepened.

Maybe because she couldn’t focus on it or maybe the time of its activation was up, the chamber of vines unraveled like a flower but instead of flopping uselessly on the floor, they dissolved into green specks of Mana that vanished into the atmosphere.

Caius noted that their extra level of privacy was gone but he didn’t care. Kaya noticed as well but her mind was too preoccupied to be bothered. She felt Caius’s hand touch her back and her breath caught as she gripped his uniform hard.

’Sweet,’ she thought at the taste of Caius’ lips. It wasn’t like there was some food residue there or some seasoning, her brain just registered what she was tasting as ’sweet’. An emotional sweetness. In a sense.

And Caius used his lips to pull hers apart and extended his tongue from his mouth to trail along hers to coerce her mouth open. It didn’t take long for Kaya to comply and his tongue entered her mouth which caused her heart to beat faster.

Caius raised his left hand and cupped her cheek. Kaya noted the slight coolness of his rings (moonstone ring and Storage ring) but then there was warmth as his thumb stroked her smooth cheek, making her already flushed face become even redder.

Caius had his eyes opened and saw that her eyes were closed. He smiled against her lips at her face getting redder not just because it was cute but because his nose was picking up a scent;

Kaya’s blood was getting charged with arousal.

To further that along (and because he just wanted to), Caius moved the hand he had placed on her back down until they were at the small of it, right before the high rise of her ass.

Caius moved his hand over the arc of Kaya’s soft ass, feeling the smoothness of her skin through the fabric of the Lochxen Academy standard mini-skirt and the leggings underneath meant to allow full mobility.

Kaya’s heart skipped a few beats but her hands also began to roam. She wormed one hand between them to place it against his chest and feel his body under the Lochxen Academy standard vest and shirt. Her other hand was at the back of his head. She did all this while her tongue and Caius’ tongue were touching in her mouth.

Caius squeezed her ass and Kaya’s breath came out shaky. He squeezed a few more times before he turned her around so her ass was pressed to his groin.

With their lips separated, Kaya let out a gasp but not just because of a sharp intake of breath but also because of the hardness she felt against her behind. She had heard of this, of course. At eighteen, she knew enough about what was happening. The Theory of it, at least.

The theory didn’t measure up to the real thing and it certainly wasn’t the reason she began to rub her ass against the hardening in Caius’ groin. She chucked that up to instinct.

Caius let out a groan at her actions. He had one hand on her neck but the other was now making its way up her body until it landed on her covered breasts. He alternated between squeezing each of them, tempted to rip open the shirt and touch them without the barrier of fabric.

”Mmmm,” Kaya moaned and raised both of her hands to grab the back of Caius’ head, thrusting her chest out to push her breasts even harder into his hands while he kissed her neck.

Kaya was certainly not at the peak of arousal yet and there was still so far Caius could take things but the charge in her blood was already reaching the point where he just had to have a taste. His eyes turned red and his fangs began to extend, ready to sink into her neck. But then he stopped.

’No. No, now is not the time for that,’ Caius thought, ’I haven’t charmed her enough.’

Caius had never considered killing Kaya, especially knowing who she was and how important she could be. What he had to do was play the long game and charm the Half-elf enough that he could then reveal what he was and strike up a similar deal he had with Arlette.

He pulled his face away from her neck and his eyes returned to their normal color. His fangs also retracted as he took the tip of one of her ears into his mouth and tickled it with his tongue.

Kaya squirmed at this. While not to the extent of Elf ears, the ears of a Half-Elf can still be considered a sensitive spot and in the case of situations like this, it can also be an erogenous zone.

Letting out a gasp, Kaya twisted in his arms and turned around, dislodging her ear from Caius’ mouth a second before she slammed her lips against his own pushing against his body until they were both off balance and fell to the ground with a thud.

Caius’ body broke her fall.

The fall separated their lips, and with her hands on Caius’ chest, Kaya pulled up a bit looking down at him,

”Oh,” she said.

”Ow,” Caius said with a small smile.

That word and the expression on his face set Kaya off into a laugh. Her cheeks were still red and her laugh came out in chortles from breathlessness but it went on for a while until she fell forward and onto Caius’s body again nestling her lips against the crook of his neck.

Caius in turn, chuckled a few times in amusement at her laugh but wrapped his arms around her, with one hand on her ass as they just lay there for the rest of break.
